I'm a resident of Historic Norwood, one of Birmingham, Alabama's "Intown" neighborhoods. Since beginning to live here I've gotten very interested in the growth of the city's neigborhoods, many of which still maintain their original historic character, if not their original middle-class residents. The question that begs to be answered: How can people be re attracted to Birmingham's neighborhoods? I've got some ideas and some activity to back it up.
