Introduction	Learning to live lightly in a small house on a small lot in the middle of big, wonderful Toronto. Homeschooling two amazing children. Asking a lot of questions. Re-learning to play. Although, there seems to be a lot of soccer around here. Mostly vegan cooking, trying to be in-season and local. Less plastic, more fun. Sustainability. Trying to ignore the lack of a successful garden. City living. Oh, and a LOT of crafting. Always interested in creative, beautiful, economical and sustainable ways to fill everyday needs, my favourite medium is fulled wool sweaters, my favourite topics are sustainable living and anything having to do with good food, and my favourite phrase seems to be "You know, I've been thinking...". I'm just someone who's curious - about a lot of things. A lot of what goes on in this space is about recraft...part of Marnie's ReMake-Believe. (with apologies to Dickens for the title)
Interests	straw bale building, unschooling, making things by hand, sustainable simple living, and food - lots of food (especially dessert)!

Favorite Music	I have a crush on Sufjan Stevens. (Never had any when I was a teenager but turn 30-ish and bam! major teen crush)
