| Introduction | Belinda is a geriatric professional In 1996 she started her own consulting business and a year later found herself over the next four years as the Director of Operations for the largest chain of Assisted Living Homes in North Carolina which expanded into South Carolina, Virginia and Georgia. For the past six years she has been Executive Director of a charitable Education Foundation serving long term care providers. She developed an approved Administrator’s in Training program for Assisted Living Administrators and is a Certified Administrator. Last year she started a company to provide staff development training to Specialized Alzheimer Units in North Carolina which continues to be successful. |
