Introduction We have been camping most of our lives. Prior to becoming full-time RVers, we were spending approximately six months of the year in our motor home. Then on June 21/02 we were hit with a flying tire that destroyed our motor home, but we walked away from the accident. Had we been in our car, we both would have been killed. After the insurance company wrote off the motor home, we selected another one and returned to the road that same summer. February 2004 Frank had his second heart attack and on May 1st 2004, we fulfilled a dream and started full time RVing. Winters were spent doing volunteer work with Ontario Parks either in Algonquin or MacGregor Point Provincial Parks. Our summer months are spent travelling to remote and interesting locations, seeing other parts of Canada, while continuing to volunteer our time and effort with Parks Canada, Ontario Parks, and Nova Scotia Provincial Parks. We started writing magazine articles and hosting RV seminars. In 2009 we published our first book “Four Seasons RVing”. In 2010 due to some health related concerns, we decided it was better to be located in an apartment and to continue RVing during the warm months of the year.
