| Introduction | We live in a wonderful town surrounded by great neighbors who don't mind us having a hobby farm. We have 5 children, 4 are grown, 2 are married, 1 in college, 1 in graduate school, and 1 teenager (Vet2Be) at home. Our youngest son, Vet2Be, wants to be a veterinarian, so we have a farm that includes: dairy goats, chickens, rabbits, ducks, sheep, a llama, and a huarizo (llama alpaca cross). We homeschool Vet2Be, the youngest child, so he has time to spend with the animals and get all his schoolwork done. Our oldest son (Son1) is fluent in Spanish and is attending a state university studying Physics. We have two married daughters (Blondie, and Spunky). Our youngest daughter (Prion) is studying Biochemistry at a state university and will be graduating in 2012. I also love to play and teach guitar. And I'm learning banjo and piano. I lead a bluegrass band of about 9 teenagers ages 12-17. And I'm the choir director in our local congregation. So..... If there are times when I don't post, it's because I'm off doing something! |
