Introduction	My entire life has pretty much revolved around playing dress up. As a small child, I was lucky enough to have a sassy baby sister, an adorable cousin, and an honorary sister through my mother, Bonnie’s, family daycare. Together, the four of us were always dressing as different characters and putting on shows or even having pool parties in our wading pool in the kitchen on a snow day in February. My mother always humored us and our eccentricities, even though we never really grew out of them. She’s never denied that we are mermaids.
