| Introduction | I have had a love affair with sugar since before I was born. My Mom took cake decorating classes while pregnant with me and I've been hooked ever since. What started out as just making cookies, pies and desserts when the mood struck me to bake, quickly turned into my passion. I've taken just about every cake decorating course that has been offered in my area. I will not say I'm an expert, a culinary whiz, or even a professional, but I will say that I love to bake and create new and exciting things. |
