Introduction First & foremost I'd like to give honor to the Lord Jesus Christ, the light of my life, the rock in my soul, the forgiver of my sins, the sustainer of my soul, the center of my job etc. I feel like if he can love me in spite of my, then I'm doing alright. Well here we go again; another of these sites that everyone will join, go through the five hour process of registering and setting up a profile, and then abandon it when the next best thing comes around. Remember College Club, Blackplanet, Myspace and all the rest? Now there's facebook. Anyway I decided to jump in... what can I say... I was bored. Feel free to hit me up.. I don't bite.. at least not initially.
Interests I enjoy singing. I would like to call it a pastime, but I do it all day! NO complaints yet, though. I play a little keys but not really public with it.
Favorite Movies hmm, I'm into SciFi so I like Star Trek, Star Wars and all that good stuff. Saved, You've Got Mail, The Break Up, X Men 1, 2, 3, Serenity, I dunno anything good..
Favorite Music I remember the days when I would go to a musical or to church and there was someone who would just sit on a stool, hum the pitch and blow. ...No organ, no drum mixer, just straight vocals. I miss that. I feel like we have become so caught up with puttin on a good show that we've lost true musicianship. Ya'll can keep the leather pants, dance moves, and crazy key changes.... just give me some good old fashion sangin. I've very much into Gospel but appreciate most everything including hymns, spirituals, country, classical, jazz, neo soul, ummm... electronica.. all of it!
Favorite Books Brave New World Revisited, A Candle In The Dark, Genuine Authentic, Walking Integrity, Nigger, Black Boy, Uplift the Race - The Construction of School Daze, What Becomes of the Broken Hearted, He's Just Not that Into You, Souls of My Brothers, Purpose Driven Life, Anthem, Claim Your Inner Grown Up, Born to Rebel, Church Boy, The Devinne Nine, For God Country and Coca-Cola, Unequal Freedoms, Date Smart, The Overeducated America, The Mis-Education of the Negro, The Disappearance of Black Leadership, Sula, Davinci's Code, Sextrology, Rage of the Privileged Class, Volunteer Slavery, The Black Image In The White Mind, The Souls of Black Folk, Go Tell It On The Mountain, Cry the Beloved Country.

The children are waiting! Please tell them the story about the bald frog with the wig:
