About me

Introduction I have been a"picky-eater" since childhood...I pretty much limited myself to things that were white (pasta and bread). Carrots were about as adventurous as I got. Now that I an adult, I am determined to expand my palate. While I can cook the basics, I am going to attempt to elevate my skills and truly learn to cook. I'll document my adventures as I work my way through Top Chef University.
