| 紹介 | I am an American living in beautiful south Germany doing an apprenticeship as a Konditorin. This blog is mainly about baking, with some savory stuff thrown in from time to time. Grab a cup of coffee and stay awhile. I weigh all my ingredients for the recipes on this blog. I get the best and most accurate results baking this way, and it is also a habit from pastry school. When I post a recipe it will state quantities that look like this-> 1-8. The first number is the pound unit and the second number is the ounce unit. Most of the time I will give a link to a/the recipe that uses cups measurements. If you don't have a kitchen scale and you bake frequently, you really should invest in one.
