| Introduction | I had a Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy (and Hiatal Hernia repair) in October 2012. It is already one of the best decisions that I've ever made in regards to my weight problems. It was also one of the hardest. My highest weight ever was 315lbs. This blog is to keep track of all the changes so that I can appreciate them after the fact, and to help keep me on track.
