| Introduction | Everything I needed to know, I learned from television. My favorite shows include Doctor Who (2005), Spooks/MI-5, Coupling (UK), Torchwood, Battlestar Galactica (2004), It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Community, Firefly, Hustle (2004), Law & Order: SVU, Ashes to Ashes, Life on Mars. Then there's the TV miniseries (generally UK) including North & South (2004), Band of Brothers, State of Play (2003), Bleak House (2005), Doctor Zhivago (2002), Cranford, Jane Eyre (2006). I currently spend my time in and around books, particularly those of the mystery persuasion. |
