I enjoy the intellectual rigor of the law, and the challenge of refining the issues of a case to their clearest, most succinct expression. I especially enjoy knowing and using the law for the advantage of my clients. The field of employment law is always presenting new situations for the courts to clarify, and this area of practice is never dull. Because we all spend so much time at work, there are few areas of law that affect the individual and businesses as the law governing employee-employer relations. I have been in practice for 30 years. I have devoted the last 15 years to employment law issues exclusively. I strive to be direct, clear, and responsive to my clients from the first meeting to the "closing letter". My greatest satisfaction is to cause a large and powerful organization take account of its legal obligations to the "little guy".
