My artwork is inspired by the production and presentation skills I learned as an architect. The pre-AutoCAD design and hand skills are not only kept alive but combined in surprising new ways, resulting in innovative multi-dimensional paintings and drawings.
For centuries, architects have relied on their highly developed drafting, rendering and model making skills in designing buildings and structures. With today’s ever widening dependence on computer aided design and modeling programs, the old ways are employed by an ever dwindling few.
