Introduction | Yes, I do love to champion the underdog. Snobbery will never go out of style for it affords us the greatest pleasure in society: feeling like you’re right. I watch old movies instead of new. I read straight faced books, because they are easier to understand and therefore, feel knowledgeable of them. My MP3 player does not sing of the latest hits or any songs, but radio dramas and pod casts from sites you haven’t heard of. In other words I like (and this blog will cover) art that soothes, sometimes refreshes, and is never impenetrable, i.e. anything by David Lynch. Worldliness is chicken soup for the soul and I’d rather cut corners than feel ignorant. Oh, about me! I’m a student at CSU Northridge. I have five years experience working on taped and live shows for a public access TV station-that includes directing. I have traveled to France, Germany, Italy, Austria, Australia, and New Zealand. Enjoy my nonsense blog and if not then maybe the others that I follow which you can find below. |
