| Introduction | I'm a 24 year old foody. I've spent 7 years working in the food service establishment and have completed 6 culinary/pastry years of education. For a good portion of my life I lived, breathed, and slept food. Graduating from Johnson & Wales University - Charlotte, NC Campus with degrees in Culinary Arts and Baking & Pastry Arts. Before that I went to an award winning vocational school Center of Applied Technology-North in Anne Arundel County. I've been blessed to study under some amazing passionate chefs and bakers. I hope that I can share some of my incite and knowledge with you. |
