About Me

We are what we think and what we do. I am a person who wants to understand what's going on around him. I am also a person who wants to understand things humanity have not yet understood, and leave that knowledge for next generations. I just hope someday, I'll be considered the founder of a new science.

Sponges and tongues are frequently misspelled. Is it because both are thirsty?

Thirst is a feeling which is meaningless unless interpreted by the brain. Tongues do not feel, it merely reports the lack of fluids to the brain and it then triggers the thirst feeling. Sponges, the non-animal-based manufactured ones, do not have brain and do not feel thirsty. For the animal-based sponges - like sponge Bob, I think we need an animal expert to answer that question for us.
