| Introduction | I am 36 years old, born and raised in Dundee, Scotland (UK) where I live with my long suffering wife, two daughters and my training partner and wee pal "Joe" the springer spaniel. I have been running all of my life competing since the age of 11. I ran my first marathon (somewhat illegally) at the age of 15 and my first Ultra at 21. Over the years I have taken part in most types of events in all kinds of terrain, but getting my body used to running without shoes is probably going to be tougher than them all. |
