Introduction | Have recently graduated from the Universtiy of London with MSc in Globalisation and Latin American Development. I've spent 3 years in Latin America: as an excchange student in Bolivia, teaching Enlgish in Argentina, as an intern journalist in Peru, and last but not least...the obligatory back-pack tour from Mexico to Brazil. Would love to move back at some pointy. Anywhere specific? Well I have my eyes set on the Sierras Cordobesas (as beatiful as the Scottish Highlands, but with the added bonus of it being perpetually warm. But honestly almost anywhere would do me. Love the Latin music scene - anything from rock classics like Soda Stereo and Cafe Tacuba, to the funky electr-tango sound of the Gotan Project and Bajofondo Tangoclub, or even the melodic musings of Kevin Johansen. And then of course there is the resurgent film-scene: Diarios de motocicleta, Amores perros, Cidades de deus to name but a few... |
