| Introduction | As the managing partner of Homestead Data, I truly enjoy consultive list sales and growing businesses by putting them in front of their most qualified prospects using a sniper's approach. More than providing timely, accurate and easy to understand pre foreclosure data to real estate professionals, I'm in the trenches of the real estate business myself, now working on flipping my second home. I'm also a Disaster Housing Inspector for FEMA, which has been nothing short of a life changing experience. I have over a decade of varied experience in direct marketing, including sports marketing, sales management and copywriting. I still don't know what I want to be when I grow up. By starting this blog, I am not claiming I am a "guru" and I don't profess to know your game better than you do. Rather, I view my role as a springboard to bounce ideas off of you and let you be the arbiter of what works in marketing to distressed homeowners.
