Introduction I really LOVE to cook. and eat. and talk about cooking and eating. I started this blog to share recipes and ideas for friends who are new to cooking and others who are probably better cooks than me and just need some new ideas. I try to cook 4-5 days a week so have gotten pretty creative with quick meals and using leftovers. I'm hoping to share recipes and techniques in a no-nonsense way so they're easy to follow and to adapt to suit your taste or what you have on hand in your pantry. I also try to avoid using too much processed food so most of my recipes are relatively healthy. I always welcome and respond to comments and questions so enjoy reading and sharing!
