Introduction	I love being a mommy to Sophie, Gracie, and Gabriella! Raising them and being a mom for the past 11 years has been the most amazing, hardest journey I have ever endured, but one I would never change. I love to cook and believe everyone has the ability to cook a meal for their family each and every night! Planning!!! That is how you get a meal on the table! I have worked as a personal chef, menu planned, had a menu planning website, and have been writting a cookbook for, well quite some time now, in hopes that someday I will finish it and get it published. Now, I am on the next phase of my life...working at my girls school as an Assistant PreK teacher. Long days, but I Love It! Going from a stay at home mom all these years, to a working mom has had its challanges. Planning, planning, planning is the ONLY way I can get through each and every day and knowing that I am helping 16 children grow and learn~ Mostly, I enjoy the time I have with my FAMILY! Enjoying each moment we share and watching my girls grow is priceless!
