About Me

Currently working for Microsoft Portugal as a Engagement Manager for the Public sector. I’m also teaching Earned Value at the Faculdade de Ciências Economicas e Empresariais of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa (the leading Management and Economics school in Portugal) in the scope of the Executive Education Program. I’m a Project Manager Professional and a Certified Trainer by the Instituto de Emprego e Formação Profissional (IEFP) in Portugal. Worked previusly at Ericsson Portugal Project Management Office (PMO) as a Customer Project Manager and as a PMO Process Auditor. Worked for PMO Consulting (Threon Iberia) as a trainer and principal consultant on Project Management, mainly implementing and managing PMO for large scale projects. Before that, worked as a Project Manager and Engagement Manager for Microsoft Portugal where I lead IT projects in the finance and public sectors. Also at Microsoft participated at the standardization of project management best practices in the services area with a special focus at the usage of Earned Value Management. Founding member of the Project Management Institute Portugal Chapter.
