Yes, I feel that many fish would enjoy the benefit of a bicycle. But if and only if that bicycle had paddles for wheels, and a place to put their fins. Because without them, the bike would be useless. Have you ever tried to ride a bike in the water without paddles? Let me assure you, it does not work well at all.
