| Introduction | Sentir le Bouchon is an occasional blog about booze - mainly whisky and wine, with some beer and grappa thrown in for seasoning. It's too sporadic to be useful as a source of purchasing advice, but if you are interested in the amusing game which is taking tasting notes and making them coherent, then there may be something of interest here. "Sentir le Bouchon" is French for "Smell the Cork". One day I will publish the magnificent illustration which gave me that title. |
