| Introduction | I am a consultant property lawyer providing consulting services to private practice law firms and sustainability advisors. I am a consultant with Stepien Lake LLP and Siam LLP. I was a partner in the London office of Lester Aldridge LLP from 2004 to 2009. Prior to that I was an associate at Park Nelson/Lester Aldridge (2003-2004); Dechert (1996-2002); Finers (1995-6); and McKenna & Co (now CMS Cameron McKenna)(1988-1995). I have written for the Property Law Journal and the Journal of Planning and Environmental Law and, whilst at Dechert, I was part of the writing and editorial team of The Landlord & Tenant Factbook (Sweet and Maxwell). I graduated with a BA(Hons) in Jurisprudence from Lincoln College, University of Oxford in 1987 and I qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales in 1990.
