About Me

I, Diane Schwieger, am here in Brussels, Belgium working with Students For Christ (SFC), an Assemblies of God World Missions outreach to University students. Let me give you some background. I was born in Eugene, OR, a unique town, and I grew up with a loving family and a love for God. When I was 15, I chose God as my personal Lord and Savior, since then we've walked hand in hand. After High School I left for a year study abroad—to Belgium as it is. God gave me a love for Belgium. Then after seeing the European culture, I went to see the Wild, Wild West in Bozeman, MT where I recently finished my Bachelor's degree at MSU in Business Marketing, with a minor in French, and an unofficial emphasis in Graphic Design. Life is exciting to me. There’s always something new to see and explore, a flower blossoming or a person who could be a friend. One of my favorite Bible verses is John 10:10b, Jesus says, "I have come to give life and to give it abundantly." Life doesn’t come with a satisfaction guarantee, yet God offers us abundant life. Here is the continuation of my life-story as I share my experiences about Belgium, life, and me...
