| Introduction | Hi my name is Steve Connor and I'm a 43 Year old DJ and music lover based in England on the Kent/London border, I specialise in playing House,Soul,Funk,Disco,classic Pop and all things in between. My Dj set up is ideal for private parties, bars, restaurants and hotels for both social and corporate events. I can tailor any DJ set to your specific requirements so you can have as much or as little input on the music selection as you wish. The purpose of this blog is to highlight the type of music I like to play when I DJ, depending on the vibe and location. There is a strong lean towards the dance floor although I am also a great fan of downtempo music which in the right setting can be equally as powerful as an out and out club track. I also have a soft spot for easy listening sounds like Sinatra and kitsch sixties and seventies lounge music. Think cocktails and tuxedos and you're getting the picture!
