Introduction	I don't sing. Not well, anyway. I was called "Pickle Sing" (I guess the 'sing' part was a playful way to say 'thing'?) as a toddler by my parents and older siblings. They would chant, "One sing, two sing, three sing, Pickle sing!" The pickle part stuck a little, and years later even my husband calls me Pickle sometimes. I am starting this blog mainly to write about little things my young son says and does. Like a journal .. to print and keep forever. But since I decided this will also be written at times without my ever-present mom hat on, and that perhaps the person I was before being a mom will come out a bit, I chose to be "Pickle". And "Sing" is actually a perfect metaphor.
