| Introduction | I grew up on an organic farm in the Snoqualmie Valley of Washington State. I brought my passion for farming to Tacoma, my wife, Kristin, and I have set out to use our backyard for light urban food production. We have a small vegetable garden and a homemade chicken coop that houses four ladies: Petunia, Dorothy, Penny, and Eleanor. Our goal with this blog is to provide a nexus of information for Tacoma urban chicken farmers. |
