| Introduction | I am a mother, (biological, adoptive, and foster) of 6. I am a speech-language pathologist who works part time as a choice to spend more time with my children and making a home for them. I have been married for over 17 years to the hardest working man on the planet and together (well him mostly) we have created a home we both love. On 2.5 acres we raise a lot of our own meat and vegetables and we have made a decision to avoid grocery stores as much as possible. Feeding 6 kids without the supermarket is a hard task, but the harder the challenge the more likely we are to try it. Our goal is to live as sustainably as we can and educate our children to do the same. |
