About Me

Michelle is the founder of Authentic Coaching & Synergistic Solutions (“ACSS”). Michelle is passionate about developing effective, confident female leaders who thrive in the workplace. Michelle draws from her extensive experience in an industry heavily populated with alpha males as well as leadership lessons she learned while holding both corporate and civic positions. As a result she understands the challenges and hurdles women face and likens herself to a belayer in the steady support she provides to her clients as they climb the rock face of the corporate world. Michelle also supports Christian business leaders desiring to make faith a part of their every day corporate life.
