Introduction	I have a passion for cooking. Because I was raised in an Italian household, most of the dishes I cook tend to be flavored with ingredients that Italians love to include in their dishes -- garlic, olive oil, tomatoes, garlic, Italian cheese, onions, peppers, oh and garlic (did I mention that already???). One thing I try to do is use everyday ingredients that don't cost an arm and a leg, and I also like to create figure-friendly dishes. I've been cooking for many years, but only recently have I had the pleasure of having my own garden which really makes a difference.

What did you dream when you ate a spider while sleeping?

I had a dream that I was really really thirsty - my throat was so dry but I couldn't get anyone to give me a drink!
