| Introduction | Candice Marie Bennatt is in her last year at Loyola New Orleans College of Law. After receiving a B.A. in Biology from Sam Houston State University in 2010, she worked as a surgical assistant and patient consultant a plastic surgeon in Houston. In 2013 Candice moved to Louisiana where she began her legal career as an assistant at The Murray Law Firm. She is a member of the Loyola Law's Moot Court Team. She placed 3rd Overall Oralist at the 2016 Moot Court Competition. Currently, she is a law clerk at Yeager LaNasa Tauzier LLC. She also is a Legal Extern at the New Orleans BioInnovation Center. Candice plans on practicing intellectual property law where she is able to combine her love for the law and passion for innovation. She also enjoys personal injury law, products liability law, and small business law. Candice Marie is a dedicated servant to her community. She competed at Miss America in 2013 representing New Mexico. She also competed at Miss USA in 2016 representing Louisiana where she placed in the Top 10 and was awarded Volunteer of the Year by the U.S.O. |
