Introduction | I am currently pursuing a B.S. in Nutrition with the intent of becoming a Registered Dietitian. I value the healing properties of food and firmly believe that a healthy diet contributes to and encourages a healthier mind, body, and life. I enjoy snowboarding, yoga, running, and mountain biking, among other physical activities and being outdoors. Which is more important to you and why: flexibility or expandability?
both are equally important; one must have the flexibility to accept the changes that will inevitably occur during one's life, as well as have the ability to expand ones horizons and seek out necessary change.
