| Introduction | I’m a ‘flower child’ who just happens to have been born in the wrong era and in a location that wasn’t exactly at the center of any political or ideological movement. I was born in the United Kingdom – England – and arrived in Brooklyn, New York in….well, let’s just say long enough ago. I have worked and lived in several places -- and travelled globally for work and pleasure -- but, whether in an east coast hippie haven, or downstate in “The B-K”, New York is home for me. After attending multiple institutions of higher education, I joined the rat race (…let me rephrase; I worked my way all the way through every degree I earned). Though a part of corporate America, I consider myself a modern 'hippie' because I retain the ideals of peace, love and universal brotherhood – at least until I watch the news and find myself wanting to slap some folks silly. Kidding. Kinda... Anyway, I think about lots of things and have an opinion on everything. This blog will contain a few of those thoughts. |
