About Me

I have lived and worked (mainly teaching English) in the US, Scotland, Spain, the Czech Republic, China, Korea, and Peru. And I have also taught short-term in Venezuela and Taiwan. I'm a regular poster on Dave's ESL Cafe, Expat Peru, Living in Peru, and ELT-World. I realise how difficult it can be to find teaching positions in Latin America and this has led me to create The LA Job List. I also created TEFL Tips to give teachers guidance about teaching.
