| Introduction | I'm a mother, writer, editor, athlete, teacher, volunteer, ... and often at the same time. I like peas in my pasta. I always drink coffee through a straw. If you know how to use the semicolon, you can be my friend forever. I've learned a lot during my journey of being a mommy--and not just personally. As a professional editor, I've been able to work closely with notable child development specialists and psychologists, helping them write their papers and books. For almost 20 years, I've taught piano, coached swimming, and academically educated children. Personally, I'm a mom of two beautiful boys: one doesn't stop enough to smell the roses...the other keeps his nose too long in those roses. I'm also a creative writer, and my passion is to apply creative writing concepts to those of parenting. After all, children are the most impressionable beings. And I hope my little blog illustrates that while inspiring parents to add more color and flavor to their children's lives! P.S.
