Introduction I am a 28-year-old girl that decided to follow a healthy diet, mostly vegetarian (however, I will include fish and seafood in it, as well as some yoghurt and cheese). All started a year ago, when I got a terrible acné on my face. I tried it all, but it never went away completely. A dermatologist advised to take anti-biotics during one month, but I thought this was totally ridiculous. So, on March 1 I made a decision to start a blog that would describe all I eat, how I prepare my food, and all I do to improve the main 3 areas: 1) nutrition; 2) physical health (sports, activities, etc); 3) mental health. It will not be easy, I know, but I will do my best.
