Well, maybe they don't need them, but don't you think that some fish might like a bicycle?
Like, a picture of a bicycle? Or are we talking about a bike that has been carelessly tossed into the sea? I imagine that if it was resting on the ocean floor, smaller fish could use it to hide from sharks and the like. Maybe they could use it as a storage facility for items in their fish homes that their fish wives, "will throw out if you don't get rid of it NOW, Jerry."
