Nonetheless, there are many whom seem to believe that simply voting Democrat is going to have a big effect on CAFE, global warming, etc. I don't think so, and I think there is a lot of hypocrisy in the political system.<br /><br />Bush was critized by the Sierra Club, for example, for not going far enough (20% gasoline reduction), yet a Democrat like Dingell often goes largely unquestioned - yet Dingell is being far more conservative than Bush on this issue and Dingell's committee is key to this issue. <br /><br />I think voters need to start questioning and expecting far more from our elected officials, regardless of which party they belong and this issue demonstrates the point quite clearly.Dahcredynshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17687525897516386077noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9844581.post-21653004053944286292007-01-26T12:41:00.000-08:002007-01-26T12:41:00.000-08:00Notice what state he is from?
