Climate Group"?<span style="font-size:85%;"><span style="font-family:verdana;">Saw this today on the <a style="font-style: italic; font-weight: bold; color: rgb(204, 0, 0);" href="http://www.reutersinteractive.com/Carbon/pages/login/">Reuters Interactive</a> pages (A very worthwhile free service that you should sign up to. Really a good service mainly supported by traders and people in the know.).<br /><br />The point I want to make is the marketing of the Climate Group when it has the little "0" degrees marker in the upper corner of the logo box. In fact the headline on the story labels the company the "Climate Group" with the degree marker. </span><br /><br /><span style="font-family:verdana;">And this makes me wonder. How many of you can find the little degree symbol on the computer? In my opinion that is poor marketing. </span><br /><br /><span style="font-family:verdana;">But the article is worth a read, in any case. </span><br /><br /><span style="font-family:verdana;">- Sox</span></span><br /> <br /><div><input name="ctl00_phMain_ctrlRadAjaxPanelPostDataValue" id="ctl00_phMain_ctrlRadAjaxPanelPostDataValue" value="" type="hidden"></div> <a href="http://www.reutersinteractive.com/blog/TheClimateGroup/site/profile/" class="avatar"><img src="http://www.reutersinteractive.com/avatar/e2ae51e3-938c-4863-9886-5c4260c164d2.jpg" alt="The Climate Group" /> </a> <div class="entry-header"> <div class="vote-control"> <strong class="value">0</strong> 0 votes <span class="actions"> <input name="ctl00$phMain$singlePostControl$postTitleControl$voteControl$btnThumbUp" id="ctl00_phMain_singlePostControl_postTitleControl_voteControl_btnThumbUp" title="Recommend this" src="http://www.reutersinteractive.com/App_Themes/Default/images/icons/silk/thumbs-up.png" onclick="AjaxNS.AR('ctl00$phMain$singlePostControl$postTitleControl$voteControl$btnThumbUp', '', 'ctl00_phMain_ctrlRadAjaxPanel', event); return false;" style="border-width: 0px;" type="image"> <input name="ctl00$phMain$singlePostControl$postTitleControl$voteControl$btnThumbDown" id="ctl00_phMain_singlePostControl_postTitleControl_voteControl_btnThumbDown" title="Don't recommend this" src="http://www.reutersinteractive.com/App_Themes/Default/images/icons/silk/thumbs-down.png" onclick="AjaxNS.AR('ctl00$phMain$singlePostControl$postTitleControl$voteControl$btnThumbDown', '', 'ctl00_phMain_ctrlRadAjaxPanel', event); return false;" style="border-width: 0px;" type="image"> </span> </div> <h3 class="entry-title"><a href="http://www.reutersinteractive.com/Carbon/82938">The °Climate Group Welcomes New Australian Prime Minister Kevin Rudd's Commitment to Climate Change</a></h3> <div class="entry-meta"> by <a href="http://www.reutersinteractive.com/blog/TheClimateGroup/site/profile/">The Climate Group</a> on 27 November 2007, 20:04 PM <a href="http://www.reutersinteractive.com/Carbon/82938#0" class="comment-link">0 comments</a> , 1 views <br /> Categories: <a href="http://www.reutersinteractive.com/Carbon/blog/filteredlist?cat=667">Press Releases</a><br /> </div> </div> <span id="ctl00_phMain_singlePostControl_ltrPostTextContent"><p>The °Climate Group welcomes the election of Kevin Rudd's Labor Party in Australia and its strong commitment to address climate change. </p> <p> Mr Rudd has said that one of the first things he plans as Prime Minister is to ratify the Kyoto Protocol. </p> <p> <em>"This send a strong message that the best way to address climate change is by the world working together," </em>said <strong>Rupert Posner, Australian Director of The °Climate Group.</strong><br /><em>"We welcome the fact that Mr Rudd will attend next month's climate change meeting in Bali.
