Let her have those damn princess "things" for a bit and the want may pass quite quickly. Fight them and she may want them all the more and for longer!<BR/><BR/>For instance, I insisted on wearing nothing but the frilliest, most ridiculous dresses to preschool for the longest time. My mom fought me at first but decided it wasn't worth fighting over at some point. After that year, and through many early elementary years, I refused to wear ANYTHING but jeans and pants. NO DRESSES! Sometimes it's just the trying on of a "part" that is fascinating.
