I'll be posting these images in the coming weeks. Generally I'll take a few quick shots when I finish my portion of a room, but it may take some time longer for a room to be fully finish, as with this powder room project from 2004. The project is located in Yorktown Heights NY. I worked on the paneling on the bottom half of the room, and the crown moulding at the ceiling. The designer, </span><a href="http://renaanns.blogspot.com/" style="font-family: arial;">Rena Wilhelm</a><span style="font-family: arial;">, stipulated a sort of faux bois effect, but using a bronze metallic glaze. Between the treatment on the paneling, and the wallpaper, the transformation of the room is dramatic, and of another time.</span><br /> <br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/2620/267/1600/main%20view.jpg" style="font-family: arial;"><img style="margin: 0px auto 10px; display: block; text-align: center; cursor: pointer;" src="http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/2620/267/320/main%20view.jpg" border="0" alt="" /></a><br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/2620/267/1600/sink%20closeup.jpg" style="font-family: arial;"><img style="margin: 0px auto 10px; display: block; text-align: center; cursor: pointer;" src="http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/2620/267/320/sink%20closeup.jpg" border="0" alt="" /></a><br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/2620/267/1600/Mirror%20shot.jpg" style="font-family: arial;"><img style="margin: 0px auto 10px; display: block; text-align: center; cursor: pointer;" src="http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/2620/267/320/Mirror%20shot.jpg" border="0" alt="" /></a><span style="font-family: arial;">The mirror also received some antiquing.<br /><br /> </span><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/2620/267/1600/crown%20detail.jpg" style="font-family: arial;"><img style="margin: 0px auto 10px; display: block; text-align: center; cursor: pointer;" src="http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/2620/267/320/crown%20detail.jpg" border="0" alt="" /></a><span style="font-family: arial;">The crown moulding features the same treatment as the paneling, along with a touch of gilding to highlight some some of the moulding details<br /><br /> </span><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/2620/267/1600/before%20shot.jpg" style="font-family: arial;"><img style="margin: 0px auto 10px; display: block; text-align: center; cursor: pointer;" src="http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/2620/267/200/before%20shot.jpg" border="0" alt="" /></a><span style="font-family: arial;">The before shot.</span>cralbertnoreply@blogger.com
