Presence & Power of God Invading Europe

With so much happening in the nations, we are literally having a hard time keeping up with all the testimonies. In the first half of this year, we visited Europe a number of times, and are excited to report the stirrings of God in a number of regions there.

In May, we traveled to Wales for Sloshfest with our associates at Emerge Wales, and participated in some of the most intense movements of the Spirit we have ever seen in Europe. As God began to erupt in the meetings, we saw more than 600 people shaking, trembling and overcome in a mass corporate trance that lasted for hours each night. This was far more than a healing, prophetic or teaching conference. God showed up, and at times, it could only be described as an enormous Holy Ghost mosh pit! Little old ladies were literally being passed overhead as they crowd surfed over the congregation. The music lasted for hours, as the Glory was too strong to attempt a preach.

As wave after wave of God’s Glory pounded the place, a man walked into the building off the streets and his deafness instantly vanished as he was able to hear. No one even prayed for him! This same man put about $3 in the offering that night (everything he had) and supernaturally, he received $20,000 from donors who emailed him that very night. There were not only healings, money miracles and numerous people being set free from religious depression, but there were also salvations. Drug users began walking in off the streets after hearing the loud commotion and being drawn by the Spirit of God. As they gave their lives to the Lord, they kept coming back night after night, having experienced genuine encounter with a life-changing God!

As these were some of the most powerful demonstrations of God’s manifest presence we have seen for some time, we extended the meetings for a few extra days before coming home. Emerge Report of Welsh Wildfire

Here is a synopsis of the Sloshfest meetings from the Emerge team:

Hundreds gathered in Llanelli these last few days for Sloshfest '08. All we can say is that it was a Holy Spirit breakout. A trance like realm and intoxication was released that just took over the meetings. During worship on Friday night it exploded and the Spirit of revival fell. Many were laughing and crying all at the same time. Some who'd been to Lakeland said they again felt that special presence again. Some received a baptism of love. God released several spontaneous songs. One of them was that we can’t handle Him. What He is going to do is out of our control and we can't handle it. John Crowder called it a historic night. Georgian and Winnie Banov were supposed to minister but stepped back. Here's how Dave Vaughan explained it to a friend in the States...

"Man it was crazy, there was such expectation from the people, more than I have ever felt. There were probably about 600 or more there, it was wild. The revival spirit came in on the Friday night so strong that Georgian wasn't needed to preach, and Winnie said that what was happening was beyond her and that we needed to run with this!! It was a trance like Glory, hundreds were swaying in it like a flock of birds, they were all trancing out and having visions, people started to get spontaneously healed in the Glory, it was amazing!”

I personally have been in a lot of crazy stuff - we spent five months in Toronto during the revival there in 1997 - but this was another realm. Having surfed the net we found what Morningstar are experiencing right now sounds very similar. Listen to this blog from Leonard Jones on MySpace...

“One interesting thing that's been happening at our nightly meetings is people are getting some dramatic healings but they're not sure who it was that prayed for them because the whole crowd is moving around kind of like a mosh-pit in slow motion, praying for anything that moves. You can hardly tell who's leading worship or who's singing what and yet there's this amazing congruity to everything and God is a wrecking ball in this place. Time to get wrecked!”

If you know Morningstar this is VERY unusual. They are an awesome group of guys but the meetings are usually very well ordered. This is a Holy Spirit breakout! It sounds just like what we're seeing here. People moving together praying for each other getting wrecked. Healings and miracles just happening in the atmosphere.

There can be no doubt that the revival Spirit is now moving in the land. We are seeing so many people get wrecked - even those who haven't felt God before. The healings are continuing. Here's an update from the Antioch guys - they are hosting healing clinics this week in Llanelli (where Sloshfest took place) …

“I was doing an art workshop in Llanelli and asked one of the women, Cheryl, who uses a motorised scooter if I could pray for her. She has wasting muscles at the back of her knee and it was pointy, Prayed by putting my hand on the back of her knee where the pain was. She felt fire go through to the front of her knee, her knee cap moved. She got up and moved around and it felt better. Prayed for her again and she said it felt weird, then she said that it felt like something was being stretched in her knee. She rolled up her jeans and her knees looked exactly the same - the muscle had grown back and the knee cap had moved into place! She got up, no pain! She was in shock and felt bad because she hadn't talked to God in years!”

Here's what one woman from England said about what is going on here in Wales...

“OH MY GOD!!!! You broke ALL the rules!! HOW many crimes against religion did you guys commit?!! HA HA HA!! That was THE BEST EVENT EVEEEERRRRRRRRR!!!!! I have always wanted to go to a Holy Spirit party and do trance dancing!! I have pages of cool words and visions! They were not huge, panoramic out of body things yet – but I experienced things that I haven't before. They would seem quite minor compared to those of Todd Bentley and others but I am on the road to them! I danced with Jesus for the first time ever, I saw angels with trumpets, I saw a bottle being poured out for me to drink (and I did! I didn't get totally wasted but it was a bit. People asked if I was OK because when they asked me a question I just sat there and slowly tried to speak! And I just sat and stared at my jeweled arm thing for ages because it was sparkly!!) I think an angel poked me and healed me but I have to wait and see. I saw Jesus at the front of the church on Sunday morning (in my head, not with my physical eyes.) I saw a beautiful female angel step out of the clouds (in my head ) and I saw God wearing a beautiful jeweled crown and He took it off and it turned into a chalice! (again, in my head)”

and again another email just come in...

“Hey Justin, and Emerge Wales team :D We arrived back in the North East of England ( Stockton on Tees ) at 6 am this morning. We went to church to impart what we received and it's been an awesome experience. The Holy Spirit is hitting people all over the place. One woman doesn't usually come on a Sunday and she came and was baptized in the Holy Spirit. It was class... she kept saying.." wwoooooo what's happening to me... wwooooo " Totally cool. Our Leaders are hungry too. They're making space for God to come and do His thang!!! People are being healed of deep emotional pain and abuse. God is working here too. On Saturday evening you mentioned that it was no longer the breaker angel, it’s already broken out. Well we took that and believed it in at out church. We needed that for so long and tonight, to have our leadership humble themselves before the King and allow him in is awesome. The sweet, sweet Jesus was loving people up all over the place. AWwwwwww Yeah! It is a love revolution. Bless you all so very verrrry much. I have never experienced Jesus so intimately before. I saw visions of places, I played in the glory like a 4 year old. Wow, it felt so liberating and beyond free. I have Jesus running through my veins and it feels ggrrrreeeeeeaaaaaattttttttt ...xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx love you guys all so much.”

This wild fire is for the whole nation - England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales. Bob Jones said when the four nations come together healing would be released across the land. At Sloshfest the four nations stood together for this to take place. This is a nation united in the glory and fires of revival. We are going to find our true apostolic identity as a nation again. Europe is going to burn as this fire intensifies and a new breed of glory carriers are sent wild wandering through the nations.

The last night (of extended meetings) in Cardiff a prophetic glory came and Natasha Vaughan a fifteen year old from Pontypool took over the meeting. Tash operated in words of knowledge and the Holy Spirit just wrecked people. Afterwards someone pointed out it was significant because it was a fifteen year old girl who brought revival into Cardiff in 1904. History being continued right here and now! Tash was even prophesying over the phone hours after the meeting.

If you've been watching Lakeland Todd and Bob have both prophesied that the Welsh revival is being released now. There can be no doubt at all by any measure this is NOW taking place. Jeff Jansen said it is here. He heard the Lord say it would be called the NEW Welsh Revival. He had a visit from an angel at 3:41 in the morning - this is the number God uses when He is saying to Jeff it is a blank cheque - ask and it shall be given.

Here's an email from an emerge subscriber in the States...

"My spirit was doing somersaults last night when I heard Todd Bentley make the ‘proclamation’ of the WELSH REVIVAL!! If you were able to see the Lakeland Outpouring last night, you probably noticed how the LORD kept hammering on ‘proclaim a thing and it shall be established.’ What an absolutely PURRFECT time for your meeting!! Though I am not able to be with you, you can be sure this long lost cousin is praying for WALES here in Atkinson, Illinois. May Winds of Change set aflame the hearts of the people. As I was praying for Wales this morning, I saw thousands of sheep making their way down craggy mountainsides and heading towards their True Shepherd. When they were safely within the confines of the True Sheepfold, the True Shepherd poured oil all down their backs. This oil killed all parasites and diseases and also served as a repellent from predators who had plagued their lives. I pray that God will raise up Honest and True Shepherds in Wales and all over the world who ‘count the sheep’ and will not feed the sheep muddied water but pure, rivers of living water from the very throne of God. May God multiply His anointing upon you as you heal the sick, raise the dead and set the captives free! I read that God had told Denny Cline from Albany, Oregon that this revival in his church would have ten times the impact than the one he had a few years back that lasted 3 years. I pray for you, that you will experience 10 times the power of the anointing on the 1904 Welsh Revival with Evan Roberts. That it will shut down entire cities and regions as the Fires of revival hit every inch of Wales, even spilling over into all the Celtic countries. I pray that Wales will be the first ENTIRE country taken for the Glory of Our wonderful LORD and Savior Jesus Christ!!! From the North to the South, and From the East to the West of Wales....I claim every square inch of it for His Abode!!! Stand strong and see what the LORD is going to do!!”

This is a highly contagious glory intoxication and it is spreading. Many came from around the UK and have taken it back to their churches. Gold dust, oil, signs and wonders will become the norm as we remain in His presence. If we honour the Dove He will continue to honour us. It is HIS revival, HIS breakthrough, HIS wild fire.

Late but Great Report on Belgium Outreach!

Besides our time spent in Wales, I was also in Belgium earlier this year – a predominantly Catholic nation that is in dire need of a move of God. Justin Abraham of Emerge Wales joined me for this event as well, and below is his report of that trip:

Brussels is the unofficial capital of Europe. Just wandering around the streets you can see the moral and spiritual decay that has set into this continent. Our hosts showed us around. One area of the city was a row of shop windows with prostitutes in their underwear enticing people to come in. I had never seen anything like it before. This was going on in broad daylight with mothers and children going about their daily lives. Unbelievable.

We really felt God's heart for these women. That is not God's plan for them - these are people's sisters, daughters and even wives. How has this happened? We heard that Antwerp also has the same problem. God wants to restore dignity and honour to these precious woman. We have been invited to mobilize a team to go back there to impact those tied up in this industry. If that is something you feel called to let us know. We will need women for that type of trip as it is far too sketchy for men to be on the front line for obvious reasons.

Throughout Brussels you can see Islam. It is rising and there were Moslems everywhere. God has brought the harvest to our door. We went out onto the streets to reach the lost. I stood up in the middle of a food area in the train station and preached heaven was at hand. The security guys tried to stop us but it was too late, the hungry people wanted prayer. I told them there was no law against it! They said people can go to church if they want God. I told them Jesus went to the people. They couldn't stop us. We saw people crying as God moved on them. It was powerful. Other members of the team had similar experiences and some people fell under the power, others accepted Jesus as Lord throwing beer cans into the bin. Some of the team gave out roses and totally disarmed people with God's love. The harvest is ripe across Europe but will we go? Our hearts are burning for the lost. I cannot explain the groan we now feel. This movement is going way beyond conferences, renewal and events, it is going to the most broken, lost and hungry places in the nations. The gospel will be preached to the poor. These are days of outrageous grace on a broken generation.

New Children's Home Video & Project Update

We hope you enjoy this brief video of the Sons of Thunder Children’s Home, which we recently visited and launched near Mumbai, India. We are so excited to share in the Father’s heart for the fatherless, and we cannot help but be overwhelmed by the abandonment of His love for all of us when we consider the poor and broken of the world.
We want to update you on the most recent progress of the facility construction, as well as a few changes we are making to upgrade our child sponsorship program.

More Building More Kids
For those who have been a part of this project to date, you will be excited to learn that our children’s home is much larger than we originally planned. Although we began with initial blueprints for a 30-child capacity building, an architectural “accident” caused our floor plan to turn out much larger. Apparently, the Lord wanted us to rescue 20 more kids from the streets, because we will now be able to house 50 children in the home! We do not want a large, warehouse-type orphanage that clinically runs these children through. Instead, we are trying to foster a “home” type environment. So although we will have more space to save the lives of more children, our focus will still remain intimate and caring. We will have room for house parents to live on each floor of the new building, and the added square-footage will even allow for a guest room and office space.

Raising the Upper Room
Currently, the ground floor of our facility is virtually complete, although we are now in the process of plumbing and wiring it, so that children can begin to move in. Our hope is to have funds raised within the next few months to complete construction of the second story. Our international missions team visited the site a few months ago. At that time, building crews had already plastered the interior and tiled the floors of the first level, but the upper floor construction has been on hold for the past few months. Construction is now underway again, and we have another big project ahead of us: a boundary wall!

Help us Build the Wall!
Our children’s home director Joshua Immanuel feels it is very important that we construct a boundary wall around the perimeter of our property for a number of reasons. For one, it ensures the children’s safety from intruders, but it also keeps them from wandering off or getting into danger. In addition, there are wetlands around the area, and Joshua says there are many poisonous snakes!

In addition to the wall, we will also be funding further needs for the facility, including furniture, bedding and other interior supplies. The Lord is releasing provision every step of the way! We began the project by faith with hardly any of the needed budget. When the Lord gives you a vision, don’t wait for all the resources to be lined up in front of you. Step out by faith! You will watch and see the Lord do tremendous things and you will impact many lives when you take the risk to do the thing He’s called you to complete.

Changes to Child Sponsorship
One of the things we have felt is imperative to do is upgrade our child sponsorship program to $50 per month per child. While we had set an earlier estimate of $33 per month, we have since realized this would not be adequate for the level of care we choose to give our children. Besides the fluctuation of U.S. currency abroad, along with standard inflation and cost of living, there are more reasons for this: we want to ensure that the children are properly educated, given necessary medical treatment, properly clothed and well fed. While we originally underestimated what it would cost to cover each child’s needs, be assured that this is still an incredibly low cost to save the life of a child. Furthermore, you can rest assured that Sons of Thunder keeps no administrative fees whatsoever from funds marked for child sponsorship or gifts marked specifically for the children’s home. In fact, we have unloaded quite a bit from our own general fund to get this project moving! So we appreciate you working with us to make a practical Kingdom impact on real lives.

We Want a Million Kids
After completion of this project, our vision is to begin construction on another children's home on the continent of Africa. Please be in prayer with us about this work, as many children are without the most basic necessities of life. Every day, there are more than 16,000 children who die of hunger-related causes. That is one child every five seconds. And more than 800 million go hungry each day. Around the world, more than 11 million children under the age of 5 die from preventable causes, simply because they are too poor to stay alive.

Here at Sons of Thunder, caring for the orphan and the widow will never be a fleeting project or a one-time event. We will continually spend ourselves on the helpless. We will remember the poor. We will never cease to snatch victims from the fangs of the wicked. We do not care one iota about building our own kingdoms or pumping our own little ministry as an end in itself. Such things will be here today and gone tomorrow. We have a higher mandate in mind. Our purpose is to rally the troops to destroy the works of the devil. This is war. All-out war against poverty, sin, sickness and death. We want to rally that remnant of the church that really wants to impact society in our generation so we can work together and corporately make a lasting difference!

Glory Explosions in the Holy Land

We recently returned from a powerful time of explosive breakthrough in the Holy Land, reaching into some of the hardest places of the world with the good news of the Kingdom and spilling the love and joy of Jesus everywhere we went. We ministered both to muslims and Jews, holding outreaches in Palestinian refugee camps in Bethlehem, as well as hosting a powerful Glory conference in Jerusalem. Besides that, we also saw the Lord release spontaneous waves of revival in the streets.

Palestinian Outreaches in the Danger Zone
Joining up with ministers Georgian Banov, David Herzog and Che Ahn, our team of more than 100 crazy Holy Spirit junkies ministered openly in one of the most intense seedbeds of islamic suicide bombers and terrorists. We were able to feed and share the gospel with more than 500 muslim girls, as well as pray for hundreds of Palestinian schoolboys. We also brought food – rice, flour, groceries, etc. – to widows. This was such a volatile area, the last time the Banovs came here, there were Israeli military officials that marveled at the fact they came back out alive! Jesus has called us to bless our enemies, and it is the love of God that can radically transform their lives!

Because we ministered to orphans and widows, we were able to receive special access from PLO leaders to go right into the refugee camps. This was in Bethlehem, one of the most volatile places on the planet in recent years. In fact, the hall in which we met was painted with huge murals, glorifying islamic suicide bombers. But the Lord allowed us to speak to these children and share the love of Christ – even President George Bush had been denied access to speak to these children in past visits!

In addition to ministering to refugees, we also held a conference for the Christians and pastors in Bethlehem. There were believers that traveled all the way from Gaza Strip, including a young Christian man whose brother was killed for his faith only two months before. Many of the Arab Christians were noticeably touched by the demonstrative worship, the atmosphere of celebration and the loving joy of Jesus that the team brought. Most had never seen such dancing, outward affection, manifestations of the Holy Spirit and open displays of happiness in worship.

A Drunken Mess in the Streets
Perhaps the highlight of the trip for many was the atmosphere of Holy Ghost drunkenness that pervaded the entire tour, just about everywhere we went – not just in the meetings. At times, we would have huge pileups of bodies, shaking, twitching and laughing under the Spirit’s power right in public. In one Arab restaurant, the team caused such a loud, obnoxious drunken scene that our associate Dave Vaughan had to get up and preach to explain that it all came from God. Four of the six Arab workers gave their lives to the Lord on the spot, including the owner of the building, who said it was the best day of his life!

The Glory was so strong at all of the holy sites we visited, it was difficult to keep ourselves tamed or toned down. We caused quite a few religious devils to manifest just about everywhere we went as docents and curators tried to shush us. But the joy was uncontainable. I thought we would be arrested at the site of the Upper Room, when we could not quiet down our supernatural joy and I would not stop preaching, despite the warnings from an Israeli military guard. We also saw spontaneous outbreaks of the Glory in public along the Sea of Galilee, on the Mount of Olives and at the Pools of Bethesda, where we unexpectedly ran into a huge group of Indonesian believers who were just as wild and crazy as we were. Our groups came together in an unplanned chorus of worship that crossed the language barrier, praying for one another as bodies hit the ground and people were left shaking under the power of God.

Jerusalem Conference
The last three days of the tour, we held a conference in Jerusalem to bless Israel and minister to the people there. There were a number of miracles, healings and demonstrations of God’s love and power that took place. A number of Jews came to know the Lord throughout the course of the tour, and we literally brought dancing to the streets of Jerusalem. We saw a number of young Messianic Jewish believers radically filled and whacked up by the power of the Holy Spirit!

Thousands Saved in India Miracle Crusades

Blessings as you launch into the New Year! We would like to share with you some recent stories of what the Lord did at our India miracle crusades in December, where we literally saw thousands make decisions for Christ.

There was a tremendous level of the miraculous and an outpouring of harvest Glory as Sons of Thunder hosted four nights of Jesus Miracle Festivals in Mumbai and Aurangabad, India. Everyone on the international team was used by God to work supernatural demonstrations of the kingdom. We simply followed the mandate of Luke 10:8-9, where Jesus instructs us: Whatever city you enter, and they receive you … heal the sick there, and say to them, “The kingdom of God has come near to you” (NKJV).

Cripples Walk, Blind See, Deaf Hear, Demons Cast Out

Throughout the course of the crusades, many people reported that cancers and tumors had disappeared or dissolved from their bodies. Breast cancers, tumors in the abdomen and face and other growths vanished. One woman had a tumor on her head, but as the power of God touched her, she felt as if water ran down through her body and the cancer was gone! Another woman had breast cancer for four years which had spread throughout her body. She testified that the Lord had healed her.

Some of the more dramatic miracles included cripples and lame persons regaining their ability to walk. One woman was unable to walk for six years. Another man had been lame for three years. In Mumbai, one woman was twisted up with a metal rod in her back, but she straightened out and began walking normally. Surely, the “power of the Lord was present to heal them!” (Luke 5:17, NKJV).

We saw the Lord heal a number of deaf and mute people. Some were deaf since birth, and many were children. People reported their hearing restored after three, four and five years. Vision was also restored to a number of eyes. We could not count all of the backs, legs, joints and other healings that were reported over the course of the week. Besides that, the team cast out a number of devils and many were delivered of oppression. Jesus said: if I cast out demons by the Spirit of God, surely the kingdom of God has come upon you (Mt. 12:28, NKJV).

New Teeth Grow, Gold Teeth Appear
Besides “ordinary” healings, we also saw a number of unusual creative miracles. Several people reported that new teeth grew into their heads after a word of knowledge was released to this effect. There were also a number of gold fillings that came into people’s teeth.
One person in Aurangabad reported four new gold teeth, and in an email following the crusades, we discovered that another person had six gold teeth!

Angry Mobs Try to Shut Down Meetings
After a fiery meeting in which our associate Jason Pardue exhorted everyone to turn from their idolatry, our coordinators had to pay off some individuals who tried to call in a mob to shut us down.

Later in the week, while John was preaching in Aurangabad, a mob of angry Hindus gathered outside to force a stop to our meeting. We refused to stop the meeting unless we were forcibly dragged from the stage. John continued to do three altar calls and many people were healed that night. Although the mob beat up several of the volunteer staff, they eventually left and hundreds were added to the Kingdom that night!

Sons of Thunder Children’s Home is Launched
One of the highlights of the trip was the launching of the Sons of Thunder Children’s Home. We are still constructing the second story of the facility as funds come in, but the first floor has reached a level of completion so that the children can begin moving in by the end of the month. We also hope to build a protective wall around the property for the children’s safety and we are presently in need of furnishings. The most exciting news is that the project is nearly twice its original size – meaning that we will be able to accommodate up to 50 children! We will share more about the children’s home in our next update, along with video footage of the kids.

We were so impressed by the hunger of the Indian people that we hope to launch another evangelistic campaign next year to reach one million souls with the good news of the Kingdom! Sloshed in the U.K., Harvest Glory hits the Streets

I have just returned from England and Wales where we saw firstfruits of a massive explosion of harvest the Lord is beginning to release on the streets. There was also a tremendous weight of Glory on the meetings as our European associates, Emerge Wales, hosted "Slosh Fest," a time of experiencing the drunken bliss of Jesus!

Prior to Sloshie, we ventured to Bristol for three days of wildfire gatherings. I must say that the week was a blur. There was a deep realm of divine ecstasy that opened during the gatherings. Many were equipped and activated in the supernatural, along with a powerful release of prophetic revelation.
Thirty Saved in the Marketplace
We brought a team of crazies out on the streets for an afternoon of fishing in Bristol, home base of the great revivalist John Wesley. The culture of the U.K. may be known for its reserved demeanor, but the people are hungry and the harvest is ripe! We took a dozen ecstatic drinkers with us onto Queen Street and had a Holy Ghost party. Bodies started to hit the pavement, with men and women shaking and convulsing powerfully under the heavy weight of the Glory. It did not take long for a crowd to gather. I felt the Lord say, "Don't think about harvest; think about me!" The more I got hammered at the thought of Jesus, the more drunk I got, and the more people stopped to watch us. We led 30 people to Christ in just two hours because of the crazy drunken bliss in the streets!

Mass Glory Outbreaks on the Streets

There is a harvest Glory being released in this day, which makes evangelism not a task but a delight. We will just float down the street in the Glory, and the little fishies will jump into our boats! Going to the streets and the marketplace becomes an addiction for those who begin to taste this harvest Glory. We long to offer Jesus every delicacy – to give him the sweet fruit of intimacy, but also the fields of harvest.The hearts of lovers must carry their bliss to the extreme. This love will drive us to bring in the harvest, even at the cost of our lives. The wine of heaven enables a supernatural boldness and freedom from the fear of man. This joy is also called the spirit of a martyr. You don't have to get killed to have this spirit! But you will get blissed!

While on the streets, I led six teenagers to the Lord simultaneously in one prayer. We prayed for a woman in a wheelchair with vertebrae problems, and she felt fire run up her spine. After a word of knowledge, both she and her daughter received the Lord. Some people came forward for prayer, but when we laid hands on them, they felt God's presence and ran off shrieking! A policeman came by to investigate what was going on, with all of the dropped and twitching bodies, screams and laughter. We told him we were praying for people, but when we asked him if he wanted prayer, he ran off and one of the team members chased him down the street!

The key to harvest evangelism is to get blasted in the Spirit and enjoy it! We sometimes bring teams onto the streets with no program or plan in mind. Prophetic evangelism, dream interpretation and other revelatory-based efforts are wonderful. But when we just get whacked in the Spirit, with bodies falling over, shaking and drinking heavily, it seems that God's Glory gets the job done just as easily! Suddenly crowds start to appear, amazed not just at the craziness, but at the obvious fun we are having. Our lives have been laid down, in that we no longer care about the opinions of man. Seeing the joyful manifestations, people start to come up to us and say, "Do that to me!"

Harvesting Lovers

Some try to offer the Lord a harvest in immaturity, and they bear little fruit. True maturity is to get possessed by the Spirit. We are matured by the bliss, and when our joy is ripe it explodes out of us in heart-felt devotion for the world to see. If evangelism seems difficult for you – if it still feels like a dry duty – you are probably still doing it out of obligation or striving for acceptance. You may want to stop altogether for a while and just drink the love of Jesus! When you drink enough, it will eventually spill out. The love will need an escape valve! And a drunken man will do and say things that a sober man will not. If your sacrifice is a work of duty, you must return to the place of pleasure! Then harvest will come as an overflowing work of love. We labor in the fields as a blissful byproduct of our unconditional acceptance.

"God wants you to be a lover. And He wants you to be a working lover. Who you are is the lover, and what you do is the work. You are not to be only a worker who struggles to love God. Instead, you are a lover of God," writes Mike Bickle in The Pleasures of Loving God. "Being lovers is our very identity. It's who we are. We are lovers of God who happen to work, not the other way around. … God wants us to be relationally oriented first, and achievement oriented second."

Our identity – lovers of God – supersedes our actions – fulfilling the Great Commission, etc. Moreover, until we become who we are, we can never fulfill what we've been called to do.

When we get blasted in the love of God, things start to happen around us. Our intimate relationship with God should not be sectioned off from the rest of our lives and cloistered into the prayer closet. God wants to invade the fabric of our lifestyle with the enjoyment of His presence. Actions and fruitfulness are byproducts of a lifestyle of intimacy.

The Great Commission is about to move from a paradigm of work and sacrificial labor to a response of lovesick bridal devotion. There is a place of love that reclines under the apple tree, but there is also an intensity of love that can literally drive us to do great exploits. The apostle Paul said, "The love of Christ compels us …" (2 Cor. 5:14). We literally become love slaves, compelled and driven by a loving passion that burns like fire in our bones. When this is real, and not feigned by a religious spirit, then it becomes contagious. The world is hungry for pure, abandoned pleasure! Stop striving. Stop twisting people's arms to get saved! Get whacked and just watch the little fishies jump into your boat!

Fat Disappears, Diamonds Grow, Prostitutes Saved on New England & Maritimes Tour

He does great things past finding out, yes, wonders without number (Job 9:10)

We have just returned from an entire month of meetings, and are excited to report that we have seen the Lord radically ushering in His glory with signs and wonders in New England and the Canadian Maritimes.

Traveling with the entire family, we ventured as far north as Nova Scotia, seeing literally dozens and dozens of miraculous healings during the course of our tour. We have felt a strong call to the region, and we are truly expectant that the awakening winds of Heaven are beginning to stir afresh. A number of churches and groups of believers are contending and partnering for a greater realm of Heaven displayed on the earth, and God is beginning to respond to the hunger.

We saw some breathtaking weight loss miracles, with some people losing more than 20 pounds instantly as God's glory manifested in the meetings. Others reported losses of 12 pounds and so on. In one location, a man reported that the diamonds in his ring doubled in size. This has happened a number of other times recently, with two women reporting that their diamonds supernaturally grew while attending our Engaging the Seer Realm conference in Atlanta last May. Such signs are but a mere token of the realm of creative miracles the Lord is beginning to unlock.

This woman is healed of a thyroid growth as her doctor verifies the miracle in North Carolina, just prior to our New England/Maritimes tour. Two more thyroid healings were reported on the tour.

In Nova Scotia, a man with scar tissue in his abdomen area reported that it completely disappeared. We lost count of deaf ears that were opened through the course of the trip. In one meeting alone in Nova Scotia, we saw up to five people healed of hearing loss and partial deafness. In another meeting in Fredericton, New Brunswick, the Lord healed a number of people who regained their sense of smell. A young person reported that a lost finger was beginning to grow back again on its nub! A young man in Hartford, Vermont reported that his eyesight was restored in one of the meetings.

Cases of chronic pain, bone displacement, severe knee pain, slipped and degenerative discs that were healed are just too many to document. One man in Vermont reported that not only was his back healed, but his torn rotator cuff was healed after decades of pain. Many reported new mobility in their neck, joints and bodies after months or even years of disfunction. In Canada, a man with nerve damage in his foot also regained sensitivity and could feel his foot again, something he could not do before!

A woman in Connecticut reported that her teeth were supernaturally whitened, as the Lord released dental miracles, and another man in Canada reported a gold filling that went all the way through his tooth. The Lord has also released gold dust on a more consistent basis in the meetings.

There were also money miracles reported during the meetings. One woman found $50 supernaturally appear in her Altoids breath mint can! Bob Jones had prophesied that on June 6, the church would be crossing over a spiritual river Jordan. We really felt a strong attachment to this word, and the Lord showed us that part of this deals with a new realm of financial prosperity that was unlocked over the summer. If you've been in a desert for 40 years, one of the first things you will notice when you cross over into the Promise Land is the abundance! On June 6, while we were on Nantucket Island for a meeting, someone donated the use of a $12 million house for us to stay in for the week. This place normally rents for $39,000 a week! And the owner is still a pre-Christian, who said he wanted us to leave "karmic vibrations" in the home! We felt that this was a prophetic indication of where the Lord is taking the church at this time.

In one of the locations, we conducted an outreach in a movie theater, where a number of souls were violently snatched from hell. We invited witches, bisexuals, homeless and even religious people to the event! Three prostitutes and a male escort gave their lives to Jesus, among several others who were saved. The next day, as the male escort was trying to leave down, he was confronted by his pimps and stabbed. The three prostitutes were secretly ushered out of town to a rehabilitation center, but the believer who assisted them was also tracked down by the pimps and was beaten. Her eye was slashed, her arm broken and several of her ribs were kicked in.

Our associate, Shawn Gabie, who also joined us for this event, reported that a witch astroprojected into his room before he left town! It was amazing to see the enemy's camp stirred into such an outrage, but the most exciting part was to reach out to the destitute and see new names written into the Lamb's Book of Life!

We saw the Lord heal a number of thyroid growths and tumors – we've seen three of these vanish completely within a month's time. In Waterville, Maine, two people reported that their ankles, which were swollen due to injuries, shrank back to normal size. One woman reported her ankles were swollen to three times their size, but returned instantly to normal in the Glory.

In Fort St. John, New Brunswick, there were a number of weight loss miracles and healings. Then as two young ladies were giving their lives to the Lord, a loud audible thunder crack amazed them, as God confirmed His love and call on their lives. As they remarked at this, the God of Glory thundered again, sealing them with a sign. Throughout the month, the Lord showed up in a number of other nature signs, including winds, fragrances and even physical tastes of honey could be discerned at times.

It is amazing that we have a fun God who dazzles His children with His wonders. But it is also imperative that we understand about these things, so we do not remain ignorant of the realm of Glory God is releasing among us in this day.

Declare His Glory among the nations, His wonders among all peoples (1 Chron. 16:24)

I believe that now is the hour, as Joshua spoke of, when he said, "Sanctify yourselves, for tomorrow the Lord will do wonders among you" (Joshua 3:5). As we prepare our hearts for this present outpouring of God's Spirit, each of us who believe can begin to operate in the phenomenal as the Father has promised us so many times in the scriptures. We pray that these testimonies encourage you as we endeavor together to apprehend the fullness of life in the Kingdom. We pray that your hearts would be strengthened in faith, circumcised of doubt, and above all, bolstered in holy love for the Bridegroom as he uses you to bring the good news of the Kingdom to your own home, church, marketplace or region.

Middle East Update

Thank you for your prayers, as we have just returned from a powerful time in Yemen and Qatar, where we saw the Lord move powerfully. John and two SOT associates from Emerge Wales – Justin Abraham and Dave Vaughan – ministered to hundreds of workers from nations throughout the Middle East (Saudi Arabia, Oman, Lebanon and beyond) and saw dozens of healing miracles, as well as a number of muslims giving their hearts to Jesus. The wildest leg of the trip was no doubt Yemen, where 95 percent of the male population is addicted to drugs and armed to the hilt with swords, AK-47s and practically lawless. This place is a seed-bed for Al-Qaida, the home ground of Osama Bin Laden. The nation is also in the midst of civil war, and we ministered in a region near the war zone while we were there. Our driver, who navigated us for hours through steep mountains with 3,000-6,000 sheer cliff drops, was hesitant to tell anyone at the armed checkpoints that John was from America! Yemen is definitely the wild west of the Arab world. Yet we truly felt that harvest is at hand for the workers there who embrace the present move of God’s Spirit. We also felt prophetically that the Lord wants to release a powerful movement among the women of the region, who are highly oppressed under the culture and the tenets of islam. We also saw the need for more women in church leadership in the region, to counteract this spiritual climate.

Yemen has both an ancient Christian and Jewish heritage, and I (John) felt that the Lord wants to restore these age-old foundations. We believe that God is about to “reverse the year of the white elephant.” In 570 A.D., Yemen’s then Christian ruler launched a military assault against mecca (which was then a place for worship of 160 idols, the chief of which was allah). He rode in on a white elephant, hence the name of the battle. It was a disaster for the Christians, and thanks to a demonic miracle, they were turned back. Mohammad’s grandfather was apparently a hero of the battle, and his grandson was born at that time, eventually turning the people to worship allah alone – the chief pagan idol.

Christianity at that time was being forced by the arm of the flesh, but without supernatural power, the church will never succeed against islam. God is now releasing strategic Elijah power encounters that will turn the nations to the truth. The year of the white elephant was a key advance to the birth of islam, as the church sought to assert its authority without demonstrations of power. If not for this one botched attempt by the “church,” it is not likely that islam would even exist today.

Our programs, church growth strategies and purpose-driven, seeker-sensitive methods that originate in the mind of man will never overcome the demonic powers of islam. But God is releasing a generation of wonderworkers who will live fully possessed by the love and power of God, with no motive but to advance His Kingdom, wiping out strongholds in a day. We believe that Yemen can be a key staging point for such a victory, as the church arises to take her place.

We've just returned from 12 days traveling in the gulf region. The first half of our trip was in Qatar, an oil rich Islamic nation undergoing rapid modernization and development. A very hot place with roadworks and new buildings everywhere, surrounded by sea and deserts. The population is only 1 million, most of these being immigrant workers from Asia, India and other gulf regions. In only a few years, massive skyscrapers have popped up out of nowhere! It's changing rapidly. Here's a picture of Doha the capital...

We held meetings in a sports hall with hundreds coming from all over the gulf region to get whacked in the Glory. We also held gatherings in local churches hidden away in several locations.

Oil flowed from this young girl's hands (above picture) in the meeting and many were touched by God's power. Over the few days we were there we saw many healings from words of knowledge. A convert from Hinduism was covered in gold dust one night, and several others had gold on their hands. The Kingdom is not about talk but power. God is coming to make Himself known.

We took a drive into the desert while we were there. Sand dunes are a lot harder to climb than you think, but the jump down makes it worthwhile! Here are a few pix of the Arabian wanderers in action looking for lizards!

PART 2 of the trip - YEMEN : Crazy Days!

The second part of the trip was in Yemen, one of the oldest civilizations in the world and one of the poorest nations in the region. This place hasn't changed much in hundreds of years. Amazing mountains, steep roads, old villages and men carrying knives and guns. The Queen of Sheba was from here and from the moment we arrived we were getting prophetic downloads of the significance of this place. There is a well of prophecy and wisdom here. I (Justin) saw a vision of God going after the core of Islam and a movement of people migrating up into Saudi Arabia which is north of Yemen. While we were there, prophecy flowed.

Here's a picture of Dave checking out some knives, and a picture of our driver, a local man who made sure we didn't get into trouble! You need a good driver when there's 3,000 ft drops on the side of the road!

The scenery in this part of the world has to be seen. Huge mountain ranges, with sand colored houses rising up out of sheer cliff drops. Into the mountains they've cut ledges to grow crops. It must have taken years to complete. It's an amazing place. The guys chew “khot” each afternoon - a plant which gives a buzz similar to amphetamine. They pack it into the corner of their mouths and chew on it for several hours. It's wild being in a country where there are guns, knives, drugs, a civil war, army checkpoints, pictures of Saddam and extreme Islam. We had a blast!

We visited some local houses to pray for the sick in the North West of the country and spent time encouraging some missionaries in the region. We were able to pray for Muslims in their own homes. One woman came for deliverance from seizures. She gave her heart to the Lord and the Holy Spirit came on her. You could see her face change as God touched her. It was awesome! God is opening doors over there and you can see how miracles will literally turns cities in a day. There is a deep longing in the Nations for something real. Signs and wonders and the glory are the key to seeing regions shift.

Back in the main City in the South we held meetings, healings rooms, and went into a slum part of the city where 7,000 live in a small walled off area. Within five minutes of being there a man was healed of an arm problem. We were invited into a home and prayed for a number of people for healing. About a dozen people crammed into a tiny room. One woman had a problem with her mouth which improved following prayer prompting others to seek healing. We also prophesied destiny over them and blessed them. The glory was so strong we were getting blasted being there the longer we stayed. There was flies and rubbish everywhere but Jesus was there with them. God loves the poor and in these days this is where we will see Him move most powerfully. Here are a few pictures...

Entire nations will turn to Him in the coming years. The fields are white unto harvest. This wildfire God is pouring out in Wales is for the world.

Towards the end of the trip we held a prayer for healing afternoon in one of the houses. People came from all over to get prayer. One girl with cerebral palsy showed big change in her behavior. The parents were delighted. We also saw hindus and muslims come for prayer. Many were healed from words of knowledge. In one room, five of the the ten woman waiting there were made well from joint and leg problems, a damaged tongue, headaches, neck pain, and so on.

We finished the trip with a rare opportunity to go into a school and to prophesy over some of the muslim teachers. God showed us things about their lives and destinies that amazed them. God's presence is so awesome! Finally we met a man who was put in prison for 5 months for being a Christian. We were humbled at the price he is paying everyday just to stand up for Jesus.

Hundreds Make Decisions for Christ on Streets of Uganda -- Thousands Hear Kingdom Message

We are excited to report on the success of the recent Sons of Thunder evangelistic outreach to the streets of Uganda, where the streets were reverberating with the sinners’ prayer, as thousands heard the gospel of the Kingdom and several hundred responded to the call to salvation. Thank you, Lord for the harvest!

Our team has recently returned from the nation, known for its 20-year civil war in the north and a long history of brutal dictatorial governments. SOT brought a team in coordination with Revivaltown Ministries, who were constructing 20 homes for women and children displaced by war. The primary purpose of the trip was to hold spontaneous street meetings with mobile sound systems, preaching the gospel, healing the sick and casting out devils right in the marketplaces of Kampala and surrounding districts. Often, crowds ranging up to 2,000 would gather to see a demonstration of the power of the gospel, with many making first-time decisions for Christ.

Over the course of the week, we saw cancers and tumors healed, as well as blind eyes, deaf ears, internal organs, bones and joints and many other physical infirmities taken away by the broken body and spilled blood of Jesus Christ! Many muslims were converted to Christ and many were completely set free from demonic bondage. Often, demons would openly manifest as people would be writhing and convulsing in the streets. Many crowds would gather to see the power of the Lord displayed, as people were delivered and restored.

An unplanned meeting was orchestrated by the Lord, as we met a Bishop Grivas, head of one of Uganda’s five largest churches. After this “random” meeting, he invited us to share the Kingdom message over the airwaves of a radio station, reaching a listening audience of 1.5 million Ugandans! The Lord opened doors of favor with local leaders, and several members of the team also met with mayors and governmental officials offering access to preach the gospel in different regions.

In the War Zone

The team traveled north for a six-hour drive to the war zone, where up to 20,000 children have been displaced nightly in recent years, walking miles a day to avoid abduction by the LRA army. Many young boys have been kidnapped and forced into military service, where they are often immediately forced to kill one of their companions to forge an LRA loyalty based on fear. Young girls are regularly abducted and used as sex slaves by the rebel army. Some of these girls who return are no longer accepted into society, as they were trained by their captors to become killers. As they seek to re-integrate into society, often with three or four fatherless children in tow, they are considered outcasts.

Traveling north to Gulu town at the war zone border, we visited the “child mother” homes being built in association with Revivaltown, Hope for the Nations and a number of other ministries in partnership. These facilities offer a save haven for those who have most closely felt the effects of this war. We also visited a number of displaced orphans who have become victims of the war.

While in the nation, the team also had the opportunity to meet with the first wife and children of the rebel leader, Joseph Koni, and we were able to pray and prophesy over them. It is important to pray for the peace of Uganda, as the nation has come closer to a resolve in peace talks in recent days than ever before. It has also been reported that several of Koni’s witchdoctors have converted to Christianity, and he says he has “lost his power”!

Surrounded by Uganda military at our hotel in Gulu, Sons of Thunder ordained two of our associate ministers, Justin Abraham and Joanne Gravell, both of Wales. Holding the ordination outside by night in the war zone, the Ugandan vice president walked by us as we were praying, plastered in the Glory! We feel that this was a prophetic act, as many are being ordained in a spiritual warzone in this hour!

Reaching the Unreached

While in the nation, the team traveled to a number of remote villages accessible only by boat on Lake Victoria with no churches. Reaching many with the message of Jesus Christ for the first time, we found an overwhelming response to the call for salvation. In one small village alone, we cast devils out of four women, watched deaf ears pop open and heard nearly everyone pray a salvation prayer. It is impossible to count how many made decisions for the Lord.

We also purchased more than 200 Bibles to give to new believers, and we prophetically called out a number of future leaders to be trained for the work of ministry. Connecting with a loose association of Kampala street preachers, we organized follow-up work, so that ministers could return to the villages after our departure.

Often during the street preaching, we would see mass breakouts of the Glory of God hitting the streets, as Holy Ghost joy would spontaneously take hold of a crowd. The entire trip, we stayed heavily intoxicated in the presence of God. On the streets, people would begin dancing, screaming and shouting for joy en masse! The people of Uganda are so open and hungry for the gospel! Business owners would beg us to pray blessings over their stores, and other merchants would beg us to preach the gospel on their streets. The power of God would regularly break out in these places. One man who was crazy and delusional began manifesting demons, foaming profusely from the mouth and writhing on the ground as we broke the power of witchcraft off of one marketplace. Moments later, he was back in his right mind, praising the Lord!

We visited a number of local orphanages, bringing gifts and ministering to the children. At the Action International orphanage, we led children into corporate heavenly encounters, where many children reported seeing Jesus. Several saw angels and some reported that the angels were “giving them wisdom.”

Europe-Mid-East Revival Report -- New Evangelism Technique Pioneered by Getting 'Whacked' in Wales

Although it has been a month since our time in Wales, Holland and the Middle East, we have wanted to issue a revival report to honor the Lord and the notable things He has done during this ministry tour. We saw the spontaneous appearance of diamonds and gemstones, many miracles of healing and instant weight loss, and overall experienced a tremendous weight of the Glory of God.

The Lord healed a number of people of conditions of deafness in Wales when we arrived in September, along with other notable healings. There were also a number of people who were saved on the streets through “Buzz Evangelism!” Hooking up with the Emerge Wales team, headed by Justin Abraham and Dave Vaughan, we spent the mornings getting intoxicated in the new wine. Then, in the afternoons, once we were full and spilling over with the Glory, we hit the streets of Cardiff. Besides doing dream interpretation, we also held up a sign that read “Free Buzz.” Then we prayed for people to feel a touch of God’s presence.

“So many people stopped to ask for a free buzz. We prayed for them and many people were impacted,” writes Abraham about the trip. “We saw around 10 people get saved. One guy we prayed for shook as the Holy Spirit moved on him, some cried, others just looked blessed. While this was happening, a woman came up to us with a bad foot, we prayed for her and she was instantly healed. Some of the stories are awesome. We also did dream interpretation and destiny words. God is revealing the secrets of the heart to show people His love. People are so hungry out there. They are looking for Him.”

During the nights, we held revival meetings, where we also connected with Gary and Sarah Morgan, as the Lord released a powerful wave of prophetic declarations over the nation. One night, a young woman found a diamond in one of the meetings. After she went home, she found two more gems!

“In the nights we saw intercession for the nation, prophecy released, and several miracles including healings from deafness and a hernia, and weight loss (a whole dress size!). Some of the kids from the housing estate gave their hearts to the Lord, and were visibly touched. One boy cried outside as Ann sang over him. People are so hungry for Him. The kids loved the prayer and kept asking for more,” writes Abraham.

The Lord continued to move powerfully as we joined Mattheus van der Steen and his wife Rebekah in Holland. Mattheus, founder of TRIN, has been hosting conferences in the nation and sponsoring major evangelism campaigns around the world. Hundreds were activated, filled and baptized afresh (many for the first time) in the Holy Spirit as we ministered in Holland with Mattheus. The weight loss miracles continued, as one lady lost several dress sizes. The next day she returned to the meetings, wearing new clothes, and by the end of the meeting, even the new clothes didn’t fit! (We recently received another report from a woman in Florida where we ministered who lost 32 pounds in the Glory!)

The Lord healed quite a number of infirmities. He also sent supernatural fragrances and a breeze blew through the building during one of the meetings. Some reported receiving gold fillings in their teeth, and many were challenged to take hold of supernatural Christianity.

Ministering at TRIN during the Feast of Trumpets, we took time to prophesy and release regional destiny words into the coming year. We feel that a fresh fire is beginning to burn in the nation of Holland.

John also traveled to the Middle East for a ministry trip to Cairo during this time. Due to scheduling and airline problems, the trip was cut short and we could not hold our public meetings. However, John was able to spend some time encouraging local missionaries there in Egypt. He also prayed with several locals and a young muslim convert was filled with the Holy Spirit.

Healings, Signs, Hailstones & Dead Raising! - Fire By Night Conference Exhibits 'Normal Christianity'

When God moves, there is no need for hype. The moment Aaron Evans stepped to the front of the building Friday for the Sons of Thunder Fire by Night Conference, the opening meeting was met with a massive downpour of marble-sized hailstones that covered the facility grounds on the balmy Georgia evening. Conference goers coming late to the meeting reported that the hail was isolated to the local property, and that a small twister also flew over the parking lot. No cars were damaged; however, the Lord gave Lily Crowder Psalm 18. When we looked it up, one passage stood out:

“And He rode upon a cherub, and flew; He flew upon the wings of the wind. He made darkness His secret place; His canopy around Him was dark waters and thick clouds of the skies. From the brightness before Him, His thick clouds passed with hailstones and coals of fire.
The Lord thundered from heaven, and the Most High uttered His voice, hailstones and coals of fire. He sent out His arrows and scattered the foe, lightnings in abundance, and He vanquished them.
Then the channels of the sea were seen, the foundations of the world were uncovered at Your rebuke, O LORD, at the blast of the breath of Your nostrils” (Ps. 18:10-15, emphasis mine).

Lily and others release the boomba!
Truly the fiery blast of the Lord’s nostrils laid bare the secrets of men’s hearts and exposed religious fallacies that God does not want to communicate clearly with His children in the place of intimacy through dreams, visions and encounters. The liquid love of Jesus poured freely throughout the conference, as hundreds of people were touched by the power and presence of God. Angie Reeder and her band from New Jersey were on hand to lead us into a powerful time of worship.

Aaron, who works with John Paul Jackson and Streams Ministries, shared a number of revelatory experiences, offering guidance on getting free from religious strongholds that hold us back from intimacy and communication with God. Aaron also heralded a supernatural generation that is rising up from the confines of powerless ritual, and taking hold of “demonstration” Christianity. He discussed the need for character and purity in order to ascend the heights of prophetic activation, not relying merely on gifting itself.

Jason Phillips of Revivaltown Ministries in Olympia, Wash. discussed walking in the fullness of all that God has, even for the “ordinary” believer. He provoked everyone to pursue a deeper place of communion with God and how to position oneself to move into destiny.

John discussed the need to move beyond mere prophetic gifting, and rather to cultivate and maintain an open Heaven around your life – the Heaven that Jesus has already cracked open for everyone by his sacrificial atonement. John also discussed the need to see and operate more clearly with the angelic, and to wake up from religious game playing that has lulled the church to sleep from the reality of the spirit realm. John also shared practical steps toward pursuing a double portion of God’s presence and power in your life, by following the footsteps of Elijah and Elisha in 2 Kings 2.

All three speakers participated in a question and answer session and addressed a number of issues relating to revelatory experiences and the supernatural. There was impartation and activation in the Spirit of revelation on Friday night, as the team prayed for everyone in attendance. Then the Lord released a massive healing wave the last two nights of the meetings. Here are a few testimonies of healings, miracles and “God happenings” from during (and after) the meetings:

- Pastor Michelle Duarte of Living Water Christian Church raised a dead person to life following Friday night’s meeting! She witnessed a car accident just outside the local IHOP restaurant, where a large SUV plowed over another car. The Lord told her that a lady was involved in the wreck, and Pastor Duarte walked as close to the scene as possible, seeing a woman slumped over the wheel. Duarte says that while responders could not find vital signs, and the woman was ready to be picked up by a DOA truck, her inner eye saw the woman’s spirit departing from her body. Across the parking lot, Duarte’s assistant pastor was also seeing the same vision, of a woman’s spirit leaving her body. Separately, but simultaneously, they began to pray and command the woman’s spirit to return to her body, along with prayers of healing for her physical body. In just a few moments, she saw the victim’s arm begin to move as life was restored to her body!

The first 4 of a total 8 inches of weight instantly lost.
- A woman lost eight inches from her waist line in the meetings as the power of God came upon her. Others lost weight as well.
- A woman who was deaf for 29 years in one ear received an instant miracle, as hearing was restored. Several other deaf ears were also opened.
- Kenny Forthun, of Cleveland, Ga., had a crooked spine as a result of scoliosis. Following a word of knowledge Saturday night, the Lord instantly straightened his spine through a creative miracle.

- A woman unable to raise her arm above shoulder level for 11 years was supernaturally healed. In front of everyone, she was able to raise her arm high above her head.

Before prayer, this woman's arm could only lift this far..

The lord restored her mobility!

- Robin Reider, our head intercessor, had an entire tooth changed completely to gold. An oral surgeon, Ken Johnson, confirmed that the tooth was real gold.
- A man who needed a root canal reported that two of his dead teeth turned completely white as the Lord restored them in the meeting.
- Tammy Eudy, of Valdosta, Ga., reported that the Lord healed her right hip.
- A woman reported that her breathing was instantly healed, after a word of knowledge about asthma.
- A woman with nerve damage in her toe reported that the numbness left and feeling was restored to it, following a word of knowledge.
- Other healings included chronic fatigue, leg and sciatica problems, backs, knees and various other body parts.

On the final night of the meeting, there was a massive deliverance wave, as many were set free from demonic strongholds. Some who were struggling with suicide and depression were set free from a spirit of death. A powerful decree was released against the spirit of jezebel, which “kills the Lord’s prophets” in the region. We believe that a divine mandate was released against that religious principality, as we proclaimed that “Jehu is riding.” We actually began to sing “Who Let the Dogs Out?” referring to the dogs of Jezreel who lap up the blood of jezebel at her death. After this, a stray dog literally traipsed into the building through an open door! Probably looking for a meal.

We are so grateful that the favor, abundance and majesty of God’s Kingdom are being poured out in our day, in our midst, right here! Elijah is no longer hiding in a cave! The Kingdom of Heaven is forcefully and aggressively advancing, and we are not on the defense! Adullam can no longer contain what the Lord is releasing! God’s mighty men are emerging from their hiding places. The hungry and the crazy are rising up to take their portion and to see the Glory of the Lord in the land of the living!

God is good!

Signs & Wonders Mark California Tour

Greetings!
It has been some time since our last update, and we pray that the Lord is moving mightily in your midst. So much has happened over the past month and a half that we will be sending out a few separate revival reports, just to give honor to what the Lord is doing in terms of the supernatural. We have completed two separate tours: one of California, and another of Europe and the Middle East. In addition, the Lord notched up the spiritual atmosphere locally in Georgia with the Sons of Thunder Fire by Night Conference. Someone was actually raised from the dead after one of the meetings! We will send out a few extra updates over the next few weeks to chronicle the works of God we have seen – some of which will blow you away!

With so much of the miraculous being poured out on the hungry today, we are convinced that it is a matter of “feast or famine” in the Kingdom. Some may wonder why God would move so mightily in certain circles, and not others, but we are convinced that this is regular, ordinary Christianity – and in fact, what we are seeing is very sub par compared to the levels of glory and power we are being offered through the shed blood of Jesus Christ! As Jesus said, “Whoever has will be given more; whoever does not have, even what he thinks he has will be taken from him” (Luke 8:18). Now is not the time to pretend God is moving in our lives and ministries, when He is really not! When we humble ourselves, acknowledge our spiritual bankruptcy and ask for “gold refined in the fire,” God will lift us up and infuse us with power for the harvest. Now is not the time to be pessimistic towards God’s power, just because we may lack it! Instead of pretending it doesn’t exist, or that we are already on the cusp of what God is doing – let us have the attitude of humility, hunger and pursuit – continually pressing in with wonder to the new things the Lord is doing in our midst!

Disappearing Diamonds and Indoor Rain in Florida
Prior to launching on our California trip, we visited Pastor Michele Duarte and Living Waters Church in Altamonte Springs, Fla. The Lord released a strange phenomenon in the meetings, as small diamonds would appear all over the floor. However, when you go to pick them up, they disappear in your hand! After that, we began contending more for the “habitation” of the diamonds, instead of just a “visitation” of them! Following our California tour, gems began to appear in our meetings in Wales, which we will discuss in a later revival report.

Another strange sign the Lord gave during the Florida meetings was that it began to rain in the building, during the service, as the glory of God began to rest thickly. This was also repeated in Wales, with visible water drops on our bodies! The Lord is truly pouring out His latter rains, and it is time to ask for them! (Zech. 10).

During the course of the Florida meetings, we hit the streets with the Living Waters family, and encountered a group of young people openly worshipping satan in a park at night. Our children heard this and immediately stretched out their hands and began praying in tongues. I got hammered by the Holy Spirit, and just danced over to them speaking in tongues, saying, “I have more power in my pinkie than all the antichrists of hell, because Almighty God lives inside of me!” Immediately, several of the girls began to manifest demons, shrieking and running away. Two of the young men received the Lord, and one got whacked by the Holy Spirit, sprawled out on the grass in a trance!

California Ablaze: Literally!
Prior to traveling to California for our West Coast tour, the Lord showed us a vision of the state being set ablaze with revival fire. By the time we reached Redlands, Calif., a literal wildfire broke out in the town, burning 2,000 acres! Pastor Joe Delgado of Church on the Hill in Redlands noted that wildfires have coincided with all of their conferences, when Todd Bentley and others came to minister.

Our California tour began with our friends Steve and Ginny Maddox, founders of Oasis, in Oceanside, Calif. Holding a meeting in San Marcos, at The Movement, the Lord opened deaf ears. A young man reported that a metal rod in his arm had dissolved when we prayed for the Lord to remove metal plates and pins from bodies. Throughout the tour as a whole, the Lord healed dozens of cases of arthritis, bone and organ problems, backs, knees and joints. At least half a dozen deaf received their hearing back (we lost count!) A woman in Sonora, Calif. reported that a knot on her head from an aneurism shrank. In Laguna Niguel, a man with no feeling from the elbow down to the tip of his fingers received and instant healing. His nervous system was restored, and all the numbness left his hand and arm completely. Also in Laguna Niguel, a woman supernaturally received back her sense of smell. A number of people experienced instant weight loss miracles throughout the trip.

While we were in the state, Steve Maddox introduced us to Harold Bredesen, the “father” of the charismatic movement. Harold has served as counselor to several presidents and foreign leaders, having worked to broker peace in the Middle East years ago with Anwar Sadat. He is also known for leading Pat Robertson into the baptism of the Holy Spirit. Harold has experienced many decades of the supernatural, having been transported miraculously from one geographical place to another, among other bizarre happenings. This was definitely a highlight of the trip!

Someone prophesied that the Lord was “laying tracks” during this trip, which we would continually run on and build with in the future. Lily was raised in California as a child, and we feel a natural connection and call to see the area encounter the glory of God. We feel that the Lord wants to restore that same fire of revival that Lonnie Frisbee kindled in California years ago in the realm of power evangelism and spiritual encounter.

Angels Stir the Waters
During our time in Redlands, the Lord caught John up into a visionary experience, where he floated into a William Branham meeting, and Branham struck John with a lightning bolt. Following this experience, there has been an increase in operating in coordination with the angelic in our meetings. Branham would often wait for angels to show up or do certain things in his meetings before he was activated to release healing or miracles. During our meetings in San Andreas, with our friends John and Lois Land, the Lord showed us one night that an angel was going to “stir the waters” in one part of the room.

That night, the Lord brought a release of the Spirit of revelation, enabling many to encounter the Third Heaven corporately. The meeting went long, and I was secretly waiting for the angelic activity to begin. While I did not tell anyone about the angel coming, I knew that a sign of his release would be that a certain woman would begin to manifest the Spirit of God in that part of the room. Finally, in the late hours, a holy drunkenness began to descend, and someone began to literally splash this particular woman with a water bottle! The stirring of the waters had begun, and this woman began to shake with the presence of God.

Immediately, I sent everyone out on the streets. The entire church ran out the door, filling the city street with shouts and dancing, as the Lord released a healing wave. The angelic timing was perfect, as two young men happened to be passing by. Both were saved and one was healed. Here is John Land’s account of the night:

“John Crowder was there and said he would just talk till the power of God came. The Holy Spirit told him that there would be a significant stirring of the spiritual waters that night. He suggested that we all share our water and believe that God would pour out His Spirit. One of the zealots (Ronda Lopez) went crazy and threw water on one of the ladies sitting next to her. That did it; the angels moved. Within seconds, about 25 people were out in the middle of the street as John Crowder and those gathered proclaimed healings, weight loss, salvations. And God was moving powerfully. Some actually were laying down under the power of heaven on the asphalt. Cars were being asked to drive around the seemingly heaven possessed group of shouting, praying and rejoicing.

The people in the bar (next door) came out and were marveling at this drunken behavior. John Land, the apparent leader of this inebriated band, called across Highway 49 for two gang banger types to come across the highway and receive what God was doing. They immediately ran across the highway and joined the crowd of excited animated Christians. John Crowder asked them if they were injured or sick. One of the guys said his ******** (expletive) shoulder was injured. John prayed and he seemed to get some relief. They both gave their lives to the Lord right in the middle of the street.”

Another young man gave his life to the Lord in San Andreas and we baptized him on the spot with a water bottle! The Lord is pouring out His Spirit in unprecedented, unlimited proportions to those who will move beyond just “being open” to the stuff. The anointing must be pursued at all costs. As we draw near to God, He will draw near to us!

Spirit of Revival Invades Supernatural Encounters Event

We are excited to report that the manifest presence of the Lord ignited our first local conference in Georgia, “Supernatural Encounters,” with a powerful release of signs, wonders and miracles. There was a fresh wave of intimacy with God, as well as wisdom and a fiery zeal that accompanied the event. The power of God was undeniable throughout the week. Many were activated in the supernatural, while many religious onlookers were arrested by God on the grounds of their dead, powerless gospel of “talk only.” We sense that the Lord is waking up the Bible belt to spiritual reality, and for those who are getting on board with this new wave, there is accelerated release into the things of the Kingdom. The Lord is truly drawing a line in the sand for those who will fully pursue Him!

Portal Opened for the Region
Prior to the first meeting, we (John and Lily) were at home with our friend and guest speaker, Jerame Nelson, when suddenly the three of us heard an audible trumpet sound about a foot over our heads in the kitchen. That night, the Lord released a powerful breaker anointing in the meetings. In the spirit realm, there was a clarion call to wake up!
Interestingly, the Lord woke me up in the middle of the night all week at odd hours: once with our home fire alarm, and another time with our alarm clock which was somehow set to 4 a.m.!
The very first night, everyone felt a strong atmospheric shift, as a Psalm 24 gateway was opened in the heavens and demonic interference was immediately driven out. A fiery release of declaration broke the powers of the air, and immediately the sound system in the building began to work clearly, despite strong opposition.

Gold Teeth, Rainbow-Colored Gold
On the first night of the conference, two people reported receiving gold teeth. One of these was the worship team drummer, who had never had so much as a filling or any other metal work done in his mouth before. He got a silver cap running down one row of teeth, and a gold cap running down the other!
Later in the week, a young man reported that the Lord changed five of his fillings into gold. In addition to this, many people reported seeing gold dust on their hands and in their Bibles. Prior to one of the meetings, we found rainbow colored gold dust covering many of the pews throughout the building.

Time Stands Still
On the second night of the conference, the Lord released an anointing to route religious spirits, and many were set free from religious devils. The message was so strong and raw, we didn’t think anyone would return the next day! But the crowds actually increased. That night, our sound technicians reported that a 60-minute CD began recording the message at 9:24 p.m. It recorded completely, but when it popped out, the time was only 9:30 p.m.! A 60-minute CD was fully recorded in only six minutes!

Healings Every Night
The Lord moved powerfully with manifestations of healing every night of the event. About half a dozen deaf people were healed: some were partially deaf, while others were born deaf. A woman’s knee was recreated one night, and another woman who had walked with a limp for years was instantly healed. The Lord healed a severe hip injury, and dozens of people reported instant healing from arthritis and joint pain. Many reported instant freedom from back and foot problems. A woman who had been unable to turn her head to the left side for a very long time reported instant mobility, following a word of knowledge. Instant improvements in eyesight were also reported.
The Lord also healed asthma problems, migraines and a number of people experienced supernatural weight loss, as the Lord literally dropped inches from their waist lines during the meetings.

Money Miracles
I discussed a symbolic, prophetic release of three, one-dollar bills that have begun to pop into people’s pockets during several of our recent meetings. As I was still talking, this same miracle happened to a couple of people during the conference.
The Lord also brought an instant financial return for several people who sowed into the offerings throughout the week. One person placed $5 in the basket and received $500 the next day. Another person placed $20 in the basket and immediately received a wage increase of $200 more per month!

Prophetic Release
There was a lot of prophetic ministry which took place throughout the week. Some people were specifically called out by names, occupations, etc., and many were encouraged by the Lord.
Many were activated in the realms of open heavens, spirit travel and visionary experience for the first time. In addition, many were introduced to soaking/contemplative prayer for the first time in our afternoon soaking sessions led by Donnie Thurston.

Salvation and Deliverance
There were waves of deliverance that broke out throughout the week. One young man was saved, as the Lord was bringing him out of a crystal meth addiction. We water baptized him on the spot during the meeting with a bottle of water! Another man reported that the Lord freed him from six evil spirits. There were a number of other deliverances, including one man who started vomiting and manifesting as the Lord began setting him free from demonic bondage.

God is moving powerfully, and we truly sense that this area is on the brink of revival that is sweeping throughout the southeast. Apathetic, lukewarm church-goers are beginning to get inflamed with the fire of passion, the intoxication of First Love!

Manifest Power Marks New England Tour

We are excited to report the phenomenal things we have just seen on our recent New England Tour. Over the past three weeks, we have seen the Lord work miracles and healings on U.S. soil that rival anything we’ve ever witnessed overseas. In our five-state tour, we have literally watched more supernatural activity than we can document. From instant miraculous weight loss to metal pins and plates melting from people’s bodies, the Lord has truly displayed His power.

We like to offer these testimonies and revival reports not to pump our own ministry or hype anything, but to instill faith in the reader that “all things are possible for those who believe.” The truth speaks much louder than fiction, and some of these stories may stretch you. However, this is normal, everyday Christianity – the way it should be. We strongly believe that revival is right now for anyone who wants it, and this is a strategic time of release for the New England area. A shift has already taken place in the region, and a supernatural display of the Kingdom of God is being poured out like never before.

Fat Disappears, Money Appears in Tolland, Conn.

The entire family, kids in tow, made this trek to the Northeast in late April, stopping first at River of Life Christian Fellowship in Tolland, Conn. with Pastors Weston and Karen Brooks. In a series of powerful meetings, the Lord released at least two significant weight loss miracles. A man with a paralyzed finger received feeling and sensitivity again. We had people check their pockets for money that may have supernaturally appeared there during the meeting. Sure enough, a small amount of money popped into one man’s pants which were completely empty prior to the meeting!

There were a number of other healings in Tolland, including relief from ailments that had plagued people for many years. One woman was healed of a back problem caused by MS when our eight-year-old daughter touched her during the healing service. We also sensed that a large angel was slamming a scroll into the ground in Tolland that would send shockwaves throughout the area.

Healing and Deliverance in Springfield, Mass.

Our next stop on the itinerary was Springfield, Mass. with Pastor Kofi Ata Ben Boni at Shepherd’s Gate Christian Fellowship. It was there that one woman reported deliverance from a prescription drug addiction ever since the meeting. Her close friend stated that, “she has many pains in her body and takes so much drugs that sometimes she can barely open her mouth – and she knows she is addicted and takes too much. Wednesday night she went up, and said she got freaked out because she felt something happen to her (the Holy Spirit) and she had to leave. You didn’t even lay hands on her. ... Well, she now has no pain in her body and has not taken any pills since.”

Another woman reported that her back bone snapped back in place during the healing wave that was released, and others also experienced an infilling of the Holy Spirit. Our hotel receptionist was also surprised to find that Pastor Kofi spoke her native language from Ghana, and we had the privilege of leading her to the Lord and getting her plugged into the local fellowship.

Divine Intimacy Released at Gateway

Our time at Gateway Christian Fellowship in New Haven, Conn. with Pastors Dr. Brian and Candice Simmons was stirring as we delved into the sacred romance of the Song of Solomon. The weekend seminary opened the eyes and hearts of listeners with revelatory teaching, and we also prophesied personally over everyone in attendance. The Lord released an impartation of his “fiery seal” upon the hearts of everyone there the final night of the conference, and there were also a number of healings.

Breakthrough in the Bronx

Stopping next at the Sanctuary Fellowship in Bronx, NY, we witnessed still more supernatural weight loss miracles. Little did we know that the church was in the midst of a competitive weight loss/diet competition. So God granted an “unfair” advantage to a few fortunate souls! There were also bone spurs, ankle problems and knee ailments that were healed among other infirmities. One woman reported that the Lord healed her instantly from the flu!

Pastor Jorge and the Sanctuary family are pioneering a new work in the city, and we greatly enjoyed our time with this young, growing fellowship.

Wine Time at the White Horse Café

Jumping from downtown New York City to the “boonies” of Vermont was a great relief for our clan of former Alaskans. The beautiful setting of White River Junction and Dee Copley’s White Horse Café provided a pristine natural backdrop for an explosive release of supernatural power.

There were a number of healings at the meetings, including a man whose shoulder was healed completely after many years of problems. In addition, we saw a few instant weight loss miracles. But the best part of these meetings was the heavy glory that descended. The Lord showed us that publications are going to be released from the Café and that a significant shift will be coming in 14 months. We learned that Vermonters really love to party in the Lord, and everyone corporately entered the wine room of Heaven during the meetings.

We also took the time in Vermont to visit Revivalist Eleazar Wheelock’s grave. This man of God founded Dartmouth College on the heels of the Great Awakening. The fiery bowls of creative revelatory understanding in the sciences and other fields of learning are about to be restored in the same measure and greater, in accordance with his original vision. This and other Ivy League schools which started with a Christian foundation are going to be restored to their original vision and call in these last days.

We also stopped at the church where George Whitefield was buried in Massachusetts, asking that the same wells of revival would spring up afresh, yet altogether new for this day and hour!

Maine Ignites with Miracles, Salvation, Call to the Poor

If we had to describe our time in Maine with one word, it would simply be “Wow!” Here are just a few of the miracles we witnessed during our time there:

*Deaf ears pop open for three people
*Metal plate melts from woman’s wrist
*Metal pins disappear from teenage girl’s ankle
*Fat cells vanish from several people’s waist lines
*Backs, shoulders, joints instantly healed
*Chronic pain/fybromyalgia leaves after many years of struggle
*Woman with walker gains strength/mobility

On the second day of our conference, we issued a serious call to make a difference toward the impoverished children of the world. More than 50 people responded to the call to “remember the poor,” and we collected pledges to raise $30,000 for orphanages in the Far East over the next three months! Nearly 30 people also volunteered to support orphan children long-term at $30 a month.

Currently, we are working out the logistics for this orphanage project, and we plan to have more information posted shortly on our Web site for anyone else who wishes to contribute toward the project.

A vision for the poor coincides with a prophetic word from Lou Engle, connecting Bangor, Maine with the 24/7 intercession movement in Bangor, Ireland during the days of Celtic Christianity. The Celts not only sustained a lifestyle of mystical, contemplative faith. They also sent missionaries throughout the world, shining as the only light in the midst of the Dark Ages. Their heart and care for the poor was a powerful example of true religion, and we would like to thank the people of Maine for stepping up to the call and emulating that same charitable heart that releases God’s favor.

We ministered with a large group of young people who will be involved in establishing this house of prayer in Bangor, along with Pastors Rich and Linda Brink who hosted us at Mountaintop Christian Fellowship.

Other powerful happenings in Maine included a wave of deliverance, where a number of people struggling with a spirit of suicide and addictions were set free. We commissioned everyone to go out two-by-two after the last night of the conference to save souls in the middle of the night. Trucking over to Wal-Mart with our associates Jason and Heather Rosfeld, we led about six people to the Lord with several marketplace miracles. A man was healed of a limp leg on the automotive aisle, and the Lord also healed a man’s back on Aisle 4 as he recommitted his life to the Lord.

Taking it to the Streets

As fun as it is to experience the miraculous, there is nothing better than watching the stuff happen in the marketplace. Seeing is believing. Christians do not have the freedom to preach the gospel in word only. The Kingdom of God is not a matter of talk only, but demonstrations of power. Jesus wants to be demonstrated.

Even now, we are watching a spiritual army not only taking formation, but taking new ground as well. We were encouraged by our time in New England, because we saw groups who were hungry to reproduce their faith in the streets and activate the miraculous in their own lives – they were not just attending meetings to be entertained. They love God and they want to be used. We thank God for the fruitful work of ministry over the tour, and our prayer is that these testimonies encourage you to go even further to bring Heaven to earth in your own sphere of influence!

March/April Revival Report

Look out Weight Watchers. Move over South Beach Diet. We’re here to tell you that you can be “light in the Lord!” We are excited to report that the Lord has begun working an interesting phenomenon in our meetings lately. We’ve been pressing in for a release of supernatural weight loss during our healing/miracle services, and the Lord has begun to deliver. Yet another incentive to live in the glory realm!

We love it when God does bizarre and fascinating wonders that blow our boxes out of the water. We have been contending for this particular miracle since January, having seen quite a number of people lose weight instantly under the ministry of our friend, David Herzog. We’ve also traced this phenomenon back to the healing meetings of A.A. Allen in the 1950s, when someone once lost 200 pounds instantly in one meeting.

In February, before we left Canada, the Lord told me that He was putting me in “Weight Loss Class.” Essentially, He would be training me how to work this miracle. The first fruits of this we would see in Michigan last March, and it has continued since then.

Open Portal Released in South Michigan

I traveled to Saginaw, Mich. in March at the invitation of Saginaw Valley Community Church, joining up with Dr. Brian Simmons and Aaron Evans. The Lord prompted us to corporately speak an opening into the heavens for a release of dreams and visions on the second night of the conference. We sensed that a very large door had been cracked open for the region, which was also connected with a healing of the land and repentance on behalf of past wrongs done against First Nations people in the area. We sensed that while the Lord was indeed opening a portal, it is something that must be contended for and maintained by the local churches.

I feel that the Lord is also establishing networks in southern Michigan which will release prophetic evangelism.

Dr. Simmons, who is truly a regional apostolic authority in the New England area and beyond, laid a strong foundation, focusing on the shepherd heart of God, the need for sacrifice and the centrality of the cross. He encouraged everyone not just to eat “cheesecake” conference Christianity, but to embrace a walk that sometimes involves suffering and desert seasons as a prerequisite to a higher walk. Aaron also pointed to the need for stronger family relationships and provoked hearts to greater depths of intimacy with the Lord, among other things.

With this plumb line laid, the Lord released an explosion of healings on the final night. Besides the miracle weight loss, a boy’s broken wrist was healed. The Lord healed a number of shoulders, rotator cuffs and other body parts. Dozens of people came forward in response to a word of knowledge concerning chronic headaches. A number of people were healed of intestinal disorders and other organ problems. Several people also reported that there were distinct fruit smells during the meetings.

Dakotas ‘Fully in the Glory’

In early April, I spent a week in the Dakotas with Jim Samuelson of Springs of Living Water Church, holding meetings in Fargo, Minot and Bismarck, ND. The Lord showed me that a natural resource deposit of gold and oil would be found along the border of North and South Dakota, which would signal a fresh emergence of the glory of God, as well as a birthing of supernatural wisdom from the invisible realm to the natural realm. I was given the reference of Job 33, wherein wisdom is compared to the gold and precious minerals that men dig deep into the earth to recover.

I also saw a sickle swinging over North Dakota. I feel that now is the time for harvest in North Dakota, but that there will also be many harvesters sent out from North Dakota. While in Bismarck, we visited the capital building and I was struck by the angelic presence I sensed in the Senate chambers. I feel that great blessing is coming upon the state because of the stand that North Dakota is taking against the wholesale slaughter of abortion. I also had a vision of a launching pad being constructed there in Bismarck, with angels taking off from the capital building to far away places. We had an incredible time at Crystal River Ministry Center, seeing a number of healings, and just as the fire of God began to heat up, the fire alarms began to sound off throughout the complex!

All of the Dakota meetings were marked by a heavy glory and the release of the wine of God. In Minot there was also distinct, strong angelic activity, and I was struck mute for several minutes mid-way through the service. Just after the meeting, an atheist was healed and saved in Applebee’s. I simply called out the healing word, without laying hands on him. He had a hard time arguing with the power of God. Seeing is believing!

Explosion in Fort St. John

The Lord flooded Fort St. John, B.C. Canada over Easter weekend with revival fire. Joining up with Faytene Kryskow for a citywide meeting there, we watched as Baptists, Mennonites, Brethren, Pentecostals and others from various denominational backgrounds gathered in unity and got whacked by the power of God.

The Lord gave us a word about a 24 hour prayer center for Fort St. John, as well as a call to send revival fires to the northern villages. During the Heart of David conference there, sponsored by Northern Fire, we also saw a number of healings, including another release of miracle weight loss. The Lord released a wave of deliverance from addictions, as many were floored by the hand of God. At the end of the conference, we sent everyone out two-by-two to reach the lost and carry the fire directly from the meeting place to the marketplace.

New England Tour

Currently, the entire family is traveling throughout the New England area for a regional ministry tour. Look for more updates and testimonies from the trip in our next revival report.

Awakening in Northeast and Northwest

January/February Revival Report

Over the past two months, we have been blessed to see the Lord’s hand working mightily from coast to coast. Not only have we sensed the kindling of revival fires in numerous meetings – we have also experienced a personal shift as we are now moving our ministry headquarters to the Atlanta area.

We would like to offer a recap of what the Lord has been doing through the ministry since the start of the year, as well as offer some prophetic insights for the Northeast and Northwest regions of America. We hope you enjoy some of the testimonies below.

Awakening Wind in New England

In January, I traveled to Gateway Christian Fellowship in Connecticut, joining our new and dear friend, Pastor Brian Simmons, and his family. At the conference, Dutch Sheets shared about the region being “baptized into the miraculous.” In addition, Dr. Chuck Pierce had prophesied last fall that when the wind reaches 67 miles per hour, the region would know that one season was ending and the people were now entering into their future. The day before this conference, the wind blew at 68 miles per hour, with headlines reading “Blown Away.” These words correspond with a general “shift” in the spirit that many prophetic voices are seeing for this year.

The Lord brought a powerful message through Brian, Dutch and Chuck, as well as through Jason Upton, Phil Zaldatte and the Mike Smith Band. I also shared what the Lord was giving me regarding this awakening wind, relaying Song of Solomon 4:16:

Awake, north wind, and come, south wind! Blow on my garden, that its fragrance may spread abroad. Let my lover come into His garden and taste its choice fruits.

As the sevenfold lampstand in the tabernacle burned, its flames were couched in golden almond blossoms. The almond tree was the first to “wake up” in the spring, and in Hebrew, the word for almond tree literally means to “wake up” or “awaken.” It is in the place of an awakened church that God is about to release the fullness of His seven Spirits in this hour. Not only does His wind awaken us, but the wind itself is being stirred up and awakened.

The Lord Himself is arising on behalf of His bride:

Then the Lord awoke as from sleep, as a man wakes from the stupor of wine (Psalm 78:65).

While at Gateway, the Lord also worked a number of miracles. A lady whose ear was deaf from birth was healed among other testimonies. There was also a night of powerful impartation. I felt a very personal connection to the region. On the day I was born, Aug. 10, 1976, Hurricane Belle struck Connecticut, with warnings going northward all the way from Georgia, where I was born. I feel that in some small way, my presence at the conference was symbolic of the merger of this south wind with the northern one. Belle means “beautiful,” and the Lord is truly awakening His bride into the beauty He has placed upon her.

Edwards’ Mantle Being Released

Our time in the Northeast was also highlighted by a visit to Enfield, Conn., the site of revivalist Jonathan Edwards’ famous sermon, Sinners in the Hands of an Angry God. I saw a vision there of Jonathan Edwards coming forward to hand me his mantle. But I was only standing there as a representative of a generation. There was a powerful prophetic flow as we ministered there at Enfield Christian Fellowship, and I shared about the same spirit of revival as Edwards walked in, as it is being released in a different package. For us, perhaps, the message will be Drinkers in the Hands of a Glad God as this latter day revival will be marked by bridal intimacy and those who have tasted His love that is “better than wine.” There will truly be deep conviction of sin, as was in Edwards’ day. Yet it will be far more refined – not simply a fear of imminent judgment, but a response to the jealous flame of divine love.

Spilling to the Northwest

We feel that the Lord is showing us a strategic connection in this hour between the Northeast and the Northwest regions of the country. I believe there is divine strategy and intercontinental connection being released in this hour that literally corresponds to the anniversary of the Lewis and Clark expedition exactly 200 years ago. We will discuss this more below.

Immediately following our time in New England, we ministered at a conference in Olympia, Wash. with Peter Helms and Jason Phillips. There were numerous healings, including a lady healed of fibromyalgia. A lady confined to a wheelchair received more movement in her legs and was able to walk several steps for the first time. Another woman was healed of hip and back pain that had troubled her for a year and a half. A woman was healed from macular degeneration, receiving back her eyesight to the degree that she could read again. Movement was restored to someone who could earlier not even bend or lift her arm. There were also healings of tendonitis, knee problems, arthritis and other physical health issues. We truly saw the Great Physician touching His people.

Following that conference, we ministered at Rivers of Grace Church in Olympia, where there were several more healings. Another person bound to a wheelchair after paralysis from the neck down shared about how the Lord has gradually been healing him. During the service, he received more movement in his body than he has experienced before since his accident. He was also able to walk.

Joel’s Army: Mission

Ministering at a Joel’s Army conference in Mission, B.C. Canada earlier this month, several young people gave their lives to the Lord. If there were any religious spirits left after that service, you could hear them leave screeching as we water baptized 10 young people on the spot with Evian bottled water! Several received the gift of tongues. We released a healing wave, and the wine of Heaven was flowing strongly. We stayed over for several more meetings at East Gate Church in Mission, and the Lord continued to release His glory through prophetic ministry. One night, several people rushed forward to throw their tobacco and smoking paraphernalia on the altar as the Lord released a spirit of deliverance. Pastor Brian Olynick and his family were also a great blessing to us as we set out on our journey back to the East Coast!

Lewis & Clark Intercontinental Connections

While Lily was praying for me recently, the Lord showed her a large arch, underneath of which was a tall tree whose roots extended and tapped into the lightnings and power of God. At the time, I did not understand the prophetic significance of this.

Earlier this month, we visited Seaside, Ore., the site where the famous explorers Lewis and Clark turned around at the end of their long journey to the Pacific Ocean after crossing the span of continental America. Lewis and Clark pioneered a route across the country that would serve to open the nation up from one end to the other.

Our visit to Seaside corresponded exactly to the time that Lewis and Clark turned around and headed back eastward 200 years ago. It was at this site that they made salt for their journey back. The Lord told us that this was a place of “turning,” and that we should move back to the East Coast. We immediately relocated to Atlanta, closing a six-year season on the West Coast.

On the journey to Atlanta, we stopped at the St. Louis Gateway Arch, and the Lord had me stand underneath it as a prophetic act. This place was a strategic launching place as a “final outpost” when the West was being explored, and it was considered a gateway city. Even now, the Lord is opening a gateway between spiritual deposits on the East and West Coasts of America and Canada, and those who drink from both streams will sink their roots deep into power evangelism. The awakening that is happening on both coasts of the nation is going to mature as there is connection and cohesion in the body of Christ. During this time, Lily began seeing open-eye visions of lightnings, as bright as camera flashes in her eyes. This happened eight times, symbolizing new beginnings and the spiritual shift that is coming to America.

Also underneath the Gateway Arch stands a famous courthouse where the Dred Scott case was tried. Dred Scott was a slave who sued for his freedom. As these cross-continental connections begin to take place in the church, there is going to be a breaking of the spirit of slavery, as well as the orphan spirit, both of which will be replaced by a spirit of sonship and adoption.

Apostolic Connections: Shifts in Leadership Models

To summarize what the Lord has been showing us, there are coming connections between the East and West Coasts, as well as the north and south. These are not “church connections.” The Lord is shifting us from the church age to the Kingdom age. These are apostolic connections, as the Lord is even now releasing an emerging apostolic movement.

As regional apostolic centers and leadership models emerge (there is even now a completion in some of the pioneering that has taken place to this end, just as Lewis and Clark completed their westward trek and turned around), it will be vital to cross-pollinate and stand under this canopy of mutual submission and fellowship that this arch represents. There will be no single region that “owns” this coming revival, nor any single ministry that can take credit for it. But in the place of unity and cohesion, we will see the “commanded blessing” of multiplication (Ps. 133).

There is much more to discuss, and many more practical applications to highlight about what I am saying. We will touch on the emerging apostolic movement a bit more in our Word of the Week teachings over the next couple of weeks.

Until then, our prayer is that the Lord continues to bless you with the intimate depths of his heart, the revelatory riches of His mind and the mighty power and provision of His hand …

Sons of Thunder 2005 Year in Review

Happy New Year! The past year has been a busy one and truly a breakthrough season for us. We would like to take the time to extend our appreciation to those of you who have partnered with us in 2005. We would also like to take the opportunity to provide a recap of much of what the Lord has done in our lives and ministry over the past year.

Early in the year, John finished his book, The New Mystics, about the coming Joel’s Army generation, which chronicles a number of miracle workers and forerunners from the past and present. We also had an addition to the family – Ezekiel Sozo Crowder – while the family was still doing local ministry in Alaska.

Happy New Year from the Crowders!

We held a number of revival meetings in Alaska. When John delivered a message on the Spirit of Burning there early this year, a 5,000-acre wildfire broke out near the town the same day. In July, we also sponsored our first conference in Alaska, Holy Ghost Sloshfest – a joyful soaking festival in which we partnered with Homer Healing Ministries with revivalists Jim Drown, Victor Hernandez, Jason Phillips and John for a time of refreshing and impartation.

In June, John joined up with Revival Town Ministries in Olympia, Washington for the Supernatural Generation conference, with Keith Miller and Charlie Robinson. We have truly felt a divine alliance with Jason Phillips and Revival Town, and John returned in September for their Under the Apple Tree conference. There were a number of healing waves released at each of these conferences, with people even getting healed over their cell phones!

Overall, we have participated in numerous events throughout the United States and Canada. We relocated the family temporarily to Mission, British Columbia in September, and we’ve joined up with a number of events in the B.C. area, including the Signs and Wonders Conference in the fall. There, the Lord showed a powerful display of His power. Dozens of people reported healings, including many who had metal pins, rods and plates literally dissolve from their bodies.

John traveled for a month of healing meetings in Wales and England, where he went with a team to Bath, Exeter, Dudley and Tonbridge. The Lord effected many healings in Wales alone, including several notable miracles. A man was healed after being unable to walk properly from a broken back 10 years ago. A woman was healed of a strange disease that caused her to lose her fingerprints, and her fingerprints were restored! In England, John prayed for a young girl whose deaf ear opened, and a young blind boy was able to count the fingers on his hand after prayer.

On a personal note, this trip was historic for John, as he was able to visit the gravesite of Welsh revivalist Evan Roberts at Moriah Chapel, as well as the chapel and quarters of John Wesley in Bristol. There, John prayed that the same spirit of awakening and anointing that rested on these men would again be released to effect revival in the nations today.

From England, the team traveled to Kiev, Ukraine, seeking to step into some powerful destiny words spoken over the region by major prophetic voices such as Bob Jones and Bobby Conner. Those men had prophesied that one of the greatest revivals the world has ever seen would be sparked in Kiev among the youth and that it would spread into Russia. During a four-day miracle festival, there were 5,600 in attendance, with several ministries joining forces. In Kiev, 54 surrendered their lives to the Lord, and there were delegates from Siberia, Romania, Belarus, Russia, Lithuania and Moldova.

We participated in a number of other conferences and meetings in America from coast to coast before the year’s end. We traveled to Vancouver for Vancouver Ablaze. Later, John met up with Keith Miller in Texas, where Patricia King, David Herzog, Bobby Conner and Keith held Dallas Ablaze. Later, John held meetings in his hometown of Griffin, Ga. where more than half the congregation received physical healing in just one service, including the pastor’s wife’s left ear opening up and a girl receiving improved eyesight. And just before Christmas, John spoke at a conference in Santa Rosa, Calif., where the Lord also released a display of His presence and power.

Nova, 2, ministers under the glory.

What a great year! The Lord is moving powerfully today, but not just through a single man or ministry. This healing revival is in the streets, among the people and available for any and all who hunger to carry the torch. We are truly seeing the sons and daughters rise up to take hold of our corporate destiny. And the glory goes to no person or ministry, but to the Lord of Hosts who is rallying His mighty last days army.

Throughout the year, we have literally prophesied to and laid hands on thousands to receive the healing anointing and to operate in the Spirit of revelation. Many have been saved and healed. But with all the power ministry and testimonies swirling about, it is important to remember the more weighty aspects of the kingdom: intimacy with the Lord, strong family relationships, healed hearts, healthy marriages and this:

Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world (James 1:27).

As we move on into 2006, we have big dreams and big vision. Part of that vision is to start working toward an orphanage project in the nations. While Sons of Thunder has sown a percentage of its income into mercy ministry and orphans over the years, we are even now orchestrating a larger project than we have ventured before. We will be sending out more information soon, as details develop. Please be in prayer with us on this effort!

As for our family, we would like to express our appreciation for all of your prayers and financial support. Every step that the Kingdom of God has advanced through us also goes equally into your spiritual account. Thank you for partnering with us for changed lives, souls and the glory of the Lord. This has been a joint work among all of us who have labored together. May the Lord bless you tremendously as we look forward to all the Lord has for us in the coming year!

Christmas Greetings from Sons of Thunder

We hope you all are having a blessed Christmas season. As we reflect on the birth of the Christ child, our prayer is that the Kingdom purposes of God are birthed and made manifest in your own lives at this time of year.

We want to thank you for all your love, prayers and support over the past year. We will soon be sending out a 2005 year in review with photos and highlights, but for now, we would like to give you a brief ministry update from the past month. Also, be sure to look for our upcoming prophetic words for 2006

Vancouver Ablaze
The month of November began with the Vancouver Ablaze evangelistic outreach, where Che Ahn and Nolan Clark joining up with the ministry team. Some of our friends launched out to do prophetic evangelism right in the occult sections of the secular bookstores. Our 16-year-old nanny hit some of the grittiest streets of Vancouver, reaching out to heroin addicts and prostitutes.

Abbotsford/Dallas Ablaze
Following Vancouver, we joined up with the Supernatural Conference in B.C., with our friends Charlie Robinson, Ryan Wyatt and others. Then it was off to Texas for Dallas Ablaze, hosted by Keith Miller and Stand Firm World Ministries. Patricia King, Bobby Conner, Kevin Prosch, David Herzog and the Michael Larson Band were part of the conference. I shared a brief word that the Lord is bringing a jubilee season of restoration to the Dallas area, reviving the same deposit left behind from the Voice of Healing Revival that tapered off about 50 years ago. Gordon Lindsay, founder of Christ for the Nations, was based in the Dallas area. He held together this loose affiliation of independent healing evangelists that swept the nation with the remarkable miracle-working power of God, until that move tapered off in the late 1950s. The 50-year jubilee season is now coming to an end, and what the Lord had to withdraw from a generation that was unprepared for such power, He is again releasing to us, giving us another opportunity to operate in His dynamic healing anointing.

Miracles in Georgia
In between those events, Lily and I ministered at a few spots in Georgia. We joined up with our good friends Jim and Kathy Drown at Daystar, and we also held several meetings in my hometown of Griffin, Ga., where the healing anointing literally exploded. I sensed strong angelic activity from the onset during services at New Beginnings Church, and here are just a few highlights of what happened:
> Pastor’s wife’s left ear opens
> More than half congregation receives physical healing
> Girl’s eyesight improves
> Women healed of arthritis
> Backs, slipped discs, necks and shoulders healed
> Many filled with Holy Spirit for first time

Santa Rosa Conference
After our Georgia meetings, I joined up with Jerame Nelson for a conference in Santa Rosa, where the Lord ignited a fresh hunger for the miraculous and there was a powerful time of impartation and prophetic ministry. Several testified to receiving physical healing there, as well.
I had a strong sense that the Lord is about to release a fresh wave of the Lonnie Frisbee mantle in that region, and we are hoping to return to California for a series of meetings to follow up there in February.

Sabbath Rest
It’s rare that the mission field brings you to the Caribbean, but when it does, who’s going to complain? Part of our itinerary included joining the team for a tropical cruise earlier this month. Lily and I were able to take a much needed break, while still enjoying the ministry and company of Bobby Conner and Larry Randolph during this “conference at sea.”
Taking rest from our labors is more important to the Lord than we often realize. Our primary call at The New Mystics is to pull aside and minister to the Lord. This supersedes our ministry to the church and to the world. That means taking the time to be still before Him. It means operating in and through and for His presence. It entails walking in Sabbath rest.
Our own overseas travel schedule is toning down over the next few months, and the free time is allowing us to fill a number of ministry invitations in North America. But the time is also allowing us to draw near to God in the Secret Place of the Most High. Patricia King recently told me that the Lord is drawing me into another season of soaking in the Son. And I know that my own dissatisfaction with “ministry as usual” is only going to be resolved as I pull aside for an extended gaze into the eyes of Jesus.
We would also appreciate your prayers over the next few months, as I am compiling a volume of work on the Song of Solomon. This explains our somewhat abrupt departure from the Song of Solomon weekly study. Our goal is to get the Word of the Week teachings rolling again by the first of the New Year.

We recently returned from a ministry outreach to Kiev, Ukraine last month, where John accompanied a mission team. Here is a report prepared by Janelle Mierau about the trip, and below that are a few prophetic insights the Lord has been downloading to me about the region, as it effects the corporate body of Christ.

Kiev, Ukraine Ripe for Revolution
Carrying with them the love and power of God, three teams recently joined forces with the church as ambassadors of the kingdom in Kiev, Ukraine and watched with amazement as spiritually hungry people were healed and saved on outreaches and as hundreds responded to altar calls for healing and salvation at the miracle festival.
These three ministry teams, consisting of approximately 42 Christians from five different countries, converged in Kiev, the capital of Ukraine, on the heels of the nation's political "Orange Revolution." They were sovereignly united to help fan the flames of national revival through a four day School of the Supernatural and evangelistic miracle festival—October 26- 29th.

Interestingly, the Ukraine has been called the bread basket of Eastern Europe because of its soil's success for growing wheat. The nation's blue and yellow flag and abundant natural harvest are physical symbols that speak of its spiritual destiny for open heavens and mass harvest. Prophet Bob Jones recently saw prophetically that one of the greatest revivals in the history of the church would come out of Russia and the heart of it would be from the Ukraine. He said the window of opportunity would be very short and that the church had to be prepared to reap the harvest quickly. Similarly, prophet Bobby Conners saw that one of the largest soul winning revivals in history would begin in Ukraine; it would be the fuse and would burn down into Russia, resulting in a powerful explosion of God's power which would win thousands of young people for Christ.
Already there are signs that this fire is beginning to burn in Kiev—the city now has the largest church in Europe with 26,000 members and another church with 8,000, as well as the world's largest Messianic church, with 1,500 members. Even more telling of national transformation underway is the historic uprising of 2004, the "Orange Revolution," that began spontaneously as millions of Ukrainians were drawn to gather in Independence Square in Kiev, and rose in protest of the government's corruption. One Ukrainian said, "For the first time the people felt like they could change something." He said that the presence of God overshadowed the square as, unexplainably, thousands sacrificed their jobs and schooling, alcoholics quit drinking and people came from all over the country to stand, dance and sleep in the streets for months.
The same Spirit that united the heart of a nation in righteous indignation and a cry for justice is stirring the nation for spiritual revolution. There is an awakening in the land and the church is answering the call to partner with Holy Spirit in an unprecedented move of God. The four day events were evangelistic and also aimed at equipping and empowering the church for this crucial hour.

Holy hunger!

Holy Hunger and Precious Sacrifice
The open heaven and people's hunger to encounter a God of miracles was astounding. The people's insatiable appetite for more of God inspired the team, and they were delighted by their fervent requests for prayer for healing and impartation. The desperation for more of the Lord compelled some to travel great distances and sacrifice months of wages—the average monthly wage in Eastern Europe being $200–$250. Thirty people came from Russia, some traveled three days by train from Siberia, and others came from Romania, Belarus, Moldova and Lithuania! Most of the Ukrainians present, the majority of whom live in villages, would also have sacrificed a month's wages to come to the city of Kiev for the four-day event. Blessed are those hunger and thirst—they will be filled!

Opening Night: Power Evangelism
The four-night festival was opened with a dramatic testimony of instant deliverance from drug and alcohol addiction at the moment of salvation with the 1,100 who had gathered with joyful expectancy. "There is no high like the Most High," exclaimed the evangelist as he shared how God wants to come into everyone's life, forgive their sin and give them a hope and a future. Then he invited those to come forward who wanted to receive Jesus into their lives and, from among the largely Christian audience, 22 people surrendered all to Him!
After corporately releasing a fresh anointing several words of knowledge were called out and several people came forward in response, testifying of receiving God's healing touch. A young man felt God heal the bones in his hands and shift them into their proper place. God also restored the sense of smell for two women while another person was healed from 30 years of pain in back and ankles. A young woman was healed from 5 years of pain in the chest and back; a man's arm was healed after one year of being unable to lift his arm; and one woman was healed from a painful spinal problem she had endured for 2 years.

Second Night: Holy Spirit Comes in Power
On the second night of the festival, the building buzzed with the excitement of 1,500 Ukrainians anticipating God to move powerfully. It was explained how the testimony of Jesus Christ is the spirit of prophecy and how testifying releases a supernatural realm where the duplication of the same miracles can occur.

Suddenly the Holy Spirit interrupted the message by releasing a tremendous anointing for words of knowledge. Many came forward in response and were touched by God's healing power. One notable miracle involved a person who responded to a specific word of knowledge about a four-year-old boy who needed healing. Having just heard a testimony about cell phone miracles, the father of the boy with severe cardiac insufficiency called home while prayer was going on at the festival. The next day he took his son to the doctor and the physician confirmed a miraculous healing!
Also, one woman received healing in her sciatic nerve, testifying that all pain had left. Another woman who suffered a blow to the right side of her head that resulted in total deafness in one ear began to hear. A corporate healing wave was also released and many experienced the fire of God healing them in their seats. Several people came forward to testify of receiving healing from various afflictions: two women were healed from tremendous chronic pain that inhibited their walking; a woman received a complete healing of her eyesight after wearing glasses for years; unable to barely talk for a month, one woman felt a "pop" in her head and began to speak again; and another woman had all swelling leave her eyes.
By the end of the night, all of heaven was rejoicing as nine precious people experienced the greatest miracle of all, salvation, as they received Jesus as Savior for the first time.

Third Night: Powerful Demonstration of the Full Gospel

More Lord!

The atmosphere was electric again at the festival on Friday as 1,500 passionate people filled the auditorium and the spirit of joy was released in worship! The evangelist shared his testimony of how God set him free from every addiction, without any withdrawal or cravings, the moment he accepted Christ. He then taught how healing and deliverance are available through the atonement just as salvation is. "I settle for nothing less than what the full gospel promises me…the forgiveness of sin and healing are one and the same in the gospel!" he said.
Then he invited people to come forward to receive Jesus as their personal Savior and 23 people responded. Next, he gave a general call for anyone with cancer, tumors, deaf ears, and terminal illness to come to the front. After receiving prayer and encountering the healing power of God, several people gave testimony. Vladimir, 74, who had been deaf in the right ear since 1942 when a German soldier struck him at age 10, had Jesus miraculously restore his hearing! Anastasia, 15, from Moscow, with asthma for three years, was simultaneously healed of all symptoms as well as a tumor on her back!

Although she has been unable to jump longer than three minutes, after her healing, she could jump in worship and breathe easily even when others had to sit!
A woman that had suffered 20 years of pain due to spinal problems and a misplaced disk was delivered of all pain. God also powerfully healed Tatianna, 58, from 23 years of painful arthritis in all parts of her legs and feet. Also, a woman was healed of a hormonal disorder which had caused her extreme nausea, daily and constant fatigue.

Final Night: Holy Hunger Releases Mighty Impartation
On Saturday night the team ended the four-day festival with a Holy Ghost impartation and commissioning service. The "use it or loose it" principle was explained, just as Jesus did when He imparted power to His disciples saying, "As you go…heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out demons. Freely you have received, freely give" (Matthew 10:7-8). After imparting the transferable anointing, the people were encouraged to "lay your hands on the sick—do the stuff!" It was also explained how receiving the anointing by impartation is like receiving an inheritance; something you never labored for becomes yours because of the price someone else paid.

Then all 1,500 expectant people lined up to receive personal impartation through the laying on of hands. The power of God swept through the auditorium, gloriously overwhelming these people who had passionately declared that they would pay the price if He would anoint them. There were bittersweet goodbyes as the team had to leave the lingering Ukrainians yearning for prayer and one more touch from God.

The Spirit Stirs Supernatural Faith
During the days in Kiev, the School of the Supernatural saw daily attendance of 700 people. Dan Slade of Catch the Fire Ministries opened the school with Ukrainian flare asking: "Who likes borscht in the Holy Spirit?"
Comprised of revelatory teachings and spiritual activation, various lessons in the school included: "Open Heavens," "Prophetic Decrees," "Angelic Hosts," and "Soaking".

Blessed are those that hunger and thirst … for they shall be filled.

There was an incredible response to the teachings. On one occasion 140 pastors and full time ministers eagerly rushed forward to receive an impartation of the anointing from the leaders.
According to Dan Slade, these Ukrainian Christians have a rich spiritual heritage that contributed to their eager response to the teachings about the supernatural realms.The belief in the reality of the supernatural, such as the cloud of witnesses affecting the natural realm, is imbedded in the theology of the Orthodox Church, and is a part of the spiritual roots of this nation. for today's faith in the supernatural.

Interestingly, this foundation of faith in the supernatural can be seen in an outdoor mural in Kiev depicting the cloud of witnesses as well as in the statue of Michael the archangel in Independence Square, chosen as the tribute to their national independence, officially declared on August 24, 1991.

Defender of Ukraine
Towering over Kiev is The Defender of the Motherland, a statue of a matriarchal warrior on guard brandishing a sword and shield which was built to celebrate the victory over the Germans in WWII.

It is a striking sign of the Lord's promise of protection and liberation to the nation that was freed once again, only 14 years ago, from the control of communism. Today, in the midst of an unstable democracy, millions of Ukrainians are struggling to find happiness, but many are also finding Jesus, the one true source of joy. As one Christian leader explained, "communism took the smile off the faces of the people" and many have turned to alcohol to numb their pain. This has resulted in an epidemic of addiction and children orphaned by negligent parents.

One night some of the team witnessed the destructive power of vodka and its empty promise of joy. After finding all the stores closed, they entered a pub to buy some water. There they saw a drunken group celebrating a friend who had died two years ago, leaving a 10 year old girl to hold up her mother in a drunken stupor. This was a sobering snapshot of reality for many Ukrainians bound by addiction. However, the true Defender of Ukraine, Jesus Christ, is vigilant and mighty in battle. Today, in this country, the Lord is setting the captives free, protecting His people and advancing His kingdom.

Doing the Stuff!
Mission trip team members were greatly encouraged as they experienced open heavens first hand. At the school, the miracle festival and during various outreaches, they witnessed the power of God flow through them, resulting in salvations, healings and deliverances!

Outreaches included street evangelism, feeding of the hungry, and visitation of orphans, the elderly, hospital patients with tuberculosis, drug and alcohol rehabilitation centre patients, former prisoners and street kids. Seven people went to the hospital to pray for TB patients; after sharing their testimonies and the gospel message, all six people received salvation! Five men from the team traveled to a drug and alcohol rehabilitation center and shared the good news of the gospel with the 12 residents who had recently been released from jail. All of them accepted Jesus as their Savior!
Other team members went to an orphanage and were deeply touched by the children's hunger for affection and attention. God's love was flowing as they delighted in the toys, stickers, candies, and attention given them. One of the staff said, "It is like Jesus has come."
At a drug and alcohol rehabilitation center for women the team prayed and prophesied over each one, called forth destiny, and saw God restore hope and dignity. Lisa Devot said, "God's purpose for these daughters of His is powerful and it was awesome to speak those things out and see their countenance change. God is raising up His daughters in the Ukraine."
The team members were personally transformed as they poured out God's love and power on the Ukrainian people. Team member Jonathan Ely shares: "The trip has been such a blessing to me; I have grown in my hunger and passion for Jesus and my desire to serve him. I have seen and heard of more healings and miracles than ever in my life before. What a life-transforming experience; I will never be the same again!"
As the team prepared to leave Ukraine, they sensed that the same Holy Spirit that drew and united the masses and released a revolution continues to hover over the nation. He is stirring a spiritual revolution that will ignite global revival fire. Team members from the UK, USA, Canada, Holland and Switzerland were powerfully impacted as they ministered under an open heaven and in the ripened harvest. Each one left changed by the strong atmosphere of hunger and empowered to "do the stuff" as they carried the spirit of revival back to their own nations.

A NOTE FROM JOHN:

There have been significant revelatory words spoken over the city of Kiev by some of the leading prophetic voices of our day. Kiev is a strategic city in God's plan for global revival, and I was looking forward to our time in the area, being familiar with the region's destiny as spoken by Bob Jones and Bobby Conner. Even as the enemy has brought great evil to the area, the Lord longs to use the city to the same degree and greater for His own Kingdom.
Kiev is an ancient city that has seen more than its share of war. In World War II, 100,000 Jews were slaughtered by the Germans in Kiev, and their bodies were piled up so high that an entire valley was leveled off with corpses. Later, when Stalin sent his troops in to reclaim Kiev after the German occupation, he refused to wait two extra weeks until winter, when the Dnipro River would be frozen over. This was a logistical nightmare for moving in troops; however, Stalin wanted to take the city in time to celebrate a national holiday. Pride came before a fall. The result was disastrous, resulting in the death of tens of thousands of Russian soldiers, who were picked off by the Germans when they tried to cross the river.
We are also familiar with the Chernobyl nuclear accident, the worst catastrophe of its kind ever, that occurred close by during the Soviet era, before Ukraine became a free and independent nation.
But the people of this region have been subject to oppression long before the bloodshed and catastrophe I have mentioned here. For countless centuries, the common man has been subject to ruthless dominion by absolute monarchs, and this same spirit carried over into the modern era under Communism. This people can be best described by Isaiah 41:22:

But this is a people robbed and plundered; all of them are snared in holes, and they are hidden in prison houses; they are for prey, and no one delivers; for plunder, and no one says, "Restore!"

But now, the Lord longs to bring recompense for these centuries of domination and "enemy occupation." Restoration is coming. I have long been prophesying about the heritage and connections of the area's Russian Orthodox history, and the restoration of foundations laid by forerunners in the region. In fact, legend says that the Apostle Andrew himself, the disciple of Jesus, traveled to Scythia on his missionary journeys, stopping in the hills of Kiev and proclaiming that a city would one day rise there with many churches to the glory of God. As you have read above, this is already happening.
For weeks, leading up to the trip, the Lord gave me a repetitive vision of a red block, with multitudes moving rapidly beneath it. I knew this represented a vast movement underfoot among the peoples in the former Soviet bloc countries. The harvest, as Bob Jones said, will happen rapidly, and we should be ready when the sickle swings.
Along with last year's "righteous revolution" we are already seeing restoration in numerous areas of society. Government corruption is being curbed. The economy is picking up. People are hungry for the spirit of revival.
There is a holy violence that will emerge from the area, which is the region's true destiny apart from the natural bloodshed that has occurred there. It is a launching station for Joel's Army. The city of Kiev is marked by a large statue of the Archangel Michael, the angel of war, who is also on many of the city's insignias. As the Lord of Hosts begins to touch the region, corruption will face immediate judgment. One night, across the street from the mission team's hotel, a massive fire consumed a large casino. We all watched it from our balconies. I really felt this was the simple byproduct of coming into close proximity of the glory the Lord was releasing. When God moves, stuff happens. God is releasing His righteousness and justice over Ukraine in this hour, and it will wipe away every hindrance to intimacy with Him. I do not know all the Lord's plans for this region; however, I do know that on the one hand, it will be a thing of great beauty and splendor – on the other hand, it will be a thing of great justice and recompense, power and severity.

Revival Report U.K.: 'England will Sail Again'

We recently completed a ministry tour of England, where we participated in four separate healing/open heavens conferences, following a trip to Wales. Literally hundreds experienced the healing power of Jesus Christ out of the thousands who attended the events. It was a time of equipping, impartation and release for the church.

Throughout the course of the trip, the Lord heavily impressed upon me that England will "sail again," as a major sending nation in the coming global revival. There has always been a strong governmental mantle on the body of Christ in England, as well as a strong revelation on the majesty of God. England will continue to be a forefront nation in the harvest, and this is largely connected with the godly heritage and timed release of the prayers of the saints throughout the ages there.

Even now, the Lord is raising up a generation of young English revivalists that will rival the likes of the great British preachers of the past. While in England, I had the opportunity to visit the chapel of John Wesley in Bristol. I knelt and prayed by his bed in the preacher's quarters above the sanctuary and asked that his same mantle would come upon my own life. Standing in Wesley's pulpit, I was overwhelmed by the idea that from this very spot, revival was launched that would sweep the Americas. In the same way, the Lord is continuing to build spiritual bridges between England and the States like never before. Even as the prophet Malachi tells us that the spirit of Elijah is sent in the last days to turn the hearts of the fathers and the sons back to one another, in the same way, this principle applies to entire churches, movements and nations. And as England is a true father nation to the States, I sensed a release of the Father's heart that is about to reconnect the two lands. This is something perhaps even greater than the great alliances known during the world wars. Father England will be a critical player in turning the prodigal heart of America.

The team joined up with Ryan Wyatt, Wesley Campbell, Bobby Conner, Paul Keith Davis, Shawn Bolz and Trevor Baker in England. I also enjoyed great fellowship with revivalist Charlie Robinson. Throughout the several weeks of ministry, we prophesied into hundreds of lives as the Lord moved powerfully. Here's a brief play-by-play on a few of the highlights:

Exeter
Just prior to the Exeter conference, the Lord showed me a vision of a deep turning in the city's foundations. Exeter is an ancient city, founded by the Romans. But of particular interest, I had an uncanny sense that the Ark of the Covenant had somehow passed through the city streets before. This was quite random, and I would not venture to say this as historical fact (although I later learned there are some who believe King Jehoiachin's sons fled to Britain after the Babylonian defeat of Israel). I have no speculations about the literal ark; however, I did sense that the Lord was reviving a deep foundational work relating to His glory in the streets that would be revealed again.
Several people found diamonds that supernaturally appeared in the Exeter meetings, and dozens of people came forward to testify of physical healings during the conference there.

Bath
Although there were phenomenal healings and a lot of angelic activity in the Bath meetings, I would rather discuss a brief, humorous encounter I had in Bath Abbey, a 500-year-old cathedral built in 1499, whose roots go back nearly a thousand years earlier.
Walking through the massive, stone and stained-glass structure, one could feel the solemn religiosity of the visitors whispering along in awe of "the place." Dozens of plaques and busts were erected along the walls in honor of large benefactors, many of whom were freemasons.

Although I have deep respect for the Anglican stream, the Holy Ghost began stirring in me, and I had to follow His lead. We noticed a vicar make an announcement from a lofty carved wooden pulpit in the cathedral. My friend and I ventured to guess whether anyone had ever spoken in tongues from that pulpit in its 500 years of existence. This was "high church" at its highest – a very proper place – and the first king of England had been coronated here. But I was reminded of the reckless boldness of George Fox, and when my friend sweetened the pot with a monetary bet, I stepped over the velvet rope and made my way up the spiraling steps to the cathedral's pulpit. Leaning over to the microphone, I began to speak, "Shaba … shaba … boomba …"

For 30 seconds, I spoke in tongues, as every head in the place could be heard audibly squeaking to turn my way. As I stepped down, I saw the "important lady" making a bee-line my way, to quickly chide, "What on earth do you think you were doing?"

"Speaking in tongues."
"Well, that was very rude. Do not do that again!"
"Do what? Speak in tongues?"

I cordially agreed not to cross the velvet rope again. My mission was accomplished. I may well have made history that day, though my name will probably never make it onto one of those plaques.

It is also interesting that Bath, named after the Roman baths still in existence there today, were never dedicated to a specific Roman god as was typical of the culture. In fact, there is a John 5 healing well springing forward in the church of Bath, and as the Apostle Paul told the Greeks who worshipped the "unknown god," it can again be said that "Now what you worship as something unknown, I am going to proclaim to you" (Acts 17:23).

Tonbridge/Kent
The team was warmly welcomed by the staff and volunteers of the River Centre in Tonbridge/Kent. The Spirit of God is moving powerfully there, and theirs is a remarkable testimony of God's provision toward those who sow generously as givers in the Kingdom.

When the congregation was still meeting in a rented hall, the Lord prompted them to give away all of their savings, about $60,000. At the time, they gave half of it to Heidi Baker's ministry in Mozambique, just as catastrophic floods struck the country, not realizing that the Bakers only had $5 in their bank account. Now, the Lord has multiplied this generosity tremendously – giving the church a modern, $12 million facility and youth café, with further plans to expand! God is amazing! Giving is a cornerstone of the Kingdom, and should be as natural and regular a part of our Christianity as worship, prayer and other spiritual disciplines. It seems that the folks in Tonbridge have a true grip on this principle. The Lord multiplies seed to the sower! Just this week, in fact, the Lord prompted our own ministry to sow $200, and within two days, we had received $2,000.

In the same way, our generosity opens doors for spiritual blessings. Sometimes the reaping is immediate, and other times it is long-term. For instance, while in Tonbridge, I prayed for a 9-year-old girl who was deaf in one ear, and her hearing was restored immediately that night. I also prayed for a blind boy there, about 6 years old, who was not healed completely on the spot. However, he was still able to count my fingers! That's a great start, but we're still contending for everything the Lord paid for him on the cross.

It is important that we not lose faith because of our lack of patience. After a seed is sown, we must wait for harvest. It is both by faith and patience that we inherit the promises. Nevertheless, the Lord is accelerating the time between seed time and harvest in this hour, so much in fact that the plowman is overtaking the reaper. The key is to find fertile, fruitful soil and sow into the glory. We want to invest in those places where God is moving, because we want to support what He supports!

Dudley
Our United Kingdom tour came to a close with ministry in Dudley. There was a true move of intimacy and brokenness there. As Paul Keith shared, a tangible open heavens was evident as a canopy of glory descended upon the conference. Outside of the conference, the Lord was moving as well. At one point, I found myself interpreting dreams and prophesying over a group of young people at the Chicken Hut!

Again, prepare to see a fresh wave of young revivalists rising up from the U.K. that will change the spiritual climate of the world. England has a rich heritage in the spirit, but there is still more to come! Watch as she unfurls her sails and sets out for the nations once again.

Wells of Wales are Being Restored

We were recently in Llanelli, Wales with our United Kingdom tour, holding the first of five consecutive conferences in Great Britain. While visiting the region, the Lord began to download a message of significance not only for Wales, but for the body of Christ at large.
There were dozens of healings in Wales alone, including several notable miracles. A man was healed after being unable to walk properly from a broken back 10 years ago. A woman was healed of a strange disease that caused her to lose her fingerprints, and her fingerprints were restored! On a lighter note, a man also reported that his left buttock, which was completely numb to all sensory feeling, was healed. There were too many miracles to report; these are just a few. Of far broader importance is the restoration of ancient spiritual wells that are bubbling again in this hour in direct connection with the region.

A brief history
Most revival historians are familiar with the massive move of God that swept the nations at the turn of the 20th century through the life of the young Welsh minister Evan Roberts. From 1904 to 1906, Roberts and his associates set Wales ablaze as one of every five citizens was converted and missionaries were sent around the world. Rugged coal miners abandoned the pubs, and church attendance swelled. Sporting events and theatres closed due to lack of interest as communities gathered for all-night prayer meetings and worship. Families were healed, and a nation turned back to God.
The Welsh Revival directly influenced a group of men in Los Angeles, Calif., who began praying for a similar move to strike America. Not long afterward, they were introduced to William Seymour, and the Pentecostal Revival was born at Azusa Street. The DNA of every subsequent move of God, therefore, has been mingled with that of Wales.
The Welsh Revival was the only one of its kind. It impacted not only the church, but also secular society. Before he stepped out of the pulpit, Roberts was even operating at significant levels of the word of knowledge and other prophetic giftings – there was no grid for this type of ministry at the time, and it even frightened him.
However, by 1906, Roberts was virtually taken out of ministry through the influence of a woman named Jessie Penn Lewis, at a time when Roberts was being hammered by criticism from a number of the older mainline church leaders. Lewis eventually manipulated Roberts to denounce many of the tenets and fruit of the very revival he ignited years later. Most consider that religious strongholds and the Jezebel spirit were what brought the short-lived revival to an end.
Evan pulled out of the revival after only a couple years, in the midst of his prime, and shortly after that, there was barely any trace of the revival left in the land.

Voice of brokenness
The body of Christ is now on the verge of global harvest. Therefore, it is important to recognize that a corporate release of God’s glory, comparable to that of the Welsh Revival, is being released, even as we move into something altogether new. The church has long looked back wistfully and sought to emulate that old revival, but the Lord is restoring the essence of what He did in a completely new package. Even as He is restoring old wells, He is also calling His people to dig new ones.

See, the former things have taken place, and new things I declare; before they spring into being I announce them to you (Is. 42:9).

In 2004, exactly 100 years since the start of the Welsh Revival, a very important find was announced. A wax reel was discovered that contained the only recording of Evan Roberts’ voice during the revival years. It was broken into pieces and was sent to Los Angeles (remember Azusa Street) to be repaired. After being reconstructed, one could listen and hear Roberts preaching in his native Welsh language.
This prophetically represents a voice coming again out of Wales, as the ancient wells of revival are being restored. It is a voice that comes through brokenness. The chief tenets of the revival were repentance and the confession of any known sin – points often reiterated by Roberts. But not in a somber religiosity associated with false holiness. Roberts would laugh and smile and walk up and down the aisles talking with people in the pews during his sermons – a stark contrast to his starch-collared contemporaries who accused the revival of playing on the emotions of the people.
Though there will be deep repentance coming to the body of Christ, this will also be associated with laughter and joy. Even as Evan Roberts prayed “Bend us, Lord!” So we are praying “Plaster us, Lord!”

Plugging the enemy’s well
The Lord had me visit three particular geographical sites in Wales for the purpose of impartation and receiving mantles. One was Moriah Chapel, where Evan Roberts preached and was buried. I lay on Roberts’ grave, asking for a transfer of the anointing that once rested on his life. I was instantly taken into a vision, where I saw a large green bowl. This represented new life springing forth from the old well. In the same way that the revival was cut short, so did the bowl have a long way to go before it was full. The Lord is about to release in our day a fuller measure of revival that was destined for that age.
Nevertheless, the church has heard such promises for years with no action. Part of the problem has been our failure to plug up the enemy’s wells whenever we begin to redig those of the Lord. Often we idolize the old movements and encamp around the flicker of what God did many years ago, yet we never progress because we are still hindered by the work of the enemy that brought an end to the old movement.
Charlie Robinson discussed with me a principle the Lord has been showing him about plugging up the enemy’s well. Whenever the armies of Israel took back enemy ground, one of the first things they would do was to fill in the source from which their adversaries had drawn life. Even as Israel would redig the wells of their forefathers, they would refuse drink from the wells of their enemies. In the same way, through strategic intercession, we must disarm the adversaries that squelched revival many years ago.

Prayer and conviction
Evan Roberts operated at a heavy level of intercession, often getting only two or three hours of sleep a night during the revival years. He also operated in the spirit of conviction – the Spirit of the Fear of the Lord (see Isa. 11:2).
Just last week, a member of our team, Gabe Johnson, had a supernatural encounter, as Evan Roberts came to his room at night in an open-eye visitation. Gabe is a large man – a trained security specialist – but he was utterly frightened. He asked prophetic teacher Paul Keith Davis about this, and Paul said it represented two things: that a burden for prayer is coming, as well as a release of the spirit of conviction. These are two elements of the revival that are being restored.

Release of the daughters
During our time in Wales, the Lord began showing me that the enemy’s number one target in the Welsh Revival was not the ministry of Evan Roberts, but rather, it was the women who were being released into ministry. Roberts was activating spiritual daughters like no other ever had before him. In fact, he was sending out traveling female revivalists into itinerate ministry, some as young as 15 years old!
These ladies were the point of contention raised by most of the religious leaders who persecuted Roberts in the newspapers. Eventually, Roberts backed away from his association with these ladies for fear of misperception. This consequently left many of these young ladies bewildered, no longer feeling the support or backing from their spiritual father. The Jezebel spirit was not so concerned with taking out the ministry of one single man. Rather, it sought to abort the potential for half of the body of Christ – the women – from being activated and mobilized.
Without being activated by the father’s love, the daughters cannot ascend to their true potential. The prophet Malachi tells us that in the last days, the spirit of Elijah will turn the hearts of the fathers back to the sons, and the sons to the fathers. But what we rarely consider is that the hearts of the fathers and mothers must also turn back to the daughters.
However, most of the “fathers” in the church today are so wounded that they do not know how to properly relate to the daughters. Either they close off from them altogether, or the Jezebel spirit pushes them to cross healthy boundaries into outright impropriety. Much of this is rooted in unhealthy relationships with women in the past. There must be healthy boundaries within ministry, without them being perceived as rejection. Without radical purity in these relationships, there can be immeasurable damage. But without apostolic fathering, the daughters will never be activated into their destiny.

There in Wales, I met a wonderful pastor and author, Karen Lowe, whose book on the women of the Welsh Revival, titled Carriers of the Fire, I would highly recommend. You can find it at http://www.shedheadproductions.org/. The destiny cut short in the Welsh Revival is about to be restored to an entire generation.
Essentially, the Lord is releasing the spirit of adoption – perhaps like we’ve never known before in history. And in a very real sense, it pertains our corporate identity as the bride of Christ – the expression of the last day church which will enable us to relate with the Lord like never before. Please take time to read the following passage from the Book of Ezekiel, as it is most critical in imparting an understanding of this spiritual adoption:

On the day you were born your cord was not cut, nor were you washed with water to make you clean, nor were you rubbed with salt or wrapped in cloths. No one looked on you with pity or had compassion enough to do any of these things for you. Rather, you were thrown out into the open field, for on the day you were born you were despised.
Then I passed by and saw you kicking about in your blood, and as you lay there in your blood I said to you, “Live!” I made you grow up like a plant of the field. You grew up and developed and became the most beautiful of jewels. Your breasts were formed and your hair grew, you who were naked and bare.
Later I passed by, and when I looked at you and saw that you were old enough for love, I spread the corner of my garment over you and covered your nakedness. I gave you my solemn oath and entered into a covenant with you, declares the Sovereign Lord, and you became mine.
I bathed you with water and washed the blood from you and put ointments on you. I clothed you with an embroidered dress and put leather sandals on you. I dressed you in fine linen and covered you with costly garments. I adorned you with jewelry: I put bracelets on your arms and a necklace around your neck, and I put a ring on your nose, earrings on your ears and a beautiful crown on your head. So you were adorned with gold and silver; your clothes were of fine linen and costly fabric and embroidered cloth. Your food was fine flour, honey and olive oil. You became very beautiful and rose to be a queen. And your fame spread among the nations on account of your beauty, because the splendor I had given you made your beauty perfect, declares the Sovereign Lord (Eze. 16:4-14).

Corporate seer realm, creative miracles
Another often forgotten remnant of the Welsh Revival was the life and ministry of Stephen and George Jeffreys. Although they are more often associated with the Pentecostal Revival, the brothers’ roots were in the Welsh Revival.
Stephen Jeffreys operated in a level of creative miracles like no one else in his day. His signature healing was the reversal of rheumatoid arthritis. He would command afflicting spirits to leave, and people’s bodies would crunch and contort back into place as they were able to straighten out perfectly. Bones could be heard cracking and popping throughout the building whenever Jeffreys ministered. Jeffreys also saw eyeballs recreated in their sockets and other remarkable miracles throughout Wales and the nation. A high ranking vicar of the Anglican church followed Jeffreys for a length of time, documenting the amazing miracles that happened in his meetings.
This relates to another geographical site I was led to visit for impartation. I went to an open area where a church once stood where Stephen Jeffreys had preached. It was there that an open vision of the Lord was seen corporately by everyone in the congregation only days before the start of a world war. It lasted for six hours, and everyone from the countryside flocked to the church to see it. Jeffreys prostrated himself before the Lord there for three days straight, after which a new mantle of miracles, signs and wonders came upon his life. Again, I pressed the Lord to release again that same well of the corporate seer realm, as well as the miraculous.
The Lord spoke to me through a sign hanging on a nearby building which said, “Under New Management.” God’s church is even now reoccupying these areas in the Spirit, as the Lord establishes His Kingdom through His people.

The Celts
The third well I visited relates to the ancient Celtic heritage of Wales. I traveled to a site of St. Illtud’s church, reputed to be the oldest site of continual worship in Britain. It was founded by a Celtic missionary in the fifth century, who worked miracles of nature. He once took authority over a flood tide, commanding it to stop before it destroyed the town. He also used his staff to supernaturally open a healing spring, not unlike the Pool of Bethesda in John 5.
The Celtic church holds a rich history of intercession and remarkable miracles, many relating to taking authority over the natural realm, even as Adam did in the Garden of Eden. Much of what Evan Roberts tapped into was the fulfillment of prayers of the Celtic church many centuries before him in his own land, but there is much more to come as the church taps into those deep realms of glory and we are made manifest as the sons and daughters of God. I discuss the restoration of the Celtic stream more thoroughly in my book, The New Mystics. The closer that the church nears the end of the age, these prayers of all the saints that have been accumulating in the bowls in Heaven (see Revelation chapters six and eight) are being mixed with the coals of the altar and the blood of Christ and hurled back to the earth, blowing open the heavens. That is what happened in 1904, and is happening now, 100 years later.

Ministry Update: Alcan to the Atlantic

Hello! As I write this, I am in Wales, after flying out for a month of ministry in England and the Ukraine. It has been several weeks since our last update or weekly teaching. Since that time, we have left Alaska, traveled through the Yukon and settled into Mission, British Columbia, our temporary home base, from which we will be launching out over the next six months.

While we plan to resume our online teachings shortly, these will be interspersed with revival reports from the road. We will be continuing our current discussion on the believer's identity as the bride of Christ. We shared some fresh revelation on this subject at the recent Under the Apple Tree Conference with Revivaltown Ministries in Olympia, Wash. last month. We ministered there just before settling into Mission. The conference was marked by miracles, as well as an intense download of divine intimacy. People were even getting healed over cell phones as the healing anointing was released. Be sure to read the full attached report for more information, and we will make the CDs and DVDs from the conference available soon.
Our trip to Canada began with a financial miracle. We were still waiting on $25,000 needed for ministry traveling expenses, but we hit the road anyway, trusting that God would make it happen. By the time we reached B.C., we learned that a large donation had been secured, giving us more than $20,000!

One prophetic highlight over the past several weeks was giving our infant, Ezekiel Sozo, his first solid food: manna. Our friends Joe and Dani Meyering of River Glory Church in SeaTac had some literal manna that supernaturally appeared at one of their conferences. After taking communion with it, we gave some to the baby – perhaps the first infant in roughly 3,500 years to eat manna as his first solid meal since Israel wandered in the desert. The symbolism may run deeper than we realize.

We recently completed the Miracles, Signs and Wonders conference, which brought another powerful display of the supernatural. Dozens of people reported healings, including many who had metal pins, rods and plates literally dissolve from their bodies.
The healing anointing has rested heavily in the meetings here in Wales, and the spirit of revival is thick in the air. We are truly contending for the restoration of the wells dug by Evan Roberts and others during the Welsh Revival of 100 years ago. We will discuss the Wales meetings and several prophetic downloads the Lord is giving us for the region in our next revival report.

Under the Apple Tree Conference Report

Revival Town Olympia's recent Under the Apple Tree Conference explored the depths of God's heart as participants pulled aside to sit under the heavy weight of God's glory. A number of people reported miraculous healings and all received an impartation for experiencing new levels of divine intimacy.

The conference, held at North Thurston Life Center, featured speakers Jason Phillips, founder of Revival Town Ministries; Joe Meyering, pastor of River Glory Church in Seattle; and John Crowder, founder of The New Mystics Ministries and Sons of Thunder Publications.

Jason Phillips opened the conference, bringing a message on the well of intimacy. He discussed the Samaritan woman's encounter with Jesus at the well in John 4. From this single intimate encounter with the Lord, a city was taken with the fires of revival. Even as the woman gave Jesus water to drink, she was offered supernatural water from the River of Life which never runs dry. In the same way, Jason said we must sometimes 'prime the pump" by offering Jesus a cup of water, and from this, He releases an eternal spring.

Jason also spoke about the encounter that costs you everything. God will often catch us unaware, as He did with Saul on the road to Damascus, but in this passing encounter, our lives are wrecked and altered as we redirect all of our dreams and goals to the place of His presence.

Joe Meyering further discussed the glory realm of God's tangible presence, which we are called to cultivate diligently in our lives. Joe shared on the principle of entering God's glory through the gate of praise. Even in adverse situations, our determination to give God praise will violently alter the atmosphere.

Joe pointed out that we are to seek the deep things of God and pursue the hidden message behind the outer manifestations that often accompany God's movement. When Moses was faced with the burning bush, the manifestation of this outward sign only pointed to a deeper reality. There was a voice that came out of the bush. The manifestation had a message, and it all points to Jesus. Joe discussed how all things point to this intimate place of communion with the Lord.

John Crowder discussed the believer's identity as a lover. John said that the only reason we love God is because He first loved us. By focusing and meditating on God's immense love for us, we are able to have our own responsive capacity for loving God expanded. John said it is important to understand the beauty of holiness through which Jesus looks at His church, in order to grasp our true identity as the spotless, perfect bride.

John also discussed the tangible power to bear fruit that we receive by sitting under the apple tree in the presence of God. In John 15, Jesus 'appointed" His disciples to bear fruit that will last. John noted that Jesus literally ordains us, places power upon us, with an empowering anointing to bear much fruit in our ministries, our homes, our jobs and our lives in general. All fruitfulness comes from the place of intimacy with God, because His presence is literally a place of spiritual fertility and conception from the supernatural realm.

Many people were radically touched by God's presence throughout the course of the conference. Some reported deliverance from demonic strongholds. There was also an outbreak of miracles on Saturday night as people were healed of eye problems, knee, joint and muscular afflictions. A woman who was confined to a wheelchair experienced greater mobility in her legs, arms and back. A welder, whose eyes had been gradually seared over time was healed over a cell phone call during the ministry time. All in all, the entire congregation was laid low under the weighty presence of God, and several were filled with the Holy Spirit for the first time.

The Crowders are Moving to Canada!

It’s official. The Crowders are selling out and crossing the border.

Our family has begun liquidating our possessions and moving south to Mission, B.C., Canada where we will be based for six months of overseas mission work. I (John) will be assisting with evangelistic campaigns and prophetic conferences around the world. The children are excited about the move, and it comes as a result of supernatural provision and the fulfillment of a 10-year prophetic dream I received in 1995.

Cleaning Out the Father’s Laboratories

Ten years ago, roughly around the time when I was radically converted and delivered, I asked God to speak to me for the first time. I asked God for a dream.

That night, I found myself sitting across from Jesus Christ Himself in a dream. Jesus was sitting cross-legged in front of me, and we were both in a trailer. The Lord gave me my first commission and said:

“For 10 years, I want you to clean out My Father’s laboratories.”

At first, I thought the dream came from my own imagination, but it stuck with me for years. I knew that it represented a decade of purging, cleansing, refining – and the laboratories represented testing and development of new ministry, spiritual gifts, etc. It also dealt with my role in cleansing His church. At first, I didn’t know why God would have to conduct experiments. But God’s experiments always work.

The fact that we were in a trailer told me that 10 years of financial testing would be ahead, after which would come a season of rapid release in both ministry and finances. Sure enough, seven years later, we ended up in a literal trailer! At that point, we began counting down the hours and minutes until that decade was over! But it was all part of the purging process to prepare the family for what was ahead.

While I conducted ministry throughout this decade-long period, I knew that my best years were still ahead. The miracles and level of anointing on my ministry increased significantly as time went on, beyond what I had ever experienced.

Well, as it turns out, this summer marks 10 years ago exactly that I had the dream. Just a few weeks ago, I received a call from a friend offering to give us half the value of his yacht, valued at $58,000! This will sponsor the six months of travel needed for our program! This was the first fruits of the release of provision the Lord had promised.

In the same week, I received a call from Destiny Image Publishers, who said they are interested in publishing my book, The New Mystics. This will enable the book to reach a nationwide, even international audience. And before the week was over, another friend called to say he is interested in sponsoring an entire evangelistic crusade for us next year!

It seems that God’s grace and favor has suddenly become unavoidable on our lives! Even in small, ordinary things, it seems He is prospering us. For instance, we had a simple garage sale the other day and it brought in thousands of dollars.

All in all, it is truly humbling, yet exhilarating to see the fulfillment of the Lord’s promise, and to see His faithfulness to complete the good work He began in us.

Our schedule for traveling can be found online at our Web site’s itinerary page. During the next six months, I will travel in and out of Mission, where the family will be based.
These types of overseas campaigns generally bring in tens, if not hundreds of thousands of souls into the Kingdom. For instance, a campaign in India last year resulted in 300,000 decisions for Christ! And the level of the miraculous that God releases is phenomenal.

SOT Releases The New Mystics Limited Edition

Prior to signing with Destiny Image, I had scheduled a first-run print of 1,000 copies of The New Mystics to be published by Sons of Thunder. This will be the only self-published run of the book I can print, prior to next April, when the book will be officially published as a Destiny Image featured release.

The book will be available by the end of the month. It focuses heavily on the Joel’s Army generation – the last day church that moves in power and supernatural authority. It offers an arsenal of biographies and photos – men and women whose lives demonstrated miracles, signs, wonders and the phenomenal. Their individual lives serve as blueprints of the authority and intimacy an entire corporate church will one day possess. The book is currently available for sale on our Web site, while supplies last.

John Works With Destiny Image for Publication

As we mentioned, Destiny Image is interested in taking on the book, which will be a huge blessing in terms of getting the message to the body of Christ as a whole. Destiny has published perhaps the most impacting prophetic ministries in the body today: Rick Joyner, Mahesh Chavda, Bill Johnson, John Sanford and many others. So for us, this is a huge honor.

Patricia King prophesied to Lily last year that the book had a lot of oil on it, and that it was a timely word for the body. She said that we should be praying specifically into the distribution end of things, and that is what we did. It looks like our prayers are paying off. We prayed specifically about which publisher to send it to, and we only sent off one manuscript: to Destiny Image. Destiny receives 1,500 manuscripts a year but only publishes about five new authors a year. The fact that they chose the book is incredible, and they even offered us a three-book contract.

Joint Auction Fund-Raising Send-Off Book-Signing Party!

Coming up Aug. 27, we are having an auction/fund-raiser/send-off party/book signing. That’s a mouthful!

For those in the Homer, Alaska area, we hope to say goodbye to all our friends before heading off to Mission. A number of local businesses and organizations have graciously donated goods and services to auction off as a fund raiser for our ministry.

This will be a citywide event, with comedy routines, a multi-media presentation and just a lot of fun. We will discuss our itinerary over the next six months as well. Holy Ghost Sloshfest Conference Report

The New Mystics and Homer Healing Ministries recently held our first joint conference, which was really more of a “soaking festival” than a conference. Holy Ghost Sloshfest: A Supernatural School of Drinking was a wonderful time of refreshing, impartation and reveling in the presence of God at Shekinah Revival Center in Homer, Alaska. The festival’s focus was on the empowering outpouring of the new wine of God’s spirit.

Jim Drown, South American missionary and founder of Drown in His Love Ministries spoke on the river of God that flows from the temple in Ezekiel 47, encouraging everyone to step so deeply into that river that they can no longer touch bottom. He spoke on the fruitfulness that comes from relinquishing control of your life totally to God and the movement of His Spirit. He pointed out that the wine and infilling of the Spirit is not something to be selfishly fostered, but it is to be released to the nations for the harvest. Jim has led more than 200,000 souls to Christ in South America and around the world, a strong testimony to the empowering that comes from drinking the wine of Heaven.

Jim also discussed the playfulness of Father God with His children, and how He desires that we not be drunk with wine, but filled with the Spirit. Before the night was over, He had everyone drinking “Godka,” “God-wiser” and puffing the glory cloud, “Jehovah-wanna.” He mentioned how the drug culture is simply a counterfeit and unholy substitute for real supernatural experience with the Lord. He shared stories of how drinking the new wine has brought deliverance from bondage to many addicts.

Elisha’s Request from Olalla, Wash. – Mike, Penny, Rebekah, Hannah and Jesse – led each session in intimate, ground-breaking worship. Hearts were softened, and wineskins were oiled and renewed through their passionate release of the atmosphere of Heaven.

The Lord ushered in waves of liberty and freedom during the worship sessions. There was a lot of contending in the Spirit, and there was a lot of spiritual territory that was taken. During the worship sessions, many of the younger children danced and prayed for the adults soaking on the carpet.

Jason Phillips, of Revivaltown Ministries in Olympia, Wash. also helped tend the bar of Heaven, filling in as a special guest speaker at the conference. He carried a heavy impartation of the Father’s heart for intimacy, drawing attention to Jesus’ statement, “If anyone is thirsty, let him come to Me and drink. Whoever believes in Me, as the scripture has said, streams of living water will flow from within him” (Jn. 7: 37-38).

I will admit, I was carried off into Heaven somewhere while he was speaking, and I can’t really remember everything he talked about. It was seriously that good! I’ll have to listen to the CDs again. In the place of God’s presence, we don’t always know what is happening, but He is depositing things into our spirit that may surface days, weeks, years down the road. As we learn to trust Him and relinquish control to Him more and more, we learn that God knows what He is doing, even when we don’t!

Most of the speakers had to be dragged up to the front at some point, in order to speak, as the heavy weight of God’s glory descended. Needless to say, whatever religious spirits were left lingering could not withstand the disco ball by the second night (yes, we had a real, live disco ball going in the middle of the services) and the fire tunnels ensured that everyone got plastered in God’s love.

This is not an anointed glam rock duo. Just Mike Proctor and John. What appears to be a well-formed beer gut on John has nothing to do with drinking new wine and is not a side effect of the conference.

John Crowder, of The New Mystics (that’s me), shared about stepping into your season of fruitfulness – about bearing early fruit, even outside of its natural season – in preparation for the coming of the Lord (see Mark 11). I shared about waiting on God, and allowing the fruit of intimacy to ferment and come alive, but I also released a prophetic declaration calling forth our season of fruitfulness today. I spoke about how our natural limitations are not a good enough excuse to keep us from living a supernatural lifestyle. We cannot wait forever for full maturity and thus become complacent. Now is the time for bearing fruit; now is the time for revival; and now is the time to drink!

I spoke on changing the water of the Word (the scriptures and principles of the faith) into wine (the living, tangible, incarnate reality of the supernatural realm). The Lord also showed me in a vision that He was releasing the “Keg of Genesis 3.” This is the wine that comes from the fruit of the Tree of Life, which was once withheld from us because of sin. But now, we all have open access to this tree – Jesus, on the cross, and from Him pours the wine of His blood.

Since everyone responds differently to the anointing, we offered a historic perspective on physical manifestation during past revivals, and encouraged everyone to press into the loving presence of God, regardless of outward manifestations, fears or feelings in the soul realm. As the spiritual atmosphere intensified, there was deliverance that took place, and a number of people were supernaturally healed of physical ailments.

Victor Hernandez, of Pierced Passion Ministries, served up the best wine that was saved for the last night of the conference. Most everyone was stuck to the floor, many drooling in ecstasy by the end of the night. Some stayed until 2 a.m., unable to move under the kabod glory. Victor released a heavy impartation and brought forth a captivating vision of the cross.

He told of how he was once offended by the workings of the Holy Spirit, and how he thought “river junkies” were disrespecting God by the way they acted under the anointing. He shared his testimony of being wrecked in God’s presence shortly after that, and he was unable to even walk to class during Bible school, because of the anointing. He had to be dragged from place to place. He also shared of how he was regularly kicked out of church services because of how God caused him to manifest, which offended people. But this incubation period in the anointing birthed a powerful ministry. I have attended certain conferences that seemed good at the time, but little did I know how impacting the long-term fruit of them would be until years later. I have a feeling that this was a similar type of conference. The Lord was doing a lot of under-the-surface stuff on a lot of people that will continue to ferment over time.

The presence of the Lord showed up in a powerful way at the Supernatural Generation Conference in Olympia, Washington. Elisha's Request and Alisha Roney led us for 3 days in anointed, prophetic, worship. There were times that many people found themselves dancing before the Lord as the Spirit moved during worship. It was great to have many Pastor's, Ministry Leaders, and intercessors from all over the Northwest Region gathered together in unity in our capitol city. We are excited to see how the Lord is raising up a generation of believers that are blazing flames of fire for His Glory.

John Crowder from Homer, Alaska

John Crowder imparted a vision for the greater works that Christ said we'd do after He ascended into heaven. He recounted the miracles and lives of saints that became legendary but almost forgotten. The enemy of the Church doesn't want us to know what our brothers and sisters of the past did and how they lived supernatural lives. However, those miracles are being dusted off for our inspiration. John encouraged us to look for strange and unusual miracles in the last days. God is restoring the ancient paths so this generation can walk in all the accumulated wealth of knowledge and experience of the last 2000 years. We can have it all and truly be a Supernatural Generation!

Keith Miller from Amarillo, Texas

Keith Miller's theme scripture was Zech 4. This speaks of the Golden Lamp Stand that represents the church. In the past, the priests had to get the oil and continually tend it so it wouldn't' run out and cease burning. But in the Church Age, the Lamp Stand is fed supernaturally from the Lord and man's efforts are not needed and in fact cannot produce the work of the Spirit that is to be the mark of the Christian. We are entering days that require even more dependence on God's Spirit and the old ways will no longer be sufficient. Wouldn't we rather have the flow of the Holy Spirit downloading directly into our lives anyway? We need to walk by faith and see with our spiritual eyes the big things God is ready to do!

Charlie Robinson from Canada

Charlie Robinson spoke on Multigenerational Glory. He shared about the need to have a bigger vision than just your own city or region. He shared that as your vision increases and goes beyond your immediate area the Lord will begin to pour His spirit into your city as you expand your borders. Charlie encouraged the older ones to impart the stuff they have learned and received to the next generation so they can start at a higher plane than we did. He said he wants to be a "was-not" just like Enoch, who walked so closely with God he was taken up without tasting death. He told us there is no limit to hunger for God. The more we want the more He will pour out.

India Orphanage and Church Update

Revival Town is please to announce that we were able to raise a substantial amount of finances at the conference to continue the work on the Orphanage and Church in India. We are on track to have the construction completed by October when we will take a team of people to dedicate the Orphanage and Church.

India Miracle Crusade and Pastor's Conference

This October Revival Town is hosting a Miracle Crusade and Pastor's conference in the Nation of India. Our trip will be split up in two phases. First we will dedicate the orphanage and church and spend some time working in the orphanage with the children. Secondly we will host a Revival Town Miracle Festival and Pastor's Conference in a city nearby the church and orphanage.

We thank all of you for your continued support of our efforts in the nations. It is our heart at Revival Town to continue building orphanages and churches each time we host a Miracle Festival. Our desire is to see the power of God come and save souls and also help their physical needs through mercy ministry.
