I have a decent job, only a school loan payment (car is paid, no other bills), so I figure it is time to stop paying rent to someone and pay it to myself, in the form of a house payment. I want something on the Cedar River, which means 1) I wait patiently for someone to have a foreclosure disaster because that is the only way I will be able to afford one of those houses, or 2) Mom and I win the lottery with the ticket we bought tonight in hopes of making this house hunting business a whole lot easier. 59 million from the Mega-Millions lotto would certainly broaden my options a little.Karnahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08159243449901508466noreply@blogger.com
