In August 4th, 2007 in Newark New Jersey, three illegal aliens, including one Peruvian, gunned down three young black college students and raped two. See: Suspect Pleads Not Guilty in New Jersey Students' Execution-Style Deaths
“NEWARK, N.J. — A Peruvian national in the U.S. illegally and who was previously charged with raping a 5-year-old girl pleaded not guilty Friday in the execution-style slayings of three young college students, a day after he surrendered to the Newark mayor.” It then turned out they were targeted and killed, because they were black, and they didn’t mean a thing to these band of killers.

Then back around March 24th 2008, I wrote a piece about a wonderful 17 years-old black kid, with a promising football future college career, Jamiel Shaw, who was wantonly gunned down and killed by another illegal alien, an MS-13 gang member in Los Angeles. Story: An Excellent Kid, Mother Serving in Iraq; with a Promising Football Career for Jamiel Shaw; Gunned Down to Death by a Criminal Illegal Alien! “This time it was on a sweet 17 year old kid named Jamiel Shaw, a star high school football player with preparations to play for some top colleges in the nation. A freakin’ “ese”, Pedro Espinoza gunned him down by his home. He just pulled up to Jamiel Shaw who was standing around by his home, minding his own business and asked him “where you from? And then shot him dead." It also turned out that Jamiel Shaw was killed because he was black.

These are some examples of hate crimes being perpetrated on black Americans, by Latino thugs, and gang members. Then there were the VHG Gang-Racist Latino Gang Taken Down in Hawaiian Gardens California; Involved in “Ethnic Cleansing” of Blacks from the City, Drugs and Murder: “A Latino street gang made up of both, undocumented and ABL’s (American Born Latinos,) most born from illegal alien parents, waged a racist campaign that included murder of a deputy sheriff, attempted murders, and other violent crimes against the city’s black residents, while flooding the area with guns and drugs, according to federal racketeering indictments unsealed last Thursday.” But the problem is much deeper than that.

In my last posting, 2009 FBI Hate Crimes Report; covers-up Facts that Criminal Latino Gangs' Been Perpetrating More Hate Crimes against Black Americans: I blasted the FBI yesterday, for coming out with an erroneous hate crimes report. It showed white and black Americans as perpetrators’ of hate crimes, but conveniently left out Hispanic thugs, who are terrorizing and killing African Americans.

News reports are abundant recently on such instances’ where Latino gangs have been assaulting, robbing and killing black Americans. And then last night, I had an "epiphany," maybe, and just maybe it wasn’t entirely the FBI’s faults at all, for these erroneous figures on hate crimes.

I did a little DIGGING, in checking out the facts; those two cities where these Latino on black hate crimes, and murders occurred were actually sanctuary cities. Then I dug a little further, I wanted to see who the sanctuary cities in America were? Then wholly and behold! There are 31 sanctuary cities in the United States, and they all are predominantly the BIGGEST and largest cities in America.

According to my ever trusted Wikipedia the sanctuary cities are; Washington, D.C.; New York City; Los Angeles; Chicago; San Francisco; Santa Ana; San Diego; Salt Lake City; Phoenix; Dallas; Houston; Austin; Detroit; Jersey City; Minneapolis; Miami; Denver; Baltimore; Seattle; Portland, Oregon; New Haven, Connecticut; and Portland, Maine.

These cities have adopted "sanctuary" ordinances banning city employees and police officers from asking people about their immigration status, including turning OVER youths to ICE. Then it hit me like a ton of bricks! Of course, the FBI aren’t about to GET the whole picture about REAL crimes being perpetrated on Americans, by criminal illegal aliens from these cities.

We’re talking about the top 15 metropolitan areas of the United States, where the largest concentrations of African Americans live, among Hispanics and gangs, and they all fall under sanctuary cities.

Then our federal governments aren’t getting the true PICTURES on crimes being perpetrated by illegal aliens in those sanctuary cities. It’s distorting the federal governments’ crime statistics big time. Take San Francisco for example, it is one of the cities’ that have kept files on criminal illegal aliens from the federal government for years. It’s not known how many others are following suit.

This is absolutely outrageous and unacceptable, it’s subverting our LAWS, and it’s a serious breach of American security; and a serious VIOLATION of federal laws. Sanctuary cities ARE illegal, former President George Bush did not do anything about them, and possibly President Obama isn’t either.

This is a serious violation of our constitution, it’s allowing one group to be protected from criminality LAWS, while others are being punished for the same crimes, and it’s a VIOLATION of equal and due process of laws in this country.

I knew when I first set eyes on yesterday’s FBI’s Hate Crimes Report, something was missing from these reports, having followed the news for these past years, I saw that something wasn’t quite right, and without a doubt, these stats were missing from the FBI’s 2009 Hate Crimes Report.

I want to know why the Latino/Hispanic gangs hate crimes against African Americans were covered up by the recent 2009 FBI hate crimes reports?

Is President Obama covering up for Latino/Hispanic hate crimes against Black Americans with these new 2009 FBI hate crimes statistics, and was it for next years’ Amnesty agendas? Is this another of Obama’s government cover-ups? Just like he said the stimulus helped gain over 700,000 jobs, which turned out to be a total LIE, and now with this?

Then why, when it comes to Latinos and Hispanic hate crimes, which are being perpetrated against black Americans; this government; President Obama’s and the media are covering-up the FBI’s hate crimes reports? This is not the first time that this president and Medias have covered up negative Latino reports from the general populace.

The FBI said more than half of hate crimes that were being committed in the United States were mostly racially motivated, and were being done by white folks. Three-quarters of the victims were blacks and other victims were Latinos/Hispanics.

The FBI also says hate crimes in America have increased by 2% in 2008, to a total of 7,783 from 2007. They are also saying that 61.1 percent of the perpetrators are white, while blacks perpetrated the other 20.2 percent of these hate crimes cases.

But interesting ENOUGH folks, there are no mentions as to what percentage Latinos are the perpetrators of any hate crimes, especially against African Americans.

According to the new FBI report, Latinos/Hispanics are supposed to be real SAINTS.

They are the real jewel of our citizenry, they can do no wrong, but it is common knowledge that young criminal illegal aliens within Latino gangs, have been targeting African Americans in neighborhoods from LA to New York City, and including within the nation’s penal systems.

But it seems that the BIASED Obama, the pro-illegal aliens and pro-amnesty president wants the FBI, the Media, and the Associated Press not to show those figures.

The Latino’s dislike and hatreds for blacks is common knowledge world-wide.

The FBI says they compiled records from 2,145 police agencies around the country who have reported on hate crimes. Hate crimes are defined as incidents being motivated by a person's race, religion, sexual orientation, ethnicity or disabilities.

• The number of incidents against blacks increased 8% to 2,876. Crimes against blacks made up 72% of racially motivated crimes in the USA.
• Bias incidents based on religion increased 9%, to 1,519 incidents. The majority of those, two-thirds, were anti-Jewish hate crimes.
• Hate crimes against gays went up by 3% to 1,297 incidents, while the number of people who were victims of hate-crimes based on sexual orientation went up 13%, to 1,706.

But there have been OUTCRIES from Latino communities about their current rash of hate crimes against Hispanics, members of the large US Hispanic community were victims of 64 percent, or nearly two-thirds, of the 1,148 hate crimes driven by a bias against a person's ethnicity or national origin, but this new 2009 FBI report isn’t showing any Hispanic perpetrators of HATE crimes especially those done to our black American friends.

I can tell you why Latinos/Hispanics are being protected from negative views by this government, first of all, if African Americans really KNEW what was going on with their PEOPLE, the open border’s agendas and amnesties would meet a SUDDEN death, and they know that.

So we’re being duped once again by this administration. It’s a pattern that we’re beginning to see, and it isn’t a good one. Like I said before, this president will be known as the LIAR in Chief, not the commander in chief. You just WATCH.

Here are the actual 2009 FBI charts: "There is no mention of Latino’s or Hispanics committing ANY hate crimes against black Americans or anybody else, in their current report. Look for yourselves and see."

A review of available race data reported in 2008 for the 6,927 known hate crime offenders revealed that:

By race
§ 61.1 percent were white.
§ 20.2 percent were black.
§ 5.9 percent were groups made up of individuals of various races (multiple races, group).
§ 1.1 percent was Asian/Pacific Islander.
§ 0.7 percent was American Indian/Alaskan Native.
§ 11.0 percent were unknown. (Based on Table 9.)
By crime category
Crimes against persons
A total of 5,613 known hate crime offenders committed offenses that were crimes against persons in 2008. Of these offenders:
§ 37.3 percent intimidated their victims.
§ 36.7 percent committed simple assault.
§ 25.0 percent committed aggravated assault.
§ 0.5 percent murdered or raped their victims.
§ 0.4 percent committed other types of offenses, which are collected only in the UCR Program’s National Incident-Based Reporting System (NIBRS). (Based on Table 2.)
By bias motivation
An analysis of data for victims of single-bias hate crime incidents showed that:
§ 51.0 percent were victimized because of the offender’s bias against a race.
§ 17.9 percent were targeted because of a bias against a religious belief.
§ 17.6 percent were victims because of a bias against a particular sexual orientation.
§ 12.7 percent were targeted because of a bias against an ethnicity/national origin.
§ 0.9 percent were victimized because of a bias against a disability. (Based on Table 1.)
Racial bias
More than half of the single-bias hate crimes were racially motivated. Of the 4,934 victims of these racial bias crimes:
§ 72.9 percent were victims of an offender’s anti-black bias.
§ 16.8 percent were victims because of an anti-white bias.
§ 3.4 percent were targeted because of an anti-Asian/Pacific Islander bias.
§ 1.3 percent were victims because of an anti-American Indian/Alaskan Native bias.
§ 5.6 percent were victims because of a bias against a group of individuals in which more than one race was represented (anti-multiple races, group). (Based on Table 1.)
Religious bias
Of the 1,732 victims of anti-religious hate crimes:
§ 66.1 percent were targeted because of an offender’s anti-Jewish bias.
§ 7.5 percent were victims because of an anti-Islamic bias.
§ 5.1 percent were victims because of an anti-Catholic bias.
§ 3.6 percent were victims because of an anti-Protestant bias.
§ 0.8 percent were targeted because of an anti-Atheist/Agnostic bias.
§ 12.8 percent were victims because of a bias against other religions (anti-other religion).
§ 4.0 percent were victims because of a bias against groups of individuals of varying religions (anti-multiple religions, group). (Based on Table 1.)
Sexual-orientation bias
Offenders targeted 1,706 victims due to a sexual-orientation bias, and of these:
§ 57.5 percent were victims of an offender’s anti-male homosexual bias.
§ 27.3 percent were victims because of an anti-homosexual bias.
§ 11.6 percent were victims because of an anti-female homosexual bias.
§ 2.0 percent were victims because of an anti-heterosexual bias.
§ 1.6 percent were victims because of an anti-bisexual bias. (Based on Table 1.)
Ethnicity/national origin bias
Hate crimes motivated by the offender’s bias toward a particular ethnicity/national origin were directed at 1,226 victims. Of these:
§ 64.6 percent were victims of an anti-Hispanic bias.
§ 35.4 percent were targeted because of a bias against other ethnicities/national origins. (Based on Table 1.)
Disability bias
Offenders targeted 85 victims of a hate crime due to a bias against a disability, and of these:
§ 57 were victims of an anti-mental disability bias.
§ 28 were victims of an anti-physical disability bias. (See Table 1.)
By crime category
Of the 9,691 victims of a hate crime, 57.2 percent were victims of crimes against persons, and 42.6 percent were victims of crimes against property. The remaining percentage were victims of crimes against society. (Based on Table 2.)
By offense type
Crimes against persons
In 2008, 5,542 victims of hate crimes were victims of crimes against persons. Regarding these victims and the crimes committed against them:
§ 7 persons were murdered, and 11 were forcibly raped.
§ 48.8 percent of the victims were intimidated.
§ 32.1 percent were victims of simple assault.
§ 18.5 percent were victims of aggravated assault.
§ Less than one percent (0.3) were victims of other types of offenses, which are collected only in the National Incident-Based Reporting System (NIBRS). (Based on Table 2.)

The new statistics come less than a month after President Obama signed a bill expanding those covered by the federal law against hate crimes. Previously, the law had protected those attacked on the basis of race, color, religion or national origin.

The new law signed by Obama now covers crimes based on gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or disability. It also removes the restriction that federal authorities can launch investigations of victims who were engaged in federally protected activities such as voting or free speech.

A Special Note to all American Jew Haters Out There: "I was very horribly surprised that hate crimes’ against my own people, the Jews, are at an all time high. At the same time, hate crimes against Muslims are in FAR lower levels. I was shocked to see those statistics, but I have one thing to say to those RACIST American Jew haters out there."

I have never seen our U.S. congress and Washington politicians, acting like Barney Fife and Bemis and Butthead combined. They keep shooting themselves in the foot, time after time with their healthcare agendas.

Even before the Democrat’s new horrid healthcare plans are passed, they arrogantly unleashed their government paid hacks, the United States Preventative Services Task Force, a group of doctors and insurance companies’ biggies, who are buying the Obamacare agendas to find ways to cut medical costs, and they targeted the frequency for breast cancer screenings to women.

It’s obvious that they are looking for ways to cut down on healthcare costs, and women became their new target. Let’s not forget that seniors were their first target, with reform ideas for Medicare and Medicaid which are still on the table.

When Sarah Palin and other conservatives mentioned about the Obamacare death panels, they were laughed at and ridiculed, but after these new mammograms guidelines, on the annual check-ups, has fueled a new angry debate whether the Democrat’s healthcare reform can be trusted.

These inept politicians just keep shooting themselves in the foot. I don’t know whether it’s by sheer arrogance, ignorance or plain stupidity, but here are these people who want Americans to accept their new healthcare proposals, and then along come the new changes and additions without warning, even before it has been voted into law by the U.S. Senate. This just keeps blowing up in their faces and they keep going with it. I have never witnessed such inept bunch of American politicians in my life.

So can we say that we are witnessing what death panels may look like under Obamacare?

Who will be the next victims for healthcare cuts, men with prostate cancer and so forth? Will they cut back on annual health check-up for most folks? This new government regulations on mammograms for breast cancer detection, is an absolute outrage.

American women are up in arms about it, whether it is part of President Obama’s new Obamacare, being pushed by his Democratic cronies, Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid, and if they are culpable or not, it’s their panel.

They are showing all Americans exactly what Sarah Palin and some conservatives have been saying all along, the Democrats want to cut medical costs no matter what to help finance FREE medical care, for all unionized personnel, abortions, and for LGBT sex changes, and presumably to include illegal aliens’ free medical care, at our expense, and regardless the RISKS to American lives.

Even though it’s been proven that death rates from breast cancer have declined since 2002. They know that regular mammogram check-ups have saved countless of women’s lives, mainly when check-ups were at forty and younger, but now they want to change it to fifty year olds, and every other year. This is a DEATH SENTENCE for many women.

Documentations’ have shown that many women have been detected in time for breast cancer in their forties, and now the government want them to wait until their fifties, but by then, this country will have an epidemic, with advanced cases of breast cancer all over the United States.

Breast cancer stats
"About 192,370 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer and 40,170 women will die of the disease in 2009, according to data from the National Cancer Institute. Government statistics estimate that 1.44 percent of women who are now 40 years old will get breast cancer over the next 10 years.

The new guidelines come from the U.S Preventive Services Task Force, a government-sponsored group that provides guidance to doctors, insurance companies and policymakers. The group determined that although mammograms were found to reduce the breast cancer death rate of women 40 to 49 years old by 15 percent, it wasn't enough to warrant starting to screen at age 40. It also found insufficient evidence for the benefits of screening after age 74.

The task force noted breast cancer deaths have declined since 1990 by 2.3 percent per year overall and by 3.3 percent for women aged 40 to 50 years, attributing that decrease to the combination of mammography with improved treatment. But the group found the potential harm - through false positives and radiation exposure - outweighed the risks.

Groups such as the American Cancer Society, the American College of Radiology and the Society of Breast Imaging immediately denounced the new guidelines.

"I think it's shocking to basically spell out in such a bold and callous way which groups of women they no longer care to find cancer in," said Dr. Linda Gordon, imaging director at the Carol Ann Read Breast Health Center at Alta Bates Summit Medical Center in Oakland and Berkeley."

That is the sad picture, we’re now seeing with these radical left-wing agenda driven politicos’ in Washington as they are. But unfortunately they erred this time. Picking on women, by far, who are the most influential, and largest voting group in America, may have been their death knell for any future progressive political ambitions.

It’s obvious that agendas are driving these bunches over voters’ concerns, and public opinions. What they are doing is sacrificing VOTES and themselves, just to pass three of Obama’s left-wing key issues, like Obamacare, global warming’s Cap and Trade, and amnesty for illegal aliens.

It’s a progressive strategy, they tried to do it under former President Bill Clinton, which failed, and they are now doing it with President Obama. If Obama fails, they may someday succeed with someone else; if the Republicans don’t get their house in order or if independents don’t begin to run for office more frequently. We’ve got a bleak future with these people on the hill, folks.

I always keep wondering what liberals put in their Kool-Aid these days. It must be potent enough to disturb their better judgments in decision makings.

And now it’s with California state Attorney General Jerry Brown, the wannabe and Democratic, not yet announced candidate for the 2010 Governor’s race for California.

From what we hear, he now wants to prosecute the undercover videotaping by conservative filmmakers at the offices of ACORN in Southern California.

He's seriously thinking of investigating the filmmakers’ for violating California’s privacy laws, and NOT so much into the pimp-daddy’s of ACORN, the videos that were showing a disguised pimp and a prostitute with ACORN officials, offering services to assist them in smuggling Mexican minors for sex trades.

But to old Jerry that isn’t the only thing stranger or bizarre about him. He talks about law and order, but he’s more like above the law and disorder.

Actually, what’s really laughable, most liberals like to portray the deportations of illegal aliens’ children as tearing the family apart. But what’s really funny about it, they like to protect, and defend accused child molesters and many California judges are from that breed.

There are never stories of condemnation from ultra left wing mediums on child rapes and murders. But when it comes to criminal illegal aliens, and their kids being split and deported, they are on it with print laden diatribes.

In fact some liberals have sprung up an organization called NAMBLA, Man Boy Love Association, this liberal organization does nothing more than push for legalization for adult and child molestations.

Sorry if I vomit when I hear those same liberal hypocritical cries, about the tearing families’ apart. It’s not okay to split up illegal aliens’ children, but it is all right to rape, molest and ruin a kids life physically and mental. That is where these liberals don’t have an ounce of credibility for people to listen to.

Jerry Brown is said to be investigating ACORN too, but an insider at AG Jerry Brown’s office told the San Francisco Chronicle that ACORN has done nothing wrong. Say what? Offering to participate and commit SEX crimes against children is NOTHING WRONG?

And this buffoon wants to be Democratic governor of California? This attorney general has problems of hypocrisy of his own; recently it was revealed that his own spokesman, Scott Gerber, an AG staff member, was secretly recording all media and journalists interviews, within the attorney general’s office. Jerry Brown refused to initiate an investigation and closed the books on the case after Gerber resigned.

The real problem with the above the law and disorder Jerry Brown, “he thinks that he and his cohorts can sidestep the laws, (or they are ABOVE the law), they are using as justification for their investigations of the ACORN conservative filmmakers, James O’Keefe and Hannah Giles,” said California Republican Party Chair, Ron Nehring.

This is not the first time that “Moonbeam, Jerry Brown got himself into a BIG negative liberal pickle in California.

During the proposition 8, the overturning of homosexual marriages initiatives in California last year, Attorney General Jerry Brown promised to defend the VOTERS’ decisions. Then he did an about face, a total 180 on what he said, he went to the California Supreme Court to derail a VOTER’S approved initiative, which HE LOST.

That may explain his uncertainty as to why he’s not throwing his political hat into the governor’s ring. This is the problem for Jerry Brown, it was the same for former governor candidate Gavin Newsom, and then he dropped out the race. They are both TAINTED, these are some figures that they need to overcome, the final tally on proposition 8: Yes: 7.0M votes, 52.2% No: 6.4M votes, 47.8%.

There is no WAY Jerry Brown can capture all those 52.2% after backstabbing the voters, and to top it all, with his hypocritical ACORN scandals? He’s DOOMED for governor.

Note: Amazing Internet; after publishing the article this morning, Mr. Richard Goldman was kind enough to comment.

He corrected my error in naming the Men’s Warehouse to Men’s Wearhouse, which I corrected, and I appreciate his sincerity. Secondly, his and my rebuttals are under comments if anybody is interested.

Former executive of the Men’s Wearhouse, Richard E. Goldman created a non profit group called Ethos Alliance, who is this Ethos Alliance? “We are a global coalition of citizen, civic, and business leaders that acts as a platform of participation to ensure that corporations abide by their social and ethical responsibilities. We are savvy pragmatists focused on getting different organizations to work together toward a common goal. We are not an anti-business organization,” and they made Chevron Oil Corporation their first target.

Richard Goldman wants to use his newly created organization, combined with the Internet’s social networking tools, and with pro-environmentalist at liberal universities, to put undue pressure on Chevron, to settle their 27 billion dollars lawsuit, with the ever, and most corrupt leftist Ecuador.

Richard Goldman says that he was very astonished that it happened, never heard about it before, and that he was surprised that Chevron Corp wouldn’t pay for this bogus lawsuit.

Obviously, Mr. Goldman must be in the dark ages, that story had made national news, and actually there is a whole lot of support for Chevron on this. They want to use this issue to raise money for humanitarian relief projects in Ecuador over these supposed eco-disasters that were supposedly perpetrated by Chevron Corp.

But there are problems with this, Ecuador is a leftist, a Hugo Chavez style, semi-dictatorship type of government being run by Rafael Correa Delgado, and another by-product of Cuba’s Fidel Castro. It’s a very corrupt government, with corrupt judges, and fleecing American corporations for money is what they do.

The suit was first filed against Texaco who were in Ecuador from 1964 to 1982, and then when Chevron bought out Texaco in 2001, they inherited the lawsuit.

Mr. Goldman knows that he is being very stupid about this.

Being closely acquainted with the Men’s Wearhouse, how would his former boss and business partner, CEO George A. Zimmer, like it, if I were to unite my bloggers and boycott his stores, because they don’t BUY AMERICAN, they import a lot of shirts from China? They are wantonly assisting and abating in American job killings.

We all know that Rafael Correa nationalized most of Ecuador’s oil industry when he took power, and Petroecuador is also known to be operating not too environmentally friendly.

Chevron Corp has been trying to explain this, but me, having lived in third world countries before, the banana republics; I have witnessed in some of these countries that they have a total disregard, and disdain for environmental safety standards.

So we are allowing a small group of Americans to get together and participate in the fleecing and extortions of another American company through a non-profit venture, and for a socialist country’s benefits, which is TOTALLY WRONG.

I agree, the contamination needs to be cleaned up. I’m not saying that Chevron and former Texaco are innocent from it all, but 27 BILLION DOLLARS? That is the budget of about 10 American states combined for a whole year!

This is an absolute outrage, a more decent cost and Chevron should offer to clean up the mess is fairer. Especially when the nation of Ecuador, during their nationalizing the oil industries, they kept most of Chevron’s oil field equipments and so forth.

While the federal deficit is still growing, it has just hit a record of $1.42 trillion. The higher it goes; it could push up interests and further drag down a fragile economy. But that doesn’t convince President Obama and the Democrats about persisting on a healthcare debacle that will add another 1.2 trillion more dollars unto our large deficit.

But the bottom lines neither the Democrats nor the Republicans have any idea, or a plan on how to get the massive unemployed back to work. Democrats are screaming for more stimuli’s, while Republicans are yelling for lower taxes and MORE globalization and foreign trades. Nobody is talking about saving American industries, or making foreign trade fairer for Americans.

What I am seeing are Republicans capitalizing on Obama, and Democrats’ misfortunes in being unable to handle the economic crisis. I can still remember talk radio show host, Rush Limbaugh’s comments, “I hope that President Obama’s policies fail.” Actually Rush was right, because if they do fail, the Republicans are the alternative benefactors to the Obama and Democratic failures, right?

So Republicans are basically setting themselves up, where they don’t have to come up with alternatives ideas, strategies and plans on their own, to help solve our economical problems, because they will be the automatic benefactors of the anti-Obama and left-wing liberals failed agendas. And that what’s happening with Independents and Obama at this very moment.

Independents are moving towards Republicans in waves, without getting any concessions’ and assurances that they are not going to repeat those 12 miserable years, when they had total control of the U.S. house and the senate.

We all know that Democratic agendas will be horrendous to our deficit, and jobs creations. It’s a proven fact that very restrictive environmental regulations kill jobs, rather than helping create them. California is a prime example, where left-wing environmentalists have killed the state of productivity, and dried up its tax base.

Us, Americans and Independents counted on Democrats to run government free of agendas and pandering to their left-wing minorities of their party, but unfortunately it’s been a feeding frenzy for that little selective group, where a vast majority of Americans are being left out from opportunities, because they are simply just being ignored.

So now, new poll numbers show Democrats could be in more trouble during the 2010 midterm elections.

The new Gallup Survey, revealed for the first time since the 2008 elections, more voters say they’d prefer a Republican candidate over a Democrat in the next election. Republicans took 48 percent of the voters, while Democrats took 44 percent. But the independent VOTERS went to the GOP by a 22 percent margin. Part of the problem that is fueling this dissent, is the Democrat’s arrogance, they still insist on pushing healthcare plans that 58% of Americans don’t support nor trust it. 38 percent said that they would tell their congressman to vote against the plan, while only 29% said they would. 44 percent independents would tell their congressman not to support the plan to only 22% who would.

While Democrats continue to offer tone deaf policies, some governor’s races and senate races coming up, in predominant Democratic areas have Republican candidates in the lead, such as Republican Rob Portman of Ohio, he leads the Democratic front runner Lt. Governor Lee Fisher, 39 percent to 36 percent. It’s his first lead for Portman, because Obama’s popularity in that state is falling faster than meteors. President Obama’s job approval is 40%, down from 53% in September, and Obama won the state for the U.S. Presidency.

So evidently the Democrats are still living in denials, they still haven’t woken up from the New Jersey and Virginia governors races thrashings, and it’s unlikely they will until Republicans regain their control of the U.S. senate and house, and then it will be up to them if they can keep it long enough.

It was a wonderful surprise to me, when I opened up my blogger comments yesterday morning, and found two wonderful messages there, just waiting for me read. It stated that I have been chosen for 2 blog awards, from two popular bloggers on the Net.

Those two wonderful bloggers and awarders are not unknown to me, because they are among the sweetest and kindest blogging friends that I have on the Net.

This is the second award that my friends at Politicus.us, has awarded me. I was also given the same award by wonderful bloggers at AskCherlock.com. They both have great insights on politics that I don’t have, and they are both well worth to read.

What’s truly amazing about the wonderful folks at Politicus and AskCherlock, is that they have a little different political spectrums than mine.

They are both a little to the left of my political writings, but they aren’t left-left liberals, they are more center-moderates, and they are real proud Americans. And there’s nobody who supports freedom of speech in blogging than those two. And believe me, they are more open-minded than I am, and that is how great they are.

It just shows you folks, that there can be civility in blogging, my friends at Politicus and AskCherlock, may not agree with everything I post, but they, as most people, do enjoy the hard work, the research and fact contents that I put on every posting on my blogs.

I want to give my utmost gratitude to Politicus and AskCherlock, and thank them so much for the awards, and for the wonderful job and hard work that they’re doing at their own sites.

I also want to thank my wonderful readers and those bloggers who took the time to leave kind comments, and blog recommendations on linkreferrals.com and to those many others.

There’s one U.S. senator I really admire very much. He’s neither Democrat nor Republican; he’s a former Democrat who was backstabbed by his party, and then became an Independent, named Joseph Lieberman.

Ever since then, Old Joe had pretty much gotten his head screwed on right. I would say that Mr. Lieberman is one of my favorite senators in the U.S. senate. Even though I don’t agree and support some of his issues, but lately he’s been there for our country.

A once very liberal Democratic senator from Connecticut, and learned pretty much how politics is played in the U.S. senate, he’s more for the people rather than partisan oriented politics and he has won the admiration of many folks around, including this blogger.

While being a happy Democrat, along came his re-election to the U.S. senate seat that was coming up, but liberal Democrats were unhappy by Joe Lieberman’s constant pro-Israeli and anti-terror/pro-war stances that they decided to get rid of him. So they packaged another Democrat to run against him, who ended up winning the primary.
Wikipedia: “Lieberman sought the Democratic Party's re-nomination for U.S. Senate from Connecticut in 2006 but lost to Ned Lamont, a Greenwich businessman and antiwar candidate.

Lieberman was officially endorsed by the Connecticut Democratic Convention, which met in May. However, Lamont received 33 percent of the delegates' votes, forcing an August primary.

In July, Lieberman announced that he would file papers to appear on the November ballot should he lose the primary, stating, "I'm a loyal Democrat, but I have loyalties that are greater than those to my party, and that's my loyalty to my state and my country."[119] He stated that he would continue to sit as a Democrat in the Senate even if he was defeated in the primary and elected on an unaffiliated line, and expressed concern for a potentially low turnout.[120] On July 10, the Lieberman campaign officially filed paperwork allowing him to collect signatures for the newly formed Connecticut for Lieberman party ballot line.[121]

On August 8, 2006, Lieberman conceded the Democratic primary election to Ned Lamont, saying, "For the sake of our state, our country and my party, I cannot and will not let that result stand," and announced he would run in the 2006 November election as an independent candidate on the Connecticut for Lieberman ticket, against both Lamont and the Republican candidate, Alan Schlesinger.[122]”

Joe Lieberman doesn’t owe the Democratic Party anything, he’s his own man, and he supports issues that he sees fit. He owes no allegiances to President Obama and the Democrats, one of the reasons he did not support then candidate Obama for the U.S. presidency, was his fear for what would happen to Israel with an Obama presidency.

Mr. Lieberman prevailed over these Democrat’s back-stabbings, and pretty much is changing the course of what the U.S. senate is today. Mr. Lieberman epitomizes what a politician should be.

There is nobody more bi-partisan than Mr. Joseph Lieberman. Everybody raves about very partisan, former Senator Teddy Kennedy and what he did for Democrat liberals, but in my opinion, Kennedy couldn’t hold a candle, or a toilet seat to Mr. Joseph Lieberman.

While most Democrats don’t want to appear on Fox News, to Joe it’s no brainer, it’s the place to be at this moment.

Joe Lieberman has now taken the leadership roles on two crucial issues that are facing the United Sates at this moment. The last weeks’ Islamic terrorist shootings, by a U.S. military Moslem officer, Nidal Malik Hasan at Fort Hood, Have Radical Muslim Extremists Infiltrated Our Military? It Was an Act of Terrorism; Fort Hood Killer, Palestinian/American-Major Nidal Malik Hasan was a Muslim Terrorist: and the ill advised healthcare reform bill that the U.S. congress just paced. A Nancy Pelosi & Obamacare Reform Nightmares! Sen. Joe Lieberman called the Fort Hood massacre an act of "Islamist extremism," he is the first and only Washington politician to admit and call it as he sees it. He is calling for a senate probe into the shootings, he wants to go even further, he wants to know why the army ignored all of the warnings that were behind the killer’s love for extremist’s Islamic views, and his hatred for America and the U.S. military. Hasan has been known to say, “Islamic laws come first before the U.S. constitution.” Hasan’s classmates had complained to the top brasses about it, they didn’t do anything until it led to the murders of our 13 servicemen at Fort Hood.

At this moment there are even more disturbing news about Hasan, he’s also being linked to radical mosques, and Imams who took part in the 2001 terrorists attack on the World Trade Centers, and Mr. Lieberman was right when he said, “If Hasan was showing signs, saying to people that he had become an Islamic extremist, the U.S. Army should have ZERO TOLERANCE.” There’s going to be a whole lot of army and intelligence questionings being asked behind this tragedy, it may be the end for people to fear about being called RACISTS when they suspect something from some of these Islamic slimes.

And now after the Nancy Pelosi healthcare bill which went through the house, Joe Lieberman adamantly said he will not support it, and he will not support any costly “public options.” So if these Democrats, yes, the ones that backstabbed Joe Lieberman three years ago, think that they are going to get to use him every time they want, they got something else coming, because Joe Lieberman is his own man, he’s not a sold out hack for Democrats nor for the Republican parties.

Did the more conservative and moderate Blue Dogs Democrats finally get the message from the PEOPLE? Here are Democrats who did NOT VOTE for the H.R. 3962.

This is the one lone Republican who voted for Nancy Pelosi’s Obamacare bill; Joseph Cao, a freshman Representative from Louisiana's District 2. Mr. Cao voted in favor of the bill.

Here are the 39 H.R.3962 Democratic heroes!
Some of these are the 24 proud fiscal conservatives “Blue Dog” Democrats in the house, defied Nancy Pelosi’s Obamacare agendas and voted against H.R. 3962. It looks like the Blue Dog Democrats did get the people’s message! 2010!

The Democrats were more widely divided with 219 voting for the bill and 39 voting against it. Shame on you, Nancy Pelosi! She’s turning out to be the real “whip and a liar,” behind the Obamacare, healthcare reforms.

It seems now that when President Obama said that the undocumented wouldn’t get taxpayer financed medical healthcare, it was all a big LIE.

A real sad legacy for Democrats, President Barack Obama and his Democratic cohorts in the U.S. congress will be known as the Biggest Liars Party.

Do you remember Congressman Joe Wilson’s “You Lie" to Obama, when President Obama said the undocumented wouldn’t get healthcare benefits at TAXPAYER’S expense?

It’s was a big lie all along, just out in the Wall Street Journal, they are reporting on that EVIL Obama and Nancy Pelosi’s H.R. 3962, the one that they are voting for in the house today.

Look here, and check out what they’re pushing for now. LOOK at some of these idiocies that are included in the Democrat’s healthcare proposals. They are definitely trying to pull the wool over the people’s eyes, folks.

Sec. 59b (pp. 297-299) says that when you file your taxes, you must include proof that you are in a qualified plan. If not, you will be fined thousands of dollars. Illegal immigrants are exempt from this requirement.

Sec. 305 (p. 189) provides for automatic Medicaid enrollment of newborns that do not otherwise have insurance.

In addition to reducing future Medicare funding by an estimated $500 billion, the bill fundamentally changes how Medicare pays doctors and hospitals, permitting the government to dictate treatment decisions.

They don’t want to just slash and save 500 billion dollars from Medicaid, take one look where they want to re-direct healthcare money to: Questionable Priorities: While the bill will slash Medicare funding, it will also direct billions of dollars to numerous inner-city social work and diversity programs with vague standards of accountability. It’s an expansion of a socialistic system folks!

The bill also contains other elements, like the government will decide you treatments, NOT YOU nor your doctors!

The congressional dictator, Nancy Pelosi is threatening and pulling her stunts against any Democrats who don’t support this bill. Even the more conservative Blue Dogs are risking their political careers, to stay in Pelosi’s good side for approving this disastrous bill.

Okay friends, this isn’t strange at all coming from agenda driven liberal Democrats. This is typical liberal progressive politics that is common in San Francisco and California. These politicians don’t care one IOTA about VOTERS and their constituencies; they care more about their AGENDAS pulling through more than anything else.

It’s a pretty scary mindset; it’s a dangerous mindset, because these progressive agendas have brought about chaos, higher taxes, and mayhem to most people, and a rash of lawsuits that taxpayers have to pay for.

San Francisco is one of the most sued cities in the nation, these San Francisco supervisors don’t care if the city goes broke because of it, as long as their ideologies, and their agendas becomes the LAW of the LAND.

This is the pattern I’m seeing with this president and his tool in the U.S. House, Nancy Pelosi and company. And folks, that is very dangerous for the future of this country.

What the Pelosi Health-Care Bill Really Says
The health bill that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is bringing to a vote (H.R. 3962) is 1,990 pages. Here are some of the details you need to know.

What the government will require you to do:

• Sec. 202 (p. 91-92) of the bill requires you to enroll in a "qualified plan." If you get your insurance at work, your employer will have a "grace period" to switch you to a "qualified plan," meaning a plan designed by the Secretary of Health and Human Services. If you buy your own insurance, there's no grace period. You'll have to enroll in a qualified plan as soon as any term in your contract changes, such as the co-pay, deductible or benefit.

• Sec. 224 (p. 118) provides that 18 months after the bill becomes law, the Secretary of Health and Human Services will decide what a "qualified plan" covers and how much you'll be legally required to pay for it. That's like a banker telling you to sign the loan agreement now, then filling in the interest rate and repayment terms 18 months later.

On Nov. 2, the Congressional Budget Office estimated what the plans will likely cost. An individual earning $44,000 before taxes who purchases his own insurance will have to pay a $5,300 premium and an estimated $2,000 in out-of-pocket expenses, for a total of $7,300 a year, which is 17% of his pre-tax income. A family earning $102,100 a year before taxes will have to pay a $15,000 premium plus an estimated $5,300 out-of-pocket, for a $20,300 total, or 20% of its pre-tax income. Individuals and families earning less than these amounts will be eligible for subsidies paid directly to their insurer.

• Sec. 303 (pp. 167-168) makes it clear that, although the "qualified plan" is not yet designed, it will be of the "one size fits all" variety. The bill claims to offer choice—basic, enhanced and premium levels—but the benefits are the same. Only the co-pays and deductibles differ. You will have to enroll in the same plan, whether the government is paying for it or you and your employer are footing the bill.

• Sec. 59b (pp. 297-299) says that when you file your taxes, you must include proof that you are in a qualified plan. If not, you will be fined thousands of dollars. Illegal immigrants are exempt from this requirement.

• Sec. 412 (p. 272) says that employers must provide a "qualified plan" for their employees and pay 72.5% of the cost, and a smaller share of family coverage, or incur an 8% payroll tax. Small businesses, with payrolls from $500,000 to $750,000, are fined less.

Eviscerating Medicare:
In addition to reducing future Medicare funding by an estimated $500 billion, the bill fundamentally changes how Medicare pays doctors and hospitals, permitting the government to dictate treatment decisions.

• Sec. 1302 (pp. 672-692) moves Medicare from a fee-for-service payment system, in which patients choose which doctors to see and doctors are paid for each service they provide, toward what's called a "medical home."

The medical home is this decade's version of HMO-restrictions on care. A primary-care provider manages access to costly specialists and diagnostic tests for a flat monthly fee. The bill specifies that patients may have to settle for a nurse practitioner rather than a physician as the primary-care provider. Medical homes begin with demonstration projects, but the HHS secretary is authorized to "disseminate this approach rapidly on a national basis."

A December 2008 Congressional Budget Office report noted that "medical homes" were likely to resemble the unpopular gatekeepers of 20 years ago if cost control was a priority.

• Sec. 1114 (pp. 391-393) replaces physicians with physician assistants in overseeing care for hospice patients.

• Secs. 1158-1160 (pp. 499-520) initiates programs to reduce payments for patient care to what it costs in the lowest cost regions of the country. This will reduce payments for care (and by implication the standard of care) for hospital patients in higher cost areas such as New York and Florida.

• Sec. 1161 (pp. 520-545) cuts payments to Medicare Advantage plans (used by 20% of seniors). Advantage plans have warned this will result in reductions in optional benefits such as vision and dental care.

• Sec. 1402 (p. 756) says that the results of comparative effectiveness research conducted by the government will be delivered to doctors electronically to guide their use of "medical items and services."

Questionable Priorities:
While the bill will slash Medicare funding, it will also direct billions of dollars to numerous inner-city social work and diversity programs with vague standards of accountability.

• Sec. 399V (p. 1422) provides for grants to community "entities" with no required qualifications except having "documented community activity and experience with community healthcare workers" to "educate, guide, and provide experiential learning opportunities" aimed at drug abuse, poor nutrition, smoking and obesity. "Each community health worker program receiving funds under the grant will provide services in the cultural context most appropriate for the individual served by the program."

These programs will "enhance the capacity of individuals to utilize health services and health related social services under Federal, State and local programs by assisting individuals in establishing eligibility . . . and in receiving services and other benefits" including transportation and translation services.

• Sec. 222 (p. 617) provides reimbursement for culturally and linguistically appropriate services. This program will train health-care workers to inform Medicare beneficiaries of their "right" to have an interpreter at all times and with no co-pays for language services.

• Secs. 2521 and 2533 (pp. 1379 and 1437) establishes racial and ethnic preferences in awarding grants for training nurses and creating secondary-school health science programs. For example, grants for nursing schools should "give preference to programs that provide for improving the diversity of new nurse graduates to reflect changes in the demographics of the patient population." And secondary-school grants should go to schools "graduating students from disadvantaged backgrounds including racial and ethnic minorities."

• Sec. 305 (p. 189) provides for automatic Medicaid enrollment of newborns that do not otherwise have insurance.

Unhappy Independents once again were the swing voters in this election, the ones that helped Obama, turned against him, and gave New Jersey and Virginia to Republicans.

These elections were pivotal in the gauging the mood of the country, especially for Independent voters like me, but there’s no question about it; my fellow Independents were instrumental in dealing President Obama and his Democratic cohorts a big blow on their egos, like in VOTES of NO confidence, on how this country is being run and managed be these con-men.

When President Obama ran against John McCain, I can’t really blame my fellow Independents who voted for Obama. They took a gamble and made him president, but unfortunately they never realized what they put into the White House, a left-wing agenda driven zealot.

During the nine months that Obama was president, he and the Democrats like Nancy Pelosi, they were all warned, they should have gotten the message when they saw the Tea Parties, when they saw it on the blogs, and when they also saw those summer heated town halls meetings, but they chose to ignore all of those screaming and angry Americans.

President Obama began on a high note, when healthcare began, then there were his oppositions to opposing voices in opinions, he first wanted to go after Internet bloggers with his flag.whitehouse.com, and then he went after Fox News.

What we’re all telling them, is that we don’t want undocumented aliens getting free healthcare, we don’t want transgender to get taxpayer financed sex changes, and we don’t want to finance abortions, SO why is all of that still coming out in the Democrats’ version of the healthcare bill? Are you Democrats so immersed into your own stupidity to listen to what WE’RE TELLING YOU? Of course you are and that’s why you’re losing.

WE don’t want higher TAXES; we don’t want to get into any more debts for your exorbitant programs, look at broken California, and we don’t like your leftists, and socialist agendas interfering with our free market systems and our freedoms.

We don’t want czars in our government, especially known Maoists, and we’re not a ROYAL family nation nor we’re a communist country; we’re the land of the Free, the United States of America. We definitely don’t want Cap and Trade, when it is now known to decimate even more American industries and jobs.

In essence of it all, it is in my estimation, that President Obama’s and Democrat’s poll numbers are far lower than what they are being portrayed by the media. It’s without a doubt; Independents have made an exodus from the Obama dance shows, and turned his administration into harsh realities of what governing is all about.

We were once fooled by former George Bush and his Republicans for six years, and we’re not going to be fooled again by another lying party, especially by those who are doing the exact same things that they gripped about, under the previous administration.

I have told my readers two years ago, on these blogs here, back when candidate Obama entered the presidential race, moving this country to the left too much, wasn’t a good idea. After years of George Bush’s right, and with his bad policies under Republicans, it would stir deeper anger, rejections and more backlash for this country, especially in a slumping economy and when people are losing jobs everyday.

Obama and the Democrats made a whole lot of promises, but unfortunately they haven’t kept any of them.

All Americans are seeing now days from this administration and Democrats, are the constant pandering to minority groups, homosexuals, and illegal aliens, to special interests groups and lobbyists. And we’re getting fed up.

But the Democrats, just like the Republicans before them, if they think that we, the American VOTERS can sit by, and let them trash this nation to shreds, they’ve got something else coming.

We’re all going after these useless and corrupt politicians in Washington, Democrats and Republicans alike, if they don’t take care of us, (Americans) right now, they will be gone soon. And just as the ever corrupt Jon Corzine, who went along with millions of dollars into his campaign and with President Obama, who wasn’t able to help him any with the election’s outcome.

Most left-wing liberal politicians like Nancy Pelosi are secure in their posts, because of loony left San Francisco voters and others, but Blue Dog Democrats beware, you’ll be “dog pounded,” you’re wide OPEN SEASON for defeat in 2010, especially if you keep up with the Obama’s left-wing agendas.

Another big example as to why Americans are getting fed-up with their politicians is Maine.

Their legislature and their Democrat governor had legalized same sex marriages. Regardless as to what the majority in the state thought about it. It was done without their consent and VOTER’S approvals, it was done kind of like, “SCREW-YOU,” in your face kind of stuff, and that is the attitude that we're going to change in our politics.

But the people in Maine woke up and overturned their same sex marriage laws by 53%.

"Voters in Maine repealed a state law legalizing same sex marriage, which backers of the measure said shows "voters don't want to change what you call marriage." Advocates of same-sex marriage refused to concede defeat early Wednesday after supporters declared victory.

Nearly 53 percent of voters backed the referendum of a law the state legislature approved in May and the governor signed.

"Voters have a pretty good grasp about what they think marriage should be," said Jeff Flint, the Sacramento strategist for the Yes on 1 campaign. "It's not that they're discriminatory or bigoted. They just draw the line at what they think marriage should be."

Same sex marriages are okay for Europeans and other very liberal countries, but not in mine.

I am VERY proud of my fellow Independents, they definitely voted right this time. And for those Maine VOTERS who overturned their same sex marriages? I am very proud of you guys too. Hopefully we can take the fight into Massachusetts, Iowa and other places that legalize homosexual marriages, and terminate this idiocy once and for all.

Republicans win Virginia, New Jersey governorships
"Republicans rolled to victory in governor's races in Virginia and New Jersey on Tuesday in a sharp blow to Democrats that showed the limits of U.S. President Barack Obama's influence.

After suffering a one-two punch in those two states, Democrats were trying to salvage a victory over a conservative candidate in a congressional district in upstate New York.

The election outcome in Virginia and New Jersey could offer clues on the mood of America a year after Obama was elected president and a year before 2010 congressional elections that will represent the first clear referendum on Obama's time in office.

While the votes may not have been a referendum on Obama himself, voters clearly expressed concern about the direction of the U.S. economy, which suffers from a 9.8 percent jobless rate the president has been unable to reduce.

Bob McDonnell scored an easy victory over Democrat Creigh Deeds in Virginia. In New Jersey, Republican Chris Christie had a tougher time with incumbent Democratic Governor Jon Corzine but prevailed.

The outcome suggests Democrats have a challenge in trying to attract voters to the polls without Obama's name on the ticket as they prepare to defend their strong majorities in the House of Representatives and the Senate in 2010.

A year ago, Obama became the first Democratic presidential nominee to win Virginia since 1964. Obama campaigned twice for Deeds but Democrats were unable to muster a large turnout the way they did a year ago.

Republicans had not won a statewide race in New Jersey since 1997. Obama won the state by 16 percentage points and traveled there to campaign for Corzine three times.

U.S. television networks projected Christie had scored a narrow victory over Corzine, a former Wall Street executive who pumped $23 million of his own money into the campaign.

The president was described by the White House as not watching the election returns, and spokesman Robert Gibbs earlier dismissed the potential impact of the governors' races on Democrats and the 2010 elections.

"I don't believe that local elections in New Jersey and Virginia portend a lot about legislative success or political success in the future," he said.

But the Republican Party was eager to blame the policies of Obama and the Democrats.
"Tonight voters sent a warning shot to Democrats and the White House they are tired of the spending, tired of the waste, and tired of the over-reach they see coming out of Washington," said Eric Cantor, the No. 2 Republican in the U.S. House.

ABC News said majorities of voters in both Virginia and New Jersey approved of Obama's handling of his job -- 51 percent in Virginia and 57 percent in New Jersey.

But it said 90 percent in New Jersey and 85 percent in Virginia said they were worried about the direction of the nation's economy in the next year.

Democratic strategist Bud Jackson said the long night for Democrats could be seen as an indication of impatience with Obama.

"A lot of these people who voted for Obama last year, they voted for the hope. Well, hope hasn't had time to meet reality so there are a lot of independent voters who aren't completely sold on Obama yet and they won't be until they start seeing some results," he said.

In Maine, a "citizen's veto" is on the ballot to overturn a May 2009 law allowing same-sex marriage. If the law is upheld, Maine would become the sixth U.S. state to allow gay marriage, but the first to approve such a law at the ballot box -- a potential turning point for gay rights after a stinging 2008 defeat in California."

President Obama is now talking TOUGH about job creations, but there are two BIG problems, they are too costly to realize and they will kill more jobs, instead of creating new ones.

President Obama called for "bold innovative action" to create jobs by government and businesses to reverse these continued job losses. "We all know that in every economic recovery there is going to be a lag between the economy growing again, businesses investing again, and businesses hiring again," Obama told the President's Economic Recovery Advisory Board when they all convened. Because of severity of massive job losses, he said, this country needs "some bold, innovative action on our part and on Congress' part and on the private sector's part."

While convening in a meeting with his economic advisory board, Obama called for a focus on three areas: increasing U.S. exports, expanding green technology and rebuilding our infrastructures. "We all know that in every economic recovery there is going to be a lag between the economy growing again, businesses investing again, and businesses hiring again," Obama told the President's Economic Recovery Advisory Board.

But given the severity of the job losses, he said, the country needs "some bold, innovative action on our part and on Congress' part and on the private sector's part."At the board's second full meeting, Obama said in his opening remarks that, after getting the economy "back from the brink," the nation now must figure out how "to make sure the people are getting back to work and able to support their families.""It's not going to happen overnight, but we are not going to rest until we are succeeding in generating the jobs this economy needs," he said at the White House meeting, which was streamed live online on the White House website.

All of this coming after this White House has been in denials about the true figures of the actual unemployed see: The BIG lie: Obama White House, but WHY? “In an age of 24/7 news, it’s getting harder and harder to see White House Press Secretary, Robert Gibbs, trot out each morning to give the obviously distorted statistics for our nation’s unemployment numbers. With dozens of talk shows airing daily, so-called “employment experts” popping up on radio and TV hourly, WHY waste the American public’s time and intelligence suggesting numbers that border on ridiculous, if not fantasy.

It is a well known fact by virtually all credible economists that the jobless rate is 4-5 points higher than the White House numbers. And the question becomes WHY say what isn’t TRUE?Do the president’s advisors really believe in an era of news overkill that Americans (who have only look at their relatives and neighbors for examples), believe this tripe?

When asked about unemployment, she made the statement that the Obama Administration “had gotten a handle on the problem” and that the new numbers showed a “drop to 9.8% in THEIR most recent poll” In stating this erroneous “fact”, she implied that the recession was over or coming to a close.Nowhere can it be found in any credible news source that the unemployment rate is 9.8% and she had to know it.

Yet, there she was on a national news show stating that as fact!The truth of the matter is, “Unemployment is at its highest level since 1994” according to economist Sylvia Allegretto of the Institute of Research on Labor and Employment at UC BERKELEY (prone to be on the president’s side I would imagine).

“All the data tells us that this is the worst economic downturn since World War Two”, says Paul Wessen, economist with California’s Employment Development Department.So why all the lying? Or to be more polite, “truth twisting”?”

While it’s great that our president has finally come to his realization that we’re losing jobs, his programs and ideas unfortunately, don’t create more jobs, we will lose them instead.

The only proposal that I may agree with, is his exports proposals, but that means coming back to what I’ve been saying all along in my blogs, getting tougher with China and other trading partners who have unfair tariffs and unbalanced trades with us. There is no doubt that China who has benefitted tremendously over the plight of American workers for the past decade is the BIGGEST violator of our trade agreements.

But does President Obama have any more guts to keep going further against China, other than increasing the mere tire tariffs which he did a couple months ago?

Then his other two ideas, expanding green technologies and rebuilding our decaying infrastructures are virtually impossible to realize, and first they are too cost prohibitive in a time when this country is going broke.

Now again, our president is talking about MONEY, putting more money that we don’t have into the problem, to half hazard patch up a problem: From Cody Enterprise: "In true liberal spirit, Obama preaches about “big government” that dishes out money to solve every problem, along with his desire for “redistribution of wealth.”There are stimulus packages - which he calls “investments,” but he really means “additional debt” - and bailouts.On his watch, the federal budget deficit has tripled to a record $1.4 trillion. And how does health care legislation that could cost $900 billion during the next decade, sound?”

President Obama convened with some economical brain trusts, like former Federal Reserve Chairman Paul Volcker, and includes administration officials such as Treasury Secretary Timothy F. Geithner, economists and business and labor leaders.

It’s absolutely absurd talking about spending more money. Especially when we know what the root of the problems are. President Obama’s naiveté’s are showing, he’s still in that dream job, being president of the United States, and he’s still stuck with those dreams that he can’t seem to wake up from.

Besides the China trade and industry ordeals, then we’ve got too many immigrants in this country, legal or illegal, that this government can’t seem to do anything about. More H1B and H2B visas, illegal visas overstay, and illegal immigration, it’s ESTIMATED that they are holding on to over 8 million jobs that Americans could be doing right now. But this subject isn’t being brought up by this president at all.

Then President Obama wants to bring Cap and Trade into the green technology when the Heritage Foundation found that this would eliminate ANOTHER 1.15 million American jobs, and our economy will be $9.4 trillion dollars poorer by 2035, and NEVER MIND about creating new jobs. But the measure has become increasingly controversial as the economic consequences of the legislation have become more apparent.

A study by The Heritage Foundation’s Center for Data Analysis finds that the law would make the U.S. about $9.4 trillion poorer by 2035.

Much of this decline would be from reduced economic productivity and job loss. Despite all the talk about “green jobs” galore, Heritage found the bill would actually retard net employment by 1.15 million jobs.

To distract Americans from the economic catastrophe the bill would cause, proponents have turned to arguing that passing the bill is an imperative for national security. The reality, however, is it is too difficult to predict over the long term how the interactions between humans and the environment will turn out.
But here is what we do know.

In the short term, the negative economic effects of the bill will create a “21st century crisis.” A collapse in U.S. economic growth would result in even more draconian cuts to the defense budget, leaving America with a military much less prepared to deal with future threats. Indeed, if America’s military power declines, there would probably be more wars, not fewer.

Likewise, a steep drop in American economic growth would lengthen and deepen the global recession. That in turn will make other states poorer, undermining their ability to protect themselves and recover from natural disasters. Now that is something to worry about.”

President Obama is definitely “barking up the wrong tree” on jobs creations, and I don’t think this president and his Democratic cohorts in congress really know what the heck they are doing. But we Americans do, and we will show him and this corrupt congress what governing is all about at the polls.

The truth is, people aren’t sure about their new president that they have just elected, so they are going to Fox News and other conservative news sources in droves, leaving CNN and other biased liberal Medias in the dust.

This spells big trouble for President Obama and the Democrats. That is why President Obama’s White House blasted, and began a short lived war against Fox News. It was a sign of desperation. And the new cable news network ratings show that.

A new survey of American voters puts healthcare at 17 percent, as the third most important thing for President Obama and the Democrats to take care of. The economy and JOBS is number one, with 41 percent of the voters. The Afghanistan/Iraq war came second at 18 and 17 percent.

Obviously the president’s and these congressional Democrats’ priorities are totally wrong. This is yet another reason as to why Americans are not being heard, or just plainly ignored and that’s why they are turning away.

Fox News has the combined total viewerships of CNN, MSNBC, and others PLUS a whole lot more to spare.

For as long as this president and Democrats’ keep pushing for costly agendas, refusing to address jobs losses, the economy, and the deficit, the war with Afghanistan, and keeping Wall Street under control, people will go to Fox News and other conservative mediums to get the truths.

For that reason President Obama’s popularity and job approval ratings are going down.

Most Americans are seeing Obama as just another politician, one whose promises don’t amounts to squat, quite partisan, left wing driven, and a special interests type of politician, look at the banks and the Wall Street bailouts.

Moderates and Independent voters who fled Obama this past summer, are staying away, and most are not expecting the rebirths of hope and change, because there won’t be any. Like most of us, we’re just hoping to survive the most extreme leftist president that we have ever had in American history.

This president is putting so much energy into healthcare, when it should be done for the economy and jobs recoveries. He’s also standing by letting Afghanistan fall to pieces; where we have lost more soldiers recently, because of his inability to make tough decisions for sending more troops, to crush once and for all the Bin Laden and his terrorists’ thugs.

His priorities are all out of whack, for the proper way in running and maintaining a strong and successful nation. It’s not only at the polls that are showing President Obama’s troubles, it’s in the cable news network media too.

Take CNN, the network who went gangbusters for the then presidential candidate Barack Obama. During the debates, and on election nights during the Democratic Party’s presidential nomination runs, they were breaking viewership records. It looked like a rebirth for CNN; they figured if Obama became president and did well, they would reap off his fortunes.

It was a time when Republicans were unpopular and former President George Bush was despised. Everything looked good for both Barack Obama and CNN, they had a man who was promising change and hope for all Americans, this guy would bring them viewers, and they went hook line and sinker for Obama.

But unfortunately something went wrong with their idea and logic of their plan. It wasn’t CNN’s fault entirely; it was more President Obama’s fault. He wasn’t delivering as president as what most people thought.

Actually, President Obama brought about more suspicion and mistrust on his real abilities to run and manage this nation properly. Throughout my years, I Have never seen Americans so wound up over a leftist president like Obama before. And it’s showing on cable news network ratings.

CNN is down in the gutters, while CNN’s former loony left moved on to MSNBC, and their former Independents and moderates moved on to Fox News. It basically enforces the polls, as to what they’ve been saying about Obama and the Democrats all along.

Polar Opposites: Fox News Seeing Best Ratings, CNN and MSNBC Worst
We’ve written a lot about Fox News’ ratings. Here’s the deal – they’re on pace for their best year of all time in total viewers during prime time and total day.

CNN and MSNBC, on the other hand, are headed the opposite direction. Here’s a look at the ratings from October, which officially came to an end yesterday.

In every category – total day and prime time, A25-54 demographic and total viewers, October has shaped up to be the worst month of 2009 for both CNN and MSNBC. But when comparing the networks, it looks worse for CNN, which, as reported by the New York Timestoday, dropped to fourth on cable news, even behind sister network HLN, in prime time demo.

A CNN spokesperson tells Mediaite:
We couldn’t be more pleased that both our networks (CNN and HLN) are now topping MSNBC in total day and that CNN.com leads all TV news competitors on the web. As we have said for years, we measure our audience across all CNN Worldwide platforms and throughout the day, not just primetime. CNN provides quality journalism and our ratings reflect the news environment more than opinion programming does – especially in primetime.

There’s no dispute that CNN has a broad range of outlets to measure its audience. It has a vibrant international network, a prime web destination and much more (there’s an actual airport network as well). But – and this is important – the ratings drops on CNN during prime time are notably dramatic, and as HLN increases viewership there could be rumblings for a shake up.
Every CNN program is down more than 50% year-to-year in total viewers and the demo, butAnderson Cooper’s 10pmET hour is down 72% and 79%. The top program right now, Larry King’s 9pmET hour, is just the 16th best cable news program for October in total viewers, and 17th in the demo (More on that below).

CNN can say they measure their audience ‘across all platforms’, but lagging A25-54 demo numbers is a bad sign. As Daily Finance notes, although every cabler did well in October 2008 due to the election, CNN is down the most year-to-year in the category. Back in April 2008, for example, CNN President Jon Klein told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, “That’s the demographic that advertisers are buying.”

Meanwhile with MSNBC, the cable network is stuck in 4th place in total day in both total viewers and the demo. HLN moves up to #2 in the demo, while CNN is #2 in total viewers. While its opinion programming in prime time has succeeded, the new line-up during the day is not nearly as successful.

Below is the program ranker for October. Fox News had the top 11 programs in the demo and the top 13 programs, again, in total viewers. Some other notes:

• The Nancy Grace repeat on HLN and Keith Olbermann repeat on MSNBC topped Anderson Cooper’s live 10pmET show in the demo.• CNN’s late afternoon Situation Room performed better than both Cooper’s 10pmET hour andCampbell Brown’s 8pmET hour.• Fox News’ 3amET show Red Eye once again beat CNN’s 8pmET show Campbell Brown in the demo.

CNN Drops to Last Place Among Cable News Networks
CNN, which invented the cable news network more than two decades ago, will hit a new competitive low with its prime-time programs in October, finishing fourth – and last – among the cable news networks with the audience that all the networks rely on for their advertising.
The official monthly numbers will be finalized at 4 p.m. Monday and will include results from Friday. CNN executives conceded that will not change the competitive standing for the month. CNN will still be last in prime time.

That means CNN’s programs were behind not only Fox News and MSNBC, but even its own sister network HLN (formerly Headline News.) Three of its four shows between 7 and 11 p.m. finished fourth and last among the cable news networks. That was the first time CNN had finished that poorly with its prime-time shows.

The results demonstrate once more the apparent preference of viewers for opinion-oriented shows from the news networks in prime time.

CNN has steered opinion hosts like Nancy Grace to HLN, while maintaining more news-oriented shows on CNN itself. When news events are not being intensely followed, CNN executives acknowledge, viewers seem to be looking for partisan views more than objective coverage.
Individually, the CNN shows were beaten resoundingly by all the Fox News programs, but also lost to all of the MSNBC programs, including a repeat of Keith Olbermann’s 8 p.m. edition of “Countdown,” which beat the 10 p.m. hour of CNN’s signature prime-time program, “Anderson Cooper 360.”Again that was a first.

Mr. Cooper had 211,000 viewers to 223,000 for Mr. Olbermann’s repeat. That meant Mr. Cooper finished fourth and last in the 10 p.m. hour because, besides being well behind the leader, Greta Van Susteren, who had 538,000 viewers, he was also beaten by a repeat of Nancy Grace’s 8 p.m. show on HLN, which averaged 222,000.

For the month, CNN averaged 202,000 viewers between the ages of 25 and 54 – the group that television news organizations use as their basis of success because of their advertising sales. That was far behind the dominant leader, Fox News, which averaged 689,000. But it also trailed MSNBC, which had 250,000 viewers in that group and HLN, which had 221,000.

The only CNN show from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. that did not finish last was Larry King, which was third, ahead of the new Joy Behar show on HLN. But Sean Hannity’s show on Fox News had a huge lead with 659,000 viewers in that age group. Second was Rachel Maddow on MSNBC with 242,000.Mr. King averaged 224,000 and Ms. Behar 181,000.

At 7 p.m. CNN’s host, Lou Dobbs was fourth, barely beaten by Jane Velez Mitchell on HLN, 166,000 to 162,000. The big winner was Shepard Smith on Fox with 465,000 viewers. Second was Chris Matthews and “Hardball” on MSNBC, with 179,000 viewers.

CNN’s performance was worst in the 8 p.m. hour. Bill O’Reilly on Fox News continued his long dominance with the biggest numbers of any host, 881,000 viewers. Mr. Olbermann, with his first-run program, was second with 295,000. Close behind was the first edition of Ms. Grace’s show with 269,000. Campbell Brown on CNN trailed with only 162,000.

CNN executives emphasized that the network continues to draw more viewers than all its competitors except Fox News when all hours of the day are counted.

CNN released a statement Monday saying, “CNN’s ratings are always going to be more dependent on the news environment, much more so than opinion-based programming especially in prime time.”

Fierce urgency is for jobs, nothing else. President Obama’s famous speech phrase and words “we’ve got a fierce urgency for…,” unfortunately it’s for everything else but jobs.

But that may change soon, because the alarm bells are ringing in the White House and congress. With a mindboggling $1.4 Trillion dollars deficit this year, Democrats have used up their markers for any more stimuli to help bring about job recoveries.

They (Democrats), will have to find other draconian solutions to create new jobs, and to keep American wealth from hemorrhaging abroad, they must figure out how to keep our wealth in this country, or otherwise suffer a huge defeat in 2012.

Over eight million jobs were lost nationwide since the recession began two years ago. This is considered the worst job market since the Great Depression. The average workers have been out of work for 6 1/2 months, average job openings have five applicants or more.

Now some expert analysts are saying that it will take up to seven years and more, of solid growth to get the jobs back to where they were before the downturn. They also say that millions of jobs that were lost will never come back.

Economists are puzzled as to why job growth has declined, “the answer is we don’t know,” says a liberal economist with the Upjohn Institute for employment Research in Michigan.

But Americans know why, and they do not share President Obama and these Democrats congress’ views about any urgency, other than getting people back to work. And these politicians are ignoring people’s pleas so much, to the degree that the president’s and congress’ job approval ratings are dropping further down.

Take for example Democrat Senator Majority Leader, Harry Reid of Nevada, new polls showing that he may not be re-elected next term. This is the price politicians in the future, Democrats and Republicans will have to pay for. If Washington Democrats in congress haven’t learned from six years of Republicans mistakes, then they will never learn either.

And whether these stubborn politicians know it, or don’t and whether they like it or not, throngs of angry Americans, the American people are taking back their country. It’s happening, it’s going to happen and the bloody 2010 backlash is coming around the corner.

Even Independent candidates are becoming more favorable with voters all over. With Democrat’s fast collapsing popularity, Republicans and independents are making a rebound for the upcoming state governor’s races and for the 2012 U.S. congress and senate races around the country.

But there is more to the grim tales of the unemployment picture than what the government is reporting or wants to report. The true toll of the jobless is much higher than their unemployment figures show. They are not showing the underemployed, folks who work part time and those who are out of the unemployment benefits program.

For example in California, the underemployment rate just hit 21.9 percent in September. Those are millions more Americans out of the economic spending opportunities for consumer goods and retailers. “Underemployment is at its highest levels since 1994, when these records first began to be kept,” says Sylvia Allegretto of the institute for Research on Labor and Employment at U.C. Berkeley.

China is the biggest obstacle for American recovery, not only we’ve got a huge trade imbalance with that country, and almost all of our factories and industries’ have been moving there for the past eight years; they are also artificially inflating their own money to kill the U.S. dollar.

We are exporting billions of our dollars for foreign oil, when we could be drilling, producing our own and keeping all of this money here.

And there is still that inherent bad habit from congress and this president to keep importing cheaper foreign workers, and allowing undocumented aliens to work at the expense of unemployed Americans.

Then we’ve got the government’s love affairs with Wall Street and the banks, where the bulk of the stimulus moneys have been going to, and nothing has come about helping the regular Jane’s and Joes of America.

Those are big topics that this president and this congress’ Democrats don’t have the real “cojones” to tackle and deal with. It will be their ultimate defeat for their failure to deal with our problems personally.

About five days ago, we just had the largest sting and drug bust of Mexican drug dealers in America's history, and once again this went unnoticed by most of the national mainstream mediums, the Barack Obama White House, and congress, because of the leftist and pro-open border supporters of illegal aliens.

As soon as “criminal illegal aliens” were known to be the members of “La Familia,” Mexico’s most dangerous and violent drug cartel, they were the majority of those arrested for dealing drugs in some of America’s biggest cities. The Media and Washington politicians went into a silent mode.

Not only that, some of these criminal illegal aliens were armed to the teeth.

This is shameful, and this is why the mainstream media is being overtaken by the Internet. Folks don’t trust the media and their politicians to give truthful accounts on everything that goes on in this country anymore.

It’s the normal M.O. of these leftists and pro-open border supporters of illegal aliens, they want to cover up any adverse publicity that will hurt their causes to achieve amnesty and other pro-illegal alien’s perks.

They tried to silence the story, because this story proves and shows that Washington politicians have totally FAILED in enforcing our southern borders and PROTECTING AMERICANS from Mexican criminal elements and their drug cartels.

Largest U.S. sting on drug cartel leads to more than 300 arrests
OKLAHOMA CITY An upstart Mexican drug operation whose tentacles extend from coast to coast and deep into America’s heartland was the target of a massive federal strike this week that netted the arrests of more than 300 people.

Dozens of raids in 19 states, including Missouri, sought to cripple La Familia, which has emerged as the biggest supplier of methamphetamine to the United States and, increasingly, a peddler of cocaine, marijuana and other drugs.

Perhaps more than any other cartel, La Familia projects a Robin Hood image. The Drug Enforcement Administration said the group is “philosophically opposed to the sale of methamphetamine to Mexicans, and instead supports its export to the United States for consumption by Americans.”

Mexican police say the gang uses religion and family morals to recruit. Gang members have hung banners in towns saying they do not tolerate drug use, or attacks on women or children.

One of the gang’s alleged recruiters, detained last spring, ran drug rehabilitation centers, helping addicts recover and then forcing them to work for the gang or be killed, according to Mexico Public Safety Secretary Genaro Garcia Luna.

La Familia is rarely mentioned in the same breath as the handful of other Mexican gangs that control the flow of drugs into the United States, fueled by Colombian cocaine suppliers. The Sinaloa, Juarez, Gulf and Tijuana cartels have roots that go back many years, even decades.
But La Familia is known as unusually violent, even by Mexico’s standards.

After the arrest of one of its leaders in July in Mexico, the cartel launched an offensive against federal forces, killing 18 police officers and two soldiers over a weekend. In the worst attack, 12 federal agents were slain and their tortured bodies piled along a roadside as a warning for all to see.

“They are one of the most violent, if not the most violent, cartel in Mexico right now,” said Michael Braun, who retired as the DEA’s chief of operations last year.

La Familia operates methamphetamine “superlabs” in Mexico that produce up to 100 pounds of the drug in eight hours, a sharp contrast to small-time labs in the United States that have supplied American addicts, Braun said.

The organization was founded in 2004 and really took off in 2006, Braun said.

“The sheer level and depravity of violence that this cartel has exhibited far exceeds what we unfortunately have become accustomed to from other cartels, (and) the toxic reach of its operations extends to nearly every state within our own country,” Attorney General Eric Holder said at a news conference.

But Holder and other officials also conceded that like a handful of other cartels, La Familia has become too powerful, too entrenched within the political and economic fabric of Mexico — and too popular with Mexico’s citizens — for the arrests to deal the cartel a death blow.

Senior drug officials said Mexico was cooperating but that La Familia’s leaders were too well-insulated to go after, protected not only by their own private army but also by corrupt police and politicians.

“It’s a full-blown military operation to go in and get them,” said one, speaking on the condition of anonymity due to the sensitivity of U.S.-Mexico counternarcotics relations.

A Mexican counternarcotics official agreed, saying his country has thrown thousands of troops and police at La Familia.

“They rarely spend two or three nights in the same place, and when they do, they live in these very fortified compounds,” said the official, who also spoke on the condition of anonymity. “It is even more difficult for us because they buy not only information but they buy protection from the very guys that are supposed to get them.”

The arrests were made Wednesday and Thursday in 38 cities, with major distribution rings the focus in Dallas, Atlanta and Seattle. No raids were conducted in the Kansas City area.

None of those arrested in the United States was a major figure in the upper echelons of the organization, law enforcement officials said. But authorities said the sheer number of arrests would seriously disrupt the cartel’s distribution system.

In addition, Holder said, the authorities have seized more than $32 million in U.S. currency, 2,700 pounds of methamphetamine, 4,400 pounds of cocaine, 16,000 pounds of marijuana and 29 pounds of heroin. More arrests are expected.

"The U.S. has re-opened the applications for H-2B visas to fill temporary non-agricultural positions.

The congressionally mandated annual cap for H-2B visas sought by semi-skilled Indian workers is 66,000, and the government has issued only 40,640 this fiscal year, which ends Sep 30.

"Because of the low visa issuance rate, (US Citizenship and Immigration Services, USCIS) is reopening the filing period to allow employers to file additional petitions for qualified H-2B temporary foreign non-agricultural workers”, the source said.

The H-1B visas allow foreign nationals to work in U.S for a short period of projects. Whereas, the H-2B visa enable the US nationals to bring foreign nationals to the US to fill temporary non-agricultural positions for which there is a shortage of workers.

The requirement of labour in the areas like construction, health care, landscaping, food service and hospitality can be filled by H-2B visas.

Because of ongoing recession the demand of H-2B visas has been reduced, before, the demand was high.

From past two years, the demand of employers trying to bring foreigners to work permanently in the US has also declined.

The demand for popular H-1B visas among Indian techies has gown down this year.

Till now, USCIS has received approximately 45,000 H-1B visa applications.

The USCIS figures shows the declination in the number of employer-sponsored for work-based green cards applications received by the government, the number is just half of the applications received in previous years.

There were almost 235,000 applications submitted in fiscal 2007, almost 104,000 the following year, and fewer than 36,000 through the first eight months of fiscal 2009.

For the Fiscal Year 2010 (FY 2010) we are currently accepting applications for H1B visas. "The H-1B is a nonimmigrant classification used by an alien who will be employed temporarily in a specialty occupation or as a fashion model. The filing deadline for H-1B visas for Fiscal Year 2010 (FY 2010) is April 1, 2009. Under current law, an alien can be in H-1B status for a maximum period of six years at a time.

After that time an alien must remain outside the United States for one year before another H-1B petition can be approved. Certain aliens working on Defense Department projects may remain in H-1B status for 10 years.

In addition, certain aliens may obtain an extension of H-1B status beyond the 6-year maximum period. The current law limits the cap of H1Bs to 65,000 as the number of aliens who may be issued an H1B visa or otherwise provided H-1B status. (The numerical limitation was temporarily raised to 195,000 in FY2001, FY2002 and FY2003.)

In addition, all H-1B non-immigrants who work at (but not necessarily for) universities and non-profit research facilities are excluded from the numerical cap. This means that contractors working at, but not directly employed by the institution may be exempt from the cap. H1B Visa renewals and Extensions of stay however do not count towards the annual limits.

Transfers of H1B visas among employers only count when changing jobs from an employer exempt from the limits (academia or research) to one that is not exempt. Therefore, despite the numerical limitations we can prepare and file your case for an extension of stay provided the maximum 6 year has not yet been fulfilled. The maximum allotted visas authorized by Congress are 65,000 new H1B visas per fiscal year with some exceptions.

The first 20,000 H1B visas issued to alien workers who obtained their master's degree here in the U.S. are exempt from the 65,000 cap; H1B visas issued to such individuals subsequent to the first 20,000 are then counted against the overall 65,000 cap.

There are 7.2 million fewer jobs now than when the recession began two years ago, according to the U.S. Labor Department. Unemployment hasn't been this high in 26 years, with nearly 1 in 10 people out of work across the country.

More returning home
Most of them can't crawl back to the home of their youth, get a hug from long-suffering parents and be served a free hot meal night after night. But plenty of new graduates can - and they're doing it more often, according to a Foster City company called CollegeGrad.com.

They began asking graduates in 2006 if they had moved back home after school. At that time, 67 percent of more than 2,000 respondents said yes. This year it was 80 percent.

Though it's a small sample size, the numbers support anecdotal evidence that as jobs become more scarce, graduates are returning home in greater numbers, said Adeola Ogunwole, who runs CollegeGrad.com.

"It strips away your self-esteem," said Isola, who moved back home in February. "We had this whole purpose, this idea that our education would benefit us and society - and all off a sudden, you're sitting at home searching for a minimum wage job."

Examples of H1B occupations include accountants, engineers, computer programmers, teachers, marketing analyst, etc.

As part of the Labor Condition Attestation all H1B workers must be paid the wages and benefits equal or greater than U.S. workers in the same type of profession or field so that it will not adversely affect the wages and labor conditions for U.S. Citizen workers. H1B workers are subject to a limitation of six years; upon completing six years' employment in H1B status, they must depart the U.S. for one year before commencing new H1B employment but there is a provision under the U.S.

Immigration Law called the American Competitiveness in the 21st Century Act of 2000 ("AC21" ) which allows H1B workers to extend their employment beyond six years if certain requirements are met. A new memorandum released by the USCIS also clarified that any time spent as an H-4 dependent will not count towards the six-year limitation in H1B status.

This memo also provided that a foreign national who was in the U.S. in valid H1B status for less than the six-year maximum period of admission, but has since been outside the U.S. for more than one year can elect to either: (1) be re-admitted for the "remainder" of the initial six-year admission period without being subject to the H1B cap if previously counted, or (2) seek to be admitted as a "new" H1B alien subject to the H1B cap.

Employers who intend to employ a foreign national on an H1B visa for FY 2010 must begin the process now so that they may timely file the H1B visa petitions on April 1, 2009, the date that filings for initial H1B visas are accepted by the US Immigration Service.

Since the H1B visas has become more and more complex and filings timely is crucial, U.S. employers who intends to employ foreign workers on H1B visas are advised to consult a knowledgeable and experienced U.S. immigration attorney.

The Labor Department says Nevada, Rhode Island and Florida in September posted their highest jobless rates on records dating to 1976.

Unemployment rates rose last month in 23 states and fell in 19 as the economy struggled to create jobs in the early stages of recovery.

When President Barack Obama and his Washington Democrats want to embark on that ever CRAZY economical and jobs killing program like the “Cap and Trade,” and with their restrictive “Global Warming” policies, they BETTER take a hard look to California, because it could be their political death knell for their future careers in American politics.

What happens in a state, when life saving resources such as water, for central valley farms and communities, is being impeded by Democrats in Sacramento and federal judges, with environmentalists just to protect FISH?

California Democrats and the FEDS aren’t learning anything yet about common people.

It seems that their environmentalists’ agendas are getting them in deeper trouble. Just when we thought that it was all over for California Republicans, Democrats are giving them a lifeline once again. California Republicans are seeking political gold, with their water and drought problems mainly in the central valleys areas.

Most American LATINO citizens’ farm workers in these central valleys are now the most affected by the drought. While farm lands are drying up, they are being left as the most unemployed and impoverished. Unemployment is the highest, food banks are busy, and it’s the hardest hit area by the recession.

Stop the Radical environmentalists cries are all over, with their, “save your water and jobs, VOTE Republicans” crusades. “When I saw the registration numbers from that weekend, I almost fell off my chair,” said Johnny Amaral, Chief of Staff for Republican Representative Devin Nunes. “I’ve never seen anything like this!”

The Fresno area unemployment is twice the counties’ 14.4 percent. The answer to the three year old drought is simple, restart the pumps you shut down and just let the water flow to these drying and dying farms.

Sacramento Democrats along with federal judges and their environmentalists have virtually paralyzed all water distribution into central valley farm lands, for the sakes of a small useless fish. Ones that never belonged in the area in the first place, and they NEVER were part of California species of fish before.

Latinos, who were the traditional Democratic voting block, are signing up as Republicans in droves. This is what happens when you have Democratic politicians who are more interested in protecting animal life, over human life, over farming and jobs. “They are using federal judges to kill our JOBS and food consumptions!” “We have federal judges protecting salmon, protecting the smelts, and when will all this end?”

There is no doubt that radical environmentalists are killing our economy everywhere, but in California it’s a bigger deal there, because these environmentalists are thoroughly entrenched in politics, they are now killing its economy and jobs. Californian Democrats know that, but they still want to pursue that same harmful agenda anyway.

California serves as a DIRE warning for the rest of America. This is what these trade and capers, and these pro-global warming believers want to do, with the rest of the country and the world. Just keep an eye on the California 2010 elections; it will foretell what is in store for the 2012 presidential elections, believe me.

A possible fifteen year federal prison stint for a man, who left Obama death threats, but he did it to former president George Bush and Cheney, and was NEVER prosecuted for it.

A Crescent City California man, John Gimbel is sitting in jail, being indicted for leaving a series of e-mails on September 28th, threatening President Obama and his family’s lives.

He is facing 15 years in Federal prison for these threats.

The threats are littered with racial epithets; his e-mails targets included Vice President Joe Biden and numerous congressmen. Over thirty e-mails were sent out.

But here’s the problem, this same lunatic was known to have sent former President George Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney numerous death threats also, he threatened that “he would decapitate them with axes,” but the Secret Service did nothing about it.

He was visited by the Secret Service back around 2007 for his President Bush/Cheney tirades, and there were no arrests then.

But now that President Obama is getting the brunt of these hateful e-mails, they are throwing the book at him.

The guy was a former service man, and was diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia.

What I really think is that the U.S. Secret Service is working on double racial standards here.

Why didn’t they make an effort to prosecute this same man after his George Bush death threats?

Making any death threats against the president of the United States is extremely illegal.

That policy should have been enforced when President Bush was president. Does that mean that the Secret Service COVERED up a lot of Bush threats, and now are they going after the Obama threats without abandon?

What are they saying to us, that Obama is MORE valuable than George Bush? Are all whites RACISTS? Are we going back to that Obama racial divide again?

President Bush could have been in danger too, these NUT-CASES are not all racists, for whatever reason, they hate Washington politics.

To me, it’s nothing more than a RACE based double-standards that we KEEP on getting from this government, and were seeing it in living color.

Crescent City man indicted for Obama threat
SAN FRANCISCO — While crowds cheered for President Barack Obama as he raced to a Democratic fundraiser at the Westin St. Francis hotel in San Francisco on Thursday evening, a Crescent City man sat behind bars for e-mailing threats to kill the president and his family.
John Gimbel, 59, was indicted Tuesday by a federal grand jury in The City after making dozens of threats against Obama and other public officials in e-mails that spanned more than two years, according to court papers.

Gimbel sent his latest e-mail on Sept. 28 to Obama, Vice President Joe Biden, a newspaper and about 70 other individuals. The threats are littered with racial epithets and claims to kill not only Obama, but his wife and children in front of him.

In an affidavit for a warrant to search Gimbel’s home, U.S. Secret Service Agent Russell Miller chronicles about 30 threatening e-mails sent to journalists and congressmen targeting Obama, President George W. Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney.

The Secret Service visited Gimbel’s home on Sept. 7 and told him that he could be arrested for threatening the president’s life. Gimbel responded by saying the Constitution guaranteed him the right of free speech, according to the affidavit.

“He said he didn’t intend to harm the president, but only wanted to draw attention,” Miller wrote. “When advised that his language was threatening and that his communications were causing fear in the recipients, Gimbel said, ‘Sticks and stones.’”

Federal authorities visited Gimbel in 2007 as well, after he threatened to “kill Bush and his family. Decapitate them with axes.” During the visit, Secret Service agents interviewed one of his sisters, who said Gimbel was diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia and was troubled after being discharged from the military. Documents also note that Gimbel owns several guns.

Gimbel is accused of three counts: threatening the president; threatening the president’s immediate family; and transmitting the threats through a medium of interstate communication. Each charge carries a maximum penalty of five years.

U.S. Attorney’s Office spokesman Jack Gillund said he could not give any details about the case.
Obama’s visit was brief, allotting for only enough time for a dinner and reception to raise money for Organizing for America, the president’s political arm of the Democratic National Committee.
Air Force One touched down at San Francisco International Airport at 4:53 p.m. Thursday. The president did not make any public appearances during his stay, and was scheduled to leave The City this morning.

John Gimbel has a record of threatening to kill government officials:
April 2004: Gimbel is accused of making threats in an e-mail complaining about a $5 parking ticket, saying he would deputize “all of the citizens of Crescent City. ... Grab those high-powered deer rifles, each and every, and get in groups of 50 and more and go breeze away to dust the skull of the police chief."

May 1, 2007: Gimbel sends an e-mail to NBC Universal to “kill Bush and his family.”
May 7 and 13, 2007: Gimbel sends e-mails to 80 U.S. representatives and senators asking them to kill President George W. Bush.

May 14, 2007: The Secret Service visits Gimbel at his Crescent City home. He tells them he is “harmless.” He said, “I just make ugly comments.”

June 2007-June 2009: Gimbel sends more than 20 threatening e-mails.
Sept. 7: Secret Service once again visits Gimbel.

Oct. 13: Gimbel is indicted for threatening President Barack Obama.

The old famous adage after World War II, it takes a WAR to revive an economy, is totally FALSE and misleading. It didn’t happen after Korea, nor did after Vietnam and any other wars after that.

It took the United States seven to eight years after the Vietnam War, and President Ronald Reagan to turn America into an economical powerhouse.

Anybody who’s been following my blogs, pretty much know that I have a serious dislike for the mainstream press, mainly newspapers. I should know, I’ve been involved with daily newspapers for over thirty-years, and I’ve seen their dirty cover-ups.

They have not been forthright in keeping us informed throughout our history. As I had posted before, newspaper Medias are to blame for the current state of affairs that we’re in now.

From car dealerships to furniture stores, all major high paying ADVERTISERS to newspapers usually get the carte blanche treatments, even if it means that they are committing public FRAUD.

While the Better Business Bureaus are stacking up with customer complaints, these newspapers are taking their BIG ad dollars, to keep silent.

Numerous of times newspaper readers have complained to advertising about dealerships repair scams, but they went ignored, because these auto dealers would fill up 2 full pages and more of ads, worth thousands of dollars for their newspapers.

Complaints of false advertising and fraudulent loans from unscrupulous furniture stores went largely ignored also.

Having said all of this, then the same formula would apply to the major TV Networks, and major dailies like the New York Times, Washington Post and the LA Times. When it comes to going against their Wall Street and American corporatism structures, which could cause them to lose millions of dollars in advertising, they STAY QUIET no matter how WRONG things are.

The FACT is; the American war machine is the second most powerful industry in America next to BANKS, we’re talking about their occupying every aspect of Wall Street industries, they are all in one way or another tied in to massive armament productions, as well as for civilian uses, AND many are major multi-million dollar fundraisers for American POLITICIANS, and advertisers FOR these newspapers and TV Networks.

So when a war breaks out, 100 percent of the time, (they), the Medias do not speak negatively against these wars nor do they tell the truths.

There is a sad track record that prove this, the 1989 George Herbert Walkers Bush's Panamanian Invasion, the forced removal of Manuel Noriega. Americans were KEPT in the dark during the beginning of this war.

This was an absolute illegal war; all it accomplished was the deaths of over 3,000 innocent Panamanians’ civilians, Latin American scorn, and the loss of lives for twenty of our own. President George Herbert Walker Bush used this war to follow on this line of thinking, that a war stimulates an economy.

Had the press told the truths about Manuel Noriegas’ as being a CIA paid informant and his involvement with the Reagan’s arms to Nicaragua debacle, this invasion would have never happened.

Regardless of what the reasons were, all T.V. Networks, including the New York Times, the Washington Post and the LA Times endorsed this war. Former U.S. Attorney General Wesley Clark condemned the war, and SAID, “If there were a new form of media in America, this may never happen again.”

Well, the Internet age has arrived folks. Within the next decade the Internet will be a real necessity to all Americans, like what the telephone, light, and water is. There is now a second voice of opinions where Americans can go to, rather than being scammed and hoodwinked by the mainstream media. What happened in Panama, SHALL NEVER AGAIN re-occur in the United States.

Here is a very interesting stat that I have compiled. I was curious to know, which political party was the MOST war mongering amongst us? I selected a few major wars that were pretty questionable as to how and why we got involved in the first place. 11 wars were started by Republican presidents, and 6 by Democratic presidents, an almost a two to one ratio by Republicans.

When Theodore Roosevelt was asked, why was he in Panama? His arrogant reply was "For the present, I am out here because I can.” The U.S. president has TOO much war powers that need to be put in check.

According to the U.S. Constitution, The War Powers Resolution of 1973 (50 U.S.C. 1541–1548) was a United States Congress joint resolution providing that the President can send U.S. armed forces into action abroad only by authorization of Congress or if the United States is already under attack or serious threat.

The War Powers Resolution requires that the president notify Congress within 48 hours of committing armed forces to military action and forbids armed forces from remaining for more than 60 days, with a further 30 day withdrawal period, without an authorization of the use of military force or a declaration of war. The resolution was passed by two-thirds of Congress, overriding a presidential veto.

There’s NO DOUBT that former President George Herbert Walker Bush took advantage of these war power clauses over Panama.

FACTS: ALL of these unnecessary wars WERE undeclared wars by the U.S. Congress, where American presidents took it on their OWN to engage this country into these wars.

If people are WONDERING as to why Central Americans and Caribbean nations hate our guts? So we’ve got Presidents Theodore Roosevelt, William Howard Taft and Woodrow Wilson, Lyndon Baines Johnson, Ronald Reagan and George H. Walker Bush to thank.

It PROVES that American corporate structures and their SPECIAL INTERESTS run American politics and its war machines, especially with the Republican Party.

Note: I did not include the war with Afghanistan; it was a well deserved war for what they did to us on Sept. 11th 2001. The Iraqi war was approved by our U.S. congress, it was a declared war.

All of these were UNDECLARED WARS by our U.S. Congress, initiated by American presidents for Special Interests purposes.

Here we go again, the Department of Homeland Insecurity stripped America’s TOUGHEST sheriff in the authority to crack down on rampant illegal aliens that keep on crossing his county in Arizona.

But screw the Feds.

According to the U.S. Constitution, the county sheriff is the highest law and order officer of the land, elected by the people.

NO ONE, not even the loony left-winged, pro-immigration LOVERS in Washington can LEGALLY keep this sheriff or any other sheriffs from enforcing American LAWS.

Whether they are local, state and federal laws, they are BY LAW to enforce ALL laws, regardless of what these obstructionists do or say. Illegal immigration is illegal by any standards of laws, and Joe Arpaio is OBLIGATED to enforce these laws without any obstruction from the Feds and from any judges, federal, or state, none of them can KEEP him from doing his job.

Joe Arpaio, in their faces is telling the Feds, Hell No and SCREW YOU! And he’s pursuing the fight unfazed.

Now these open borders criminals and their pro-illegal aliens groups are coming down hard on others. Some are using 501 c, non-profits to do their dirty deeds. They want Lou Dobbs FIRED! CNN Lou Dobbs is feeling the weight of these criminal groups, who support open borders and amnesty for illegal aliens.

But the war is on folks, it’s time to fight back and let’s give it to them…..

Some of these groups are using 501 c’s and may be violating laws themselves.

According to IRS 501 non-profits regulations, we are required and HAVE the RIGHT to know who their financial SPONSORS are. But some are intentionally hiding their financial sponsors, because of a "backlash" and that’s a NO-NO.

Democracia Ahora is being run as a 501(c) (4) and it’s ILLEGAL to hide sponsors and source of fundraisings. Their sources of funds are hidden. Democracia Ahora.org is not reporting any of that.

The Internal Revenue Service gives serious consideration to complaints made alleging the abuse of the tax exempt status granted to certain organizations.

When reviewing filed complaints, the IRS carefully follows special procedures designed to assure the public of the IRS’s objectivity in the treatment of tax-exempt organizations. These procedures ensure that the IRS operates in an unbiased and appropriate manner and that its compliance programs are not improperly influenced by outside intervention.

The responsibility for administering these procedures belongs to the Exempt Organizations (EO) function, which is part of the IRS’s Tax Exempt and Government Entities Operating Division.

A complaint (also called a referral) is any communication alleging that a tax-exempt organization is in potential noncompliance with the tax law. EO receives complaints from the general public, members of Congress, federal and state government agencies, as well as from other parts of the IRS.

Latino Group Takes Aim at Lou Dobbs

Latino's upset with CNN host Lou Dobbs who has become a leading voice in fighting illegal immigration is the target of a Hispanic group who wants CNN to rein him in.

One of the country’s leading Hispanic organizations is launching a campaign designed to pressure CNN to rein in host Lou Dobbs.

The organization behind the campaign, Democracia Ahora, is kicking off the effort Friday with the release of a report based on interviews with 100 Hispanic leaders about the impact of Dobbs’ evening show.

The results of the report are not surprising – 90 percent of the interviewees believe Dobbs is helping create a negative image of Hispanics, with his frequent criticisms of illegal immigration.

But Democracia Ahora is hoping the report inspires a grassroots movement aimed at executives at CNN’s parent company, Time Warner, to draw attention to what the group calls “frequent negative portrayals of Hispanics on the Lou Dobbs show.” It is using its release to start a national campaign, “Enough is Enough!” that will be carried out through a Web site, http://www.tellcnnenoughisenough.com/, that goes live Friday.

“We’re asking CNN, the alleged ‘most trusted name in news,’ to really hold Lou Dobbs to the journalistic standards he should be held to,” said Jorge Mursuli, president of Democracia Ahora, who expressed frustration with Dobbs’ reports that immigration contributed to thousands of new reported cases of leprosy and of a ‘superhighway’ from Mexico to Canada.

“CNN needs to take responsibility for what he’s saying,” he said, adding, “We want CNN to insure that Lou Dobbs is going to stick with the facts. He can have his opinions but he can’t present his opinions as facts.”

Mursuili said Democracia Ahora will be coordinating petitions and encouraging other Hispanic groups to make phone calls and write letters to CNN asking the news station to “to cease the daily drum roll of misinformation and offensive commentary about the Latino community on the Lou Dobbs Tonight show.”

Democracia Ahora has not disclosed the names of all 100 of the individuals whose responses make up the results of the study. It describes them as “political figures, business leaders, heads of civic and community organizations, and journalists and academics.”

Among those surveyed were Sen. Bob Menendez, a New Jersey Democrat, and Dan Restrepo, a member of President Obama’s National Security Council, who Democracia Ahora says was interviewed while he was a director for the Americas Project at Center for American Progress. Others taking the survey included Rep. Raul Grijalva (D-Ariz.) and Rep. Lucille Roybal-Allard (D-Calif.).

The survey included questions such as, “Many Hispanics are offended by the news content of Lou Dobbs’ show and regard him as a demagogue who is helping to create a negative image of Hispanics. Do you agree or disagree with this assessment?” according to a copy of the report obtained by POLITICO.

CNN did not immediately respond to a request for comment. A spokesman for the National Security Council and representatives for Menendez, Grijalva and Roybal-Allard did not respond to requests for comment.

The survey was conducted by the Miami-based polling firm Bendixen and Associates. Communications for “Enough is Enough!” are being handled by another Miami-based firm, Balsera Communications, which is run by Freddy Balsera, who coordinated Hispanic media for the Obama campaign and is co-chair of the Democratic National Committee’s National Hispanic Leadership Council.

The real reason Democracia Ahora wants CNN to curb Dobbs' comments on immigration is because he has been so effective at exposing the true motives of those that support illegal immigration and what will happen to this country if Obama's reform plan passes through Congress.

As long as Dobbs draws ratings and advertiers it is unlikely that this effort to stifle free speech by the left will succeed.

Feds strip Arpaio of immigration authority

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security has stripped Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio of his authority to arrest suspected illegal immigrants based solely on their immigration status.

But Arpaio said Tuesday he plans to continue his controversial “crime suppression operations,” despite DHS’s decision to not renew an agreement that would allow the sheriff to continue immigration enforcement on the streets.

“It’s all politics,” said Arpaio, who spent much of an afternoon news conference Tuesday wagging his finger, waving his arms and snarling at reporters.

Arpaio will have some immigration powers under an agreement signed Friday. His 60 detention officers in the county jails will still have the authority to check the immigration status of people they book.

But the agreement that would allow street patrols was signed Sept. 21 and then rescinded, and a top-level DHS official from the U.S. Bureau of Immigration and Customs personally told him the federal agency wasn’t going to accept the agreement, but he “didn’t really give a good reason,” Arpaio said.

“We’re being looked at by the Justice Department and all that.”

Arpaio said he believes DHS made the changes to stop his “crime suppression operations,” which are saturation patrols in designated areas where deputies would find illegal immigrants by stopping them for traffic infractions and minor violations.
The Department of Justice and other federal agencies are investigating the sheriff’s office on accusations of racial profiling during the crime suppression operations.

In a Pulitzer Prize-winning series published in July 2008, the Tribune found the sheriff’s office’s illegal-immigration sweeps violated federal regulations intended to prevent racial profiling. The five-part series also found that the sweeps diverted resources from core law-enforcement functions, which in some cases caused response times to increase.

Vinnie Picard, a spokesman for the Phoenix office of ICE, said his agency won’t comment on pending agreements until after Oct. 14, the deadline for signing them.
The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors is scheduled to vote on accepting the jail portion of the agreement Wednesday.

“If they (the board) don’t sign it, there will be no more 287(g) in the jail,” Arpaio said.
Under 287(g) agreements, ICE trains local police and detention officers on immigration law and give them access to immigration databases.

Arpaio said he will be able to still conduct the crime sweeps under state human smuggling laws and an obscure federal law that allows local police to arrest illegal immigrants.
“Now I’m not under their control,” Arpaio said. “Nothing changes; that’s the irony of all of this.”

He will conduct one in two weeks “with a new twist.” Arpaio did not go into further detail about what that means.

Arpaio first signed a 287(g) agreement in 2007 and since then dozens of agencies throughout the nation have entered into similar agreements.

Arpaio said ICE conducted an audit of his office’s use of the program, but DHS refused to release it.

Arpaio said his office managed to get a copy recently through the “back door.”
A summary of the audit said the working relationship between the sheriff’s office and ICE was good, and there were no deficiencies found after a review of case files.

“It came out perfect,” said Arpaio, citing that as the reason DHS refused to release the audit.
DHS, headed by former Arizona Gov. Janet Napolitano, announced July 10 the agency was standardizing the agreements and giving police that were operating under previous agreements the option to either sign new ones or lose their authority.

The new agreements specify the priorities of DHS, one of which is to go after “criminal aliens” — illegal immigrants who have committed a state crime.

The local agencies would also have to “pursue all criminal charges that originally caused the offender to be taken into custody.”

DHS said that provision was included because there were concerns that police were using minor infractions to get illegal immigrants deported.

San Francisco Liberal Supervisor John Avalos NOW hates my guts, he really does. He’s an all-right guy, but he dislikes me, just as I dislike his politics.

A few months’ ago, a good Filipino friend of mine introduced me to supervisor John Avalos at a coffee shop. I talked to him a little bit about politics, and I told him that I used to be a one time political insider in San Francisco, that I had once allied myself with the progressive left, to go after my former politically corrupt, and boss, the Fang family.

I told him to talk to Supervisor Chris Daly, and to former supervisor and board president Aaron Peskin, “they know me, they may think I’m nuts, but they know me well.”

The San Francisco Chinese Fang families’ were owners of numerous weekly newspaper enterprises, which they used their publications for corruptive means, and mainly for the campaigns of former San Francisco Mayor Willie L. Brown and his gangs of thugs.

I sort of became the whistleblower, the “Snitch;” I wanted nothing more than to put these corruptive people OUT of business, forever.

So I struck up an unusual alliance with the majority progressive board members at time. They were the enemies of the Sacramento Democratic Political Machine controlled by Mayor Willie Brown and John Burton.

Before I started blogging, I was pretty well known around San Francisco political message boards and discussion boards. I had to tread the waters in my political views carefully, because if it strayed just a bit from their progressive views, I would get my postings deleted, or banned by moderators. In essence, I couldn’t be the conservative that I wanted to be, and I had to keep my political views basically to myself.

But this alliance worked well, for as long as I played by the RULES, and I was allowed to speak about San Francisco corruptive politics openly, on what I knew, it helped bring about these political players’ demise. I was instrumental in exposing years of San Francisco political money launderings into San Francisco political campaigns and into local propositions. I had exposed links to the former, and now infamous, San Francisco Mayor Willie Brown’s “Pay to Play Schemes” FOR his political buddies and DONORS.

I had followers and lots of followers on these boards. Most of the time, when I posted my threads, they generated heavy viewership and traffic; sure, I was a one time prolific writer and snitch and people thrived on what I wrote. They all knew it was all true, and I had tons of facts to back up my stuff. They rarely disputed what I had to say, except by getting dirty and insulting.

A Five and a Half Years Internet War:

It took me five and a half years of writings on the Net and San Francisco discussion boards to finally bring these Sob’s DOWN.

After the demise of these San Francisco corruptive characters, I got fed-up with the administrators’ censorings of my contents, and curbing my moderate right point of views. I finally got sick and tired about it, with the banning and all; I had finally discovered the art of blogging.

So my followers, and regardless whether they were liberals or leftists, they all began to read my new blog. My blog started out to be a San Francisco blog, but after a while, I discovered that I was out of the political LOOP. So I went into the national scenes.

Unfortunately for me, one of my former friends and allies with this war also happened to be Bruce Brugmann Publisher of the San Francisco Bay Guardian.

The ordeal was all about Bruce Brugmann’s insistence in supporting the San Francisco DA Kamala Harris’ EXPUNGING criminal illegal alien youth’s records from ICE and the federal government. His support for new San Francisco policies to shield criminal illegal aliens and illegal Asian massage parlors prostitutes, those working in massage parlors illegally, they want them kept from ICE and the feds.

Regardless of my views, my blogs kept the San Francisco readers entertained. Even though they were mostly through feeds, and coincidently, I happen to run across a SEO tool, just by chance.

I’d been wondering for months as to why my Alexa.com ratings were dropping? And even though Google shows me a steady growth of traffic into my blogs, it also shows a whopping increase for the past two months that I never had before, but Alexa.com is still showing me nose diving. Why?? Was it because of President Barack Obama? Poor Obama! I was blaming him all this time and I was totally WRONG.

Interestingly it began back around July 6th 2009, and I wondered for CRYING OUT LOUD, what the hell DID I WRITE about to cause such massive defections of feed readers from my blog?

Why are we losing so many jobs these days? Why can’t Democrats improve our economic situation? What’s going on with our jobs situation? Those are questions that are being asked by folks all over these days.

First the Michael Moore saga: "Michael Moore is using his public muscle to muscle on the Democrats to do his dirty bidding for Obama’s public healthcare."

One of my Internet buddies brought up this Michael Moore story on his blog. I found it quite fitting and intriguing to talk about it first. Actually it will play up to my piece that I’m fixing to write about, JOBS and the Democrat’s future in the U.S. congress.

“Moore said “Find your spine, read the polls, see us coming, we will come after you!”

Moore thinks that Democrats can do whatever they want, and he claims that if they do not get the single payer system passed, he will hit the primaries, and get them out of office.”

Should Democrats really be scared of Michael Moore? It really depends as to what type of Democrats they are. If they are these typical liberal Democrats, in liberal areas like San Francisco where the Nancy Pelosi’s, Feinstein’s and the Barbara Boxers’ are, absolutely they should. But these liberals aren’t the problem for Moore.

The Blue Dog Democrats are. And there is nothing that Michael Moore can do to the conservative leaning blue dogs. Most Blue Dogs are in conservative Republican leaning districts, and one endorsement from this “tub of lard,” would be OVER but the crime, for ANY Democrat who took his endorsement.

So to believe that in one way or other that this leftist buffoon may have some sway over Blue Dogs in an election is only a pipe dream.

Naturally, the left leaning Democrats are going to vote for the Obamacare, and regardless, because they will still be elected by their liberal leaning districts. But there’s a bigger problem than healthcare for moderates and conservative Democrats, the jobs situation in this country is virtually unsolvable.

Our economy is in shambles and there is no relief in sight. Vice President Joe Biden recently popped off again, blaming the former Bush administration and the Republicans in power 1994-2006, over the senate and house, as culpable to the current disasters in economic and jobs situations in America.

I will agree with him only to a point.

After blogging around for over two years, I’ve had the big opportunity to study and research my topics that I write about, and the economic disasters comparing them with the U.S. congress’, senate and the U.S. presidencies recent contrarian bills, and archaic laws pushed since 1995 is a subject that I know a whole lot about.

Actually it’s a topic that I’ve had a whole lot of credibility in writing about. Even though I am a conservative Independent, I had gotten a tremendous review from the very liberal Daily Kos, they called my blog, "This is a great progressive blog about free trade and outsourcing"

During the two and a half years studying, researching and writing, I came up with the THREE key points about our economic turmoil’s and heavy job losses, which will completely destroy the Democratic Party’s chances to stay in power beyond 2010.

Going back to Joe Biden, putting the blame on former President Bush and the Republicans, yes it holds some truths.

They, (the Republicans,) 2001 to 2006 exploited the WTO’s with China, and NAFTA with Mexico to the fullest, where we began to have massive closures of American factories and industries, accompanied along with millions of unemployed workers, just because American companies were taking their businesses to both China and Mexico for CHEAPER labor. It’s estimated over 3 million to five million jobs were lost to China.

A Chinese Man Made Disaster:
Actually, China has become kind of like; we Americans will boost your industrial inputs and profitability, over the expense of unemployed Americans, then in turn we will borrow BILLIONS from you to help finance our wars. Then basically our politicians hocked this country to China, regardless if China is considered the WORST VIOLATOR on free trades agreements.

President Obama briefly took on China and imposed tariffs on tires. As soon as he did it, it saved our tire making industries and its workers were blessed with extended job futures. President Obama needs to take on China even more; there are many other industries out there which China has completely ruined by flooding our markets with their cheaper and inferior products. And this president is MISSING the boat on this one.

This is ONE BIG factor that Republicans are to blame for our current economic demise and job losses abroad, mainly to China. And that’s why they are very unpopular with the people these days.

BUT! They are to be blamed only up to 2006 when the Democrats took back full control of the senate and the house. It’s been THREE years since then, and nothing has improved economically and employment wise, actually things has worsened for everyone. What are going to destroy the Democrats are the other 3 FACTORS, which are destroying the American economic recovery and jobs.

First, the illegal alien situation, it’s now becoming an epidemic. They ARE now occupying approximately 7 to 8 million jobs that Americans can do. Imagine folks, 15 million Americans out of work, and 7 million of these jobs are being occupied by illegal aliens, if they were to be suddenly freed up; it would leave about 8 million unemployed Americans. As we get further unemployed, people are going to look at these facts.

Want more Proof about ICE raids benefitting American workers? When the meatpacking companies were raided by ICE a few years back in the Midwest, unemployed AFRICAN AMERICANS were the recipients of these JOBS! The minority group that is the most underemployed, they BENEFITED the most by the removal of illegal aliens.

Secondly, there is another Democrat problem that will ensure that there will be no more new jobs being created, because of their associations with environmentalists, the global warming, and carbon footprints loonies. All of these are JOBS killer. Take a look at what they have done to California. These environmentalists’ extremists have killed the California economy, SEE With Pro-Environmentalists, Anti-Business & Job Loses & Left-Wing Agendas/Policies; Dooming Obama/Democrats with VOTERS & GOP Fundraisings 2 to 1: “ A recent California economical congressional report showed that California’s pro-environmentalists, with their politicos in Sacramento, with their anti-business and far left leaning policies and regulations, their inept policies have cost the state of California dearly. 500 billion dollars’ in lost tax revenues, with massive exoduses of businesses and 4 million lost jobs.” This is a HARD FACT that Democrats will have to contend with.

Thirdly, it’s their love affairs with the labor unions and especially those who represent local, state and federal employees. Democrats are so beholden to these groups, which they cannot deviate from their support, even during economic tough times, while regular folks out in Main Street are losing their jobs, these people let their politicians keep their OWN JOBS SAFE and SECURE in addition to all of the “sweetheart” health benefits and lucrative retirement deals at the expense of big tax increases.

Odds are 3 to 1 against the Democrats finding their way to fix and repair the current economic downslide and they don’t have the ability to create new jobs, especially when their philosophy and mindset is totally against job creations.

Had President Obama pursued the Olympics for any other American city other than the most politically corrupt American city in the United States, it could have been a different story there with the IOC.

At first I thought that President Obama had ADS, Attention Deficit Disorder Symptoms, or he was just too immature to be president of the United States, because of his penchant in going from one policy to the next, and without waiting to make sure whether it works or not, and gets passed by congress. But I realize now after the Chicago Olympics fiasco that President Obama is a real genius. Why?

His current and very unpopular policies are being stonewalled in congress, so the Chicago Olympics’ bid was a way to fit this through the cracks, when conservatives were busy fighting Obama on healthcare and cap and trades bills. They didn’t have the time to look into the meaty part of the Chicago Olympics.

To be honest with you all, I didn’t either and neither do most conservative bloggers. But fortunately for us, our European friends on the International Olympics Committee did, and they gave President Obama a sound rebuke, with an outstanding NO to Chicago Olympics for 2016.

Even Obama apologists and CNN’s idiotic liberal TV anchor Tony Harris couldn’t believe it, "Chicago Is out?", "Chicago is out?", "Chicago is out?" "Madrid is still in? Tokyo is still in? Wait a minute. Chicago is out?" Before we go on into the finger pointing as to why Obama lost the 2016 Olympics bid for Chicago, let’s dig into the matter a little deeper.

While some were looking around saying, well “we’ve got our chosen son in Obama, who’s biding for the 2016 Olympics, it was a sure win, because the whole world LOVES Barack Obama. But that’s what liberals believed right?

Not quite, the only people who really do love Obama are your usual run-in-the-mill leftists, like Moammar Khadafi, Fidel Castro, Hugo Chavez, Evo Morales, Kim Jung Ill and a few other world leftists’ dictators roaming around. But these people don’t run the Olympics Committees.

While Republicans are accusing Obama for neglecting jobs, after the recent news release of more job loses occurring in this country, Obama was off trying to bring the Olympics to Chicago.

But the real juice to this story went largely ignored, it was more about who were going to benefit by having the Obama 2016 Chicago Olympics?

President Obama was going to use the highest office in the land to benefit his benefactors, the political machines that made him in Chicago. That was the whole purpose in his quest for these Chicago Olympics, and his well known CNN, and mouthpiece Tony Harris showed his grief when the IOC did not award Chicago the Olympics.

President Obama was grieving too. But his grief was more about those who were losing big behind his efforts to bring the Olympics in Chicago.

Such as, Chicago’s insurance big wig, Patrick Ryan, chairman of Chicago’s bid and founder of insurance brokerage Aon Corp. one of Obama’s biggest political donors, would probably have made a $billion in underwriting insurance coverage’s for the Olympics.

Another person with strong ties to Chicago and Obama’s biggest supporter for president, who also went to make a bid for Chicago Olympics, was Oprah Winfrey, who told the group that winning the games would be a “crowning glory” for Chicago and that the city was “just hours away from a decision that could prove to be a landmark in Chicago history.” Oprah Winfrey would have benefitted by having exclusive TV access within the Olympics Village to interview all of the world class athletes, she stood to make millions of dollars for her TV show.

Stimulus outrage! Do you want more proof that the Obama stimulus plan isn’t working for Americans?

Try this one for a change. We’re giving billions of taxpayer moneys to some private schools, which supposedly is to make a student’s education more affordable. But then those students get these costly government financed student loans, when they end up getting scammed by some of those schools, then these students owe their loans right back to the federal government. What a government scam this stimulus really is!

Despite having been accused of deceptive business practices by the attorney general, former students, and ex-employees in various states, Corinthian Colleges are getting millions in federal stimulus dollars.

A one year nursing school costs students $40,000 in tuitions, but one of these schools is receiving MILLIONS of dollars from the FED in taxpayer funded stimulus moneys.

Is President Obama’s and the Democrat’s $787 billion package being well spent? The money that threw our deficit out of whack, the one that President Obama promised Americans that they would get affordable education.

It looks like there’s PROOF that the taxpayer moneys is being thrown away without any supervising or controlling measures.

Billions of dollars are going to questionable private schools, the ones that are under fraud investigations in numerous states, and they are leaving their students indebted for tens of thousands of dollars, while using Federal moneys to finance their outrageous costly advertising schemes.

There were $16 billion in aid went to these schools in the 2007-2008 academic years, according to the Chronicle of Higher Education

But instead of these schools actually helping prepare people for future success, it is setting up many of them for a lifetime of student debt.

The IDEA of the Obama and Democrat’s stimulus was to make education much affordable for the regular Joes’ in the streets, right? It’s showing up now as a TOTAL FAILURE, in private schools, the stimulus isn’t reaching the folks’, those who really need the help the most. It’s a scam game that our government is allowing it to go on.

“According to data from the Federal Assistance Award Data System compiled on USASpending.gov, $23 million from that stimulus boost has gone to Corinthian schools in California from some $49 million given to the chain nationwide. This is in keeping with a bonanza received by the whole for-profit school industry.

The biggest player, the University of Phoenix, has received $400 million in stimulus-linked money so far this year. In San Francisco, Academy of Art College — famous for using an art school to fund a real-estate investment operation — has received $684,264. And the California Culinary Academy, the subject of a 2007 SF Weekly exposé alleging the school misled students into assuming massive debt, has gotten $65,357.”

This has got to be another outrage; this is just another example of a federal government RUN-AMUCK. These Washington politicians couldn’t manage a shoe lace, and we are letting them restructure our entire healthcare system, trade and caps and so forth? My Goodness! This is what we’ve got running this country. What a train wreck.

Stimulus Wreckage
She signed up for nursing classes at a vocational school where she could finish everything in only one year. The school was run by the private, for-profit educational chain Corinthian Colleges, Inc., which operates 106 vocational schools with 86,000 students in the U.S. and Canada.

Rather than improving her life, Leveque says she entered a personal hell of incompetent teachers and insurmountable debt. She's now earning $300 per week as a home care provider, and has no idea how she'll pay off the $40,000 in student loans she took out to cover tuition and other expenses at a one-year licensed vocational nurse program at Corinthian's school in Alhambra.

Sabyne Francis, one of Leveque's classmates, said she's resigned herself to struggling to pay off her loans. They have consulted with an attorney about filing a class action lawsuit claiming Corinthian misled them into taking on debt to pay for substandard education. "As a student, you've already signed your name on the dotted line," Francis said. "You really have no choice but to just deal with it."

For years, Corinthian has been accused of employing aggressive recruiting techniques promising more than its schools can deliver, and then leaving students impossibly deep in debt.

In 2007, Attorney General Jerry Brown filed an unfair business practices lawsuit against Corinthian, alleging that the Orange County–based company placed "intense pressure" on recruiters to meet quotas for incoming students, and that it inflated the number of its graduates who were able to find work in their fields. (The company later paid a $6.5 million settlement without admitting wrongdoing.)

Meanwhile, two employees of Everest College, Corinthian's San Francisco campus, have claimed in a pending whistleblower lawsuit that the company broke federal financial aid rules by giving incentive pay to recruiters based on how many recruits they brought in. Corinthian says the suit has no merit and has asked that it be dismissed.

In August, 13 Corinthian students in Texas filed a lawsuit alleging their teachers "were either unqualified to teach in their ... fields, or simply uninterested in teaching." These were just the latest in a nationwide flood: According to Courthouse News Service, more than 80 such lawsuits have been filed against Corinthian since 2005.

Given all these complaints, I was surprised to discover that Corinthian Colleges, Inc. is a prime beneficiary of the Obama administration's stimulus package.

The $787 billion package — supposedly a paragon of accountability and transparency — included $17 billion to increase by $500 the amount of money each student may receive to pay for college classes under the Pell Grant program, which provides money to low-income undergraduates. Nearly 70 percent of Corinthian students receive such grants, the company reports.

But the Pell Grant boost has made San Francisco's Everest College — a fifth-floor suite of converted offices where students take classes to become pharmacy technicians, massage therapists, and medical and dental assistants — a local stimulus champion. In fact, Everest has so far received more stimulus-linked Pell Grant money than any other educational institution in San Francisco: more than $1 million. That's more than the University of California San Francisco medical school, San Francisco State University, or City College of San Francisco.

The industry received substantial help dismantling consumer-protection rules during the Bush administration, when for-profit schools gained favor as entrepreneurial-minded alternatives to traditional public schools.

In 2002, Sally Stroup, the top lobbyist for the University of Phoenix, was made the Department of Education's assistant secretary for post-secondary education. During her tenure, which ended in 2006, the Department of Education softened rules that prevented these schools from obtaining more than 90 percent of their income from federal aid. Under Stroup, the feds also reduced the level of scrutiny they were required to receive from accreditation agencies.

With the Democratic takeover of Congress in 2006, for-profit school executives shifted their lobbying tack. Rather than being entrepreneurial heroes, they became champions of poor students. That year, Apollo Group, which owns the University of Phoenix, appointed former state Senate President John Burton, who is now chairman of the California Democratic Party, to its board of directors.

In 2008, Corinthian spent $1.3 million on lobbying, according to the Chronicle of Higher Education, while its political action committee donated more than $60,000 to candidates.
Today, for-profit schools no longer fear a new Democratic cop on the beat.

"In general, we continue to view the political and regulatory environment as favorable for our company," said Corinthian executive chairman Jack Massimino during the Aug. 25 conference call. "There's every indication that we're at the table as full participants in the legislative and regulatory process, and that we have ample opportunity to make our views known."

He added, "There is nothing to suggest that the department's regulatory agenda is designed to put any particular type of school or sector at a disadvantage."
It's not as though government isn't aware of for-profit schools' problems. In August, the Government Accountability Office issued a report saying the Department of Education's regulation was so lax as to "place students and federal funds at risk of potential fraud and abuse."

"We need people who know how to fix things," Nassirian said. "And that was the initial policy justification for subsidizing these kinds of schools — to provide training in the trades. But, like everything else, that got pushed aside by multibillion-dollar corporations.
"During the 2000s, a Republican Congress paired up with the Bush White House, created an environment in which whatever meek enforcement had been taking place was terminated, and the system went into autopilot. Enrollment shot up," Nassirian said, jokingly adding, "Dog grooming schools began offering Ph.D. programs."

Regulation of for-profit schools wasn't always lax. In 1952, as Congress extended the GI Bill following the Korean War, legislators were concerned that veterans seeking education might be suckered by unscrupulous operators offering courses of little value merely to capture government benefits. For-profit trade schools already had a reputation as a huckster's paradise.
So the 85/15 rule was established, limiting federal aid only to schools where 15 percent of students paid their own way. Supporters said the rule would combat abuse and weed out those schools whose offerings were so uncompetitive that they could survive only with federal subsidies.

"It was predicated on the notion that programs that couldn't find other paying customers were inherently suspect," Nassirian said, that "if something has market viability, surely somebody will pay for it. The industry figured out that it couldn't, with a straight face, say they were 100 percent dependent on federal dollars. So they semantically redefined federal dollars as private."

Over time, the 85/15 rule was changed to the 90/10 rule, which came to mean merely that only 90 percent of total dollars could come from federal aid. Further, the industry lobbied to have some types of government aid reclassified as "private" money, thus allowing schools to operate almost entirely on government aid.

In mid-September, in the latest such insult to precise use of English, a bill sponsored by Rep. George Miller (D-Martinez) further weakened the requirement that private money actually come from students' own pockets, making the rule all but meaningless.

"We are also concerned about the bill's evisceration of the 90/10 rule," George Boggs, president of the American Association of Community Colleges, wrote recently to Miller. "This is another in a continuing weakening of provisions designed to limit fraud and abuse in the student aid programs."

In the case of Corinthian, however, even reported income consisting of 89 percent federal aid has not been enough to retain students. The company itself has taken on debt, with $120 million in such private in-house student loans now outstanding.

In 1989, the government again sought to rein in what news stories and government studies suggested was an industry rife with fraud. A study found that 950 schools had default rates (measured as portion of enrolled students who fail to repay their government-backed loans) of more than 40 percent — a rate that would disqualify them for future federal aid under current rules. Schools had marketed programs to academically underqualified students, urged them to obtain the maximum possible loans and grants, gave them an inadequate education, and sent them on their way with little means to pay back thousands of dollars in debt.

The Department of Education instituted a rule that schools would stop receiving federal grants if their default rate exceeded 25 percent for three years, or 40 percent for a single year.

But in 1998, Congress changed the way the default rate was calculated. That year, lawmakers redefined "default" as a student who had failed to make payments for 270 days, as opposed to the previous 180 days. Additional time required for the government to address troubled loans meant that a student who never made a payment wouldn't be officially in default until 420 days after the first installment was due. Further muddying the waters, defaults were counted only during the first two years of the life of the loan, meaning a student who obtained a deferral, forbearance, or who merely stopped making payments after two years didn't count as a default.

With this in mind, Corinthian reports in its financial statements that it makes use of an "outside professional default management firm," which closely follows all ex-students to detect "changes in circumstance that may allow the student to apply for deferments" until the brief government-recognized default period is over.

"This is not an act they [Corinthian] can sustain over the years," Nassirian said. "But if they can sustain it for six months, until that person is out of the two-year window, and then drop the person, they're in the clear."

According to a report released in August by the inspector general for the U.S. Department of Education, the official default rate ends up capturing only a small portion of all student loan defaults, and this underreporting tends to benefit for-profit schools the most. The report estimates that in reality, as many as 40 percent of graduates from for-profit schools default on student loans, compared with 12 percent for college students overall.

Authorities said the killing was one in a series of attacks by BLA members on law enforcement officials on both coasts. Carried out between 1968 and 1973, the campaign also included the bombing of a police funeral at a San Francisco church and the slayings of the two New York police officers, as well as three armed bank robberies that helped fund their operations, police said.”

To these leftists, it’s NOW okay to kill cops and not be prosecuted for it under the cover of revolutionaries. Drop the Charges Against the SF 8!
I am writing to join with Nobel Peace Laureates Desmond
Tutu and Mairead Corrigan Maguire, as well as Cynthia
McKinney, Danny Glover, Cindy Sheehan and others, in an
international call to drop the charges against the SF 8.

The eight are elders and activists formerly associated with
the Black Panther Party who have devoted their lives to serving
their communities. Four are local to California. Richard Brown
and Richard O’Neal are from San Francisco and have been
known and deeply respected in social service circles for over
20 years.

Hank Jones and Ray Boudreaux are well known and
loved community activists in the Los Angeles area.

Prosecution of the case against these men is now over 37
years old. Although this is a California state and not a county
prosecution, the cost of the case, which is in the millions, is
being borne by the City of San Francisco at the precise moment
when vital services are in jeopardy due to lack of funds.

Previous attempts to prosecute these men in the 1970s were
dismissed when it was revealed that so-called “confessions” were
the product of torture by the New Orleans police department.
!e SF Board of Supervisors has already gone on record as
opposing torture.

I call on all o"cials to do so as well, to reject
prosecution based on the results of torture, and to do everything
in your power to re-establish the priority of serving the needs of

8 arrested in 1971 SF cop killing tied to Black Panthers
The hunt for the killers of Sgt. John V. Young seemed plagued by stops and starts before authorities arrested eight men with ties to a militant black power group nearly 36 years after the slaying.

The suspects, now in their 50s, 60s and 70s, face charges including murder and conspiracy in an alleged cop-killing plot that stretched from San Francisco to New York. Police said most of them are former members of the Black Liberation Army, a violent offshoot of the Black Panther Party.

A handful of arrests were made over the years, but previous attempts to bring Young's killers to justice were unsuccessful.

One suspect's attorney called Tuesday's arrests a "prosecution based on vengeance and hate from the '60s."

"There's a law enforcement attitude that they hate these people, the Panthers," said Stuart Hanlon, who represents Herman Bell. "Now they're going after old men."

Seven suspected former BLA members were charged with murder and conspiracy. They are Bell, 59, and Anthony Bottom, 55, both currently incarcerated in New York state; Ray Michael Boudreaux, 64, of Altadena; Richard Brown, 65, of San Francisco; Henry Watson Jones, 71, of Altadena; Francisco Torres, 58, of Queens, New York; and Harold Taylor, 58, of Panama City, Fla.

Another suspect, Ronald Stanley Bridgeforth, 62, was still being sought on murder and conspiracy charges. Police say he could be in France, Belize or Tanzania.

Richard O'Neal, 57, of San Francisco, was also arrested on conspiracy charges but has not been charged with murder.

Brown and O'Neal were held in lieu of $3 million bail after appearing briefly Wednesday in a San Francisco courtroom. Their arraignment was postponed until Monday. Taylor, who's being held in lieu of a $3 million bond, was set to appear in a Florida courtroom later in the day.

It's unclear whether Bridgeforth and O'Neal were BLA members.
Armed with shotguns, Bell and Torres entered the Ingleside Police Station at 9:40 p.m., according to New York police officials. Other accomplices were allegedly posted outside as lookouts and getaway drivers.

Bell fired the shotgun blasts through the speaker's opening in the protective barrier. Torres tried to ignite the sticks of dynamite as the pair fled the station, but the explosives failed. The station was nearly empty that night as most officers responded to the diversionary bombing of a bank by other conspirators, according to the NYPD.

After his arrest Tuesday in Queens, Torres called the case "a frame-up."

Bottom and Albert Washington, another alleged BLA member, were supposed to be part of the attack team, but were arrested the night before after attempting to fire a machine gun at a police sergeant. The gun jammed, and the two were arrested for attempted murder.

Inside their car, San Francisco police found a .45-caliber gun that had been used to kill two New York City officers in Harlem three months earlier. They also found a weapon taken from one of the slain officers, according to the NYPD.

Bell, Bottom and Washington were convicted in the Harlem slayings. Washington died in prison, while Bell and Bottom continue serving life sentences. Before Tuesday's arrests, they were due for parole hearings next year.

Investigators in New York had also linked Torres to the slayings of the NYPD officers, but his case was dismissed for lack of evidence. He served time for a bank robbery, but since has been "off the radar" for three decades, said Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly.

The Democratic National Party is extremely concerned; no, let me make it clearer, they are deathly afraid of the upcoming 2010 Midterms.

All signs are pointing to an imminent defeat for their party in the upcoming midterms.

They have allowed fringe groups of left-wing, and leftist liberals to hijack the hierarchy of the party to direct policies, which the majority of Americans don’t support, nor want to have ANY part of it.

What’s KILLING the Democrats and their party, they are coming up with very bad policies which most Americans don’t like and want.

Even though there are proofs that most of these policies are very bad for the economy and jobs, but some of those policies could also be total failures for our economy, if Democrats don’t stop pursuing and pushing for these bad policies on the people, it will be their very own DEMISE.

There are many reasons as to why folks are becoming extremely leery and worried about Democrats these days; people around the nation are beginning to lose faith with their archaic left-wing policies, and trust in President Barack Obama and his Democratic leadership cohorts in congress collapsing fast.

They want to enact the exact the very same pro-environmentalists policies nation wide and globally, with their global warming’s, and trade and caps stuff, that California has been doing for this past decade, which is the root cause that is bankrupting the state into oblivion.

A recent California economical congressional report showed that California’s pro-environmentalists, with their politicos in Sacramento, with their anti-business and far left leaning policies and regulations, their inept policies have cost the state of California dearly. 500 billion dollars’ in lost tax revenues, with massive exoduses of businesses and 4 million lost jobs.

Because of their very stringent and way out of control environmental regulations, they are now practically destroying the state of California’s economy entirely.

The Story: “A new report published this week found that the state’s overcomplicated regulations cost California businesses nearly $500 billion annually and close to 4 million jobs.

The study, done by the Center for Small Business at Sacramento State University, found that California would receive $16 billion in business taxes without the regulations. And the report seems to jibe with other recent surveys, which found California among the least attractive locales for business in the country.

“It’s not uncommon for the permitting process to involve millions of dollars and take as long as 10 years,” Gino DiCaro of the California Manufacturers & Technology Association said.

Expect lawmakers to use the finding to try to push the state to untie itself. The handcuffing regulations cost California businesses an average of $134,000, or $13,800 per household. This is an example of agenda driven politics that is coming from Democrats that most Americans don’t want.

It’s absolutely absurd putting businesses and people out of work, including risking serious economical downfalls for communities and cities’, for left winged ideologies. Not only their ideologies are killing tax revenues, but it’s killing jobs and the global economy.

This is a national disaster; this is what the left-wing environmentalists have been building up to, politically and educationally through their liberal controlled universities, throughout these years, and mainly in California.

And now two things that I’ve been saying on my blogs all along are now becoming a harsh reality, and to the sad chagrin for Democrats, it could doom them in the upcoming elections.

It’s nothing new, but for months I have been writing about Independents leaving the Democrats in droves, even those who voted in favor for Democrats during the past two midterms. With new polls coming out, more Independents are being confirmed abandoning Obama in droves; Independents desert Obama, putting 2010 in play “Independent voters are turning away from President Obama and his fellow Democrats in droves. And if they can't find a way to get them back, the party could be in deep trouble for 2010 and beyond.

Independents gave Obama the White House last year with a vote for pragmatic competence. They have been repaid with partisanship and dithering. And unlike liberals who Obama has quickly re-energized after their summer doldrums, independents are devilishly hard to win back once they lose faith.

The latest Wall Street Journal/NBC News poll, the Rolls-Royce of public surveys, showed that for the first time, independents disapproved of the president's performance, 46 percent to 41 percent.

For the first few months of the Obama administration, independents, who make up about 43 percent of the electorate, reflected overall public opinion in giving the president consistent approval ratings of about 60 percent. But now, unaffiliated voters are less positive than the overall electorate, which is holding steady at 51 percent job approval for Obama.

More shocking is that independent voters now favor a Republican-controlled Congress by a four-point margin and would overwhelmingly like to see their own member of the House replaced.

Those are the kinds of numbers you see before electoral hurricanes like 1966 or 1994. And if independents are already at that point after so recently enduring the shoddy performance of the previous GOP majority, it's a sign of real dissatisfaction. Democrats have grown very jittery about the congressional elections in 2010.”

And then we’ve got my favorite GOP congressman, Bill Wilson again. Which I hit it right on the nail on the "you lie" comment to President Obama!

Because President Obama and his left wing bunches in congress, like Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid, they are all pushing for agendas that do more harm than good for this nation, and Bill Wilson is your lone ranger type, he’s seen as the man who’s taking on these leftist, anti-Economical agendas in their policies.

Wilson’s outburst, Representative Wilson, is bringing in tons of money for some Republican candidates like, Republicans Tim Walberg and others, but not only that folks, the GOP is almost 2 to 1 ahead in donations than the DNC.
