I own this camera, so why not get a recommendation from one who actually knows what works? I just returned from a vacation where I took over 300 pictures and 20 videos, all with this camera and a $9.99 4GB memory chip added. All this and there still was memory left.

The official description is below, but I just wanted to toss in my own personal review. I love this camera. It is definitely the best camera I have ever owned, and it is the perfect size. It is easy to use, figure out how to use, and easy to get the features down. Also, it runs on 2 AA batteries which make it easy and cheap to power up and run. I took some wonderful shots and videos with it on a recent vacation. My camera goes everywhere I go, and I also use it in my work as a website optimizer and designer too. I love this camera (did I say that?)

The MovieSnap feature allows you to capture still shots while in the middle of shooting a movie. Yesterday was terrible, but had a silver lining

I did not like it that Michael Jackson died yesterday. I felt saddened because I liked the old Michael of pre-1990s, and the old Jackson 5. Lots of good memories listening and watching them. Funny how bad things have a silver lining sometimes though, as I found out.

I noticed on CNN that their presentation concerning the way they think Michael may have died which was SCA (sudden cardiac arrest). They talked for about 10 minutes about SCA and the fact that there is a machine called a "Home Defibrillator" that can be purchased by anyone to have in their home.

Several years ago I made a page to offer the home defibrillator, and it has remained in a top position for all this time. Just sitting there, it rarely makes a sale due to the cost of the item. I have it offered through 3 different merchants, so people can compare, but there are even some used on ebay offered there too.

Being an affiliate with content sitting there can be advantageous at times, even sad times. It is all a matter of coincidence. I am not happy that he died at all, but as an opportunistic affiliate, there was cause and effect. So far it is just a lot of traffic, but cookies are being set and I am sure sales will ensue over the coming days.

Silver Lining in a dark cloud. I imagine lots of people will now begin to market Michael's CDs, videos, memorabilia and so forth. I am going to leave it be. The one thing with the defibrillator is good enough for me. I know he had become a bit strange over the years, but I still feel ok about him.
