I'd be working as a kitchenhand in an asian restaurant. I went there last night for a trial. What I did was mainly dishwashing, but I helped with rolling sushi and other stuff as well, so I guess the job is actually dishwashing + a standby.<br /><br />I'd love to learn how to make sushi (and sashimi and maki and any other variations of them :D), theirs are really good. The sushi chef gave me the one with smoked eel to try. Yummy!<br /><br />For dinner the other chef made me a bowl of udon with salmon. It was also very good, but the portion was much too big for me.
