Our flat fix clinic was well received at Laguna Niguel last Wednesday. There were 3 'fix coaches', Nicky, Diane and Victor who kindly stayed behind to help out, and 14 ladies who then split into 3 small groups. The ladies were shown how to remove the wheels on the front and rear of the bike and then to replace a punctured tube. They all then got their hands dirty and took turns changing tubes

Congratulations to our teammates who took the overall series championship of the XC US Cup. The Unification US Cup took place in Bonelli last weekend and several teammates visited the podium. A one day National champion title was also for grab and again our team visibly took a lot of spots on the podium. About 40 club members participated, which is amazing for this time of year.
